This is a great company. Never any problems. Ernie was at my home today for my sub zero.
He was on time, efficient and knows what he’s doing. He’s been in this business for over 22 years and has worked with the previous owner Gene. He’s the new owner of this company following Gene’s great reputation. I have no doubt he will continue to keep this great reputation.

We are so happy with his service that he is the only guy we trust to fix our Subzero

Gene showed up right on time, spent about 30 minutes doing a proactive service on our 10 year old Sub Zero. Fortunately he found nothing wrong but did give it a good, complete cleaning in and around the compressor. He was very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

I’m not sure when that other review was submitted-​but, we have been told that Dependable has new owners and they are giving the once honest establishment a bad name. The original owners were authorized service dealers for SUB ZERO’s. This new régime should be deleted from Sub Zero’s referral list.
They are shifty, untrustworthy, unethical. The service man was 4 hours late, NOT apologetic, rude, not proficient in the knowledge of a sub-​zero, and threw out an arbitrary inflated, outrageous estimate to replace a coil, if indeed that was even the problem. We dismissed him, and confirmed our suspicions with two other companies who were honest, qualified, and gave a fair price.

Gene is very friendly, professional, and am very glad I called him to service our Sub-​Zero.
Although our fridge is running great, I had him come over for a maintenance checkup, where he uncovered a few little things that needed to be taken care of (the water line got burnt by a hot copper pipe and was leaking water!). He gives honest assessments together with his recommendations, which allows you to make an educated decision on your own with a clear understanding of the pros and cons of the situation.
Would definitely call him again if I had any issues with our fridge/​freezer.
