Bad customer service. My mother tried returning shoes that were well within their 60 day return period & the cashier kept accusing my mother of wearing them outside, even though she never wore them at all. She only processed the return when my mother told her that she would report them to the Consumer Affairs Department and pursue a claim in small court.

Bought 5 pairs for under 230. Excellent customer service; wanted a shoe not in stock and clerk ordered for home delivery. No delivery charge when signed up for email account. 4 pairs for work and 1 pair of sandals.
I have wide feet; most shoes hurt the moment I slip them on. This store had plenty of shoes in wide widths. I can finally wear some cute professional and comfortable shoes to work.
I love being able to buy what I want in one store. In less than ½ hour I did just that.

Wonderful place to find good shoes. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to the outlet mall and found something I didn’t even know I needed here! Always have lots of shoes on sale.
