John did an excellent job on my window replacement. His bid was competitive, and then I noticed that he had bid higher-​quality windows than his competitors, without my asking.
The workmen were skilled and courteous, and cooperative in coordinating with my pets. The job only took two days, but John stopped by multiple times both days to ensure things went smoothly.
I gathered this was a small job for John, but he didn’t treat it like one.
