Wendy’s

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a couple of years because they have changed for the worst over time. I was in the area and needed a quick snack, so I stopped in for a single burger with cheese. They are asking $ 4.29 for this tiny burger now days. Ouch that is double what I paid in Oregon just two years ago. Quickly got back into my truck and headed over to the local taqueria for a snack at a fair price (not made of ground mystery meat).

Well I’ve stopped at this Wendy’s several times and I gotta say the customer service has a lot to be desired it’s always slow and one of my big pet peeves is at the drive-​up window to hand you your pop with no straw in and have you sit there it’s ridiculous anyhow I think they could work a lot on their customer service as well as my order is usually cold french fries you get a large and they fill it half way with fries so come on Caldwell Wendy’s get with the program I do like your chili and butters when it’s hot. the 1 star is only because of customer service is bad really bad.

I would never recommend this Wendy’s location to anyone if it was the last place on earth. I can’t sit here and complain about their food because I always get what I order, BUT there CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible! Every time I order through the drive-​thru they rush me, even when there’s no one behind me. I understand that some places have to get orders out in a certain amount of time, but geez let me finish my sentence.
Even the manager is rude! They hate it when you ask for more Ketchup. I ordered two meals, asked for ketchup, they gave me three. I asked for more ketchup and the girl rolled her eyes. Are you serious? I am sorry I didn’t know I was taking from your personal stash! I feel bad for the company!
