The best person at this store is Edward. He goes above and beyond in his job! He has helped me in the past and was effective and was again today. He was able to look at my personal shoe and inspect the bottom to tell what kind of shoe I needed based on the wear of the shoe. He gave me excellent choices and described how each shoe would or would not support my feet in the most advantageous manner. Anytime I visit this store, I look out for him because he it the ultimate! I call him my shoe guru! Someone give this man a raise!!!

Not many shoe stores in the mall area and i was looking for something specific so I stopped here.
While they didn’t have what I was looking for the sales staff was very friendly and helpful.
Store is spacious and well stocked, while not my style the prices were fair and the service good.

I would of given this place one star if it wasn’t for their awesome knowledgeable sales associate. He pretty much knew all his facts about shoes and which ones were best for me (running shoes). He was very nice and provided excellent customer service.
Long story short. Wanted to get my triple A discount. Was advised I had to walk almost all the way to the other opposite end of the outlets to go get this piece of paper that had a code on it (I’ve worked in retail for 6 years) most managers end up giving into giving a discount code if the purchase is going to be good. I was going to buy 8 pairs of shoes. But they refused and said they would hold my items if I wanted to go get the pamphlet.
So I walked all the way over there to get this pamphlet and came back. They apparently had put my shoes away. I was furious. This was ridiculous. What was the point of having them «hold» it for me if they put the items back.
So I ended up getting the items myself. No help from their managers/​cashier or the girl who told me she would personally hold it. (Have the respect to hold it until closing)
I did end up purchasing two pairs of the shoes i found. (I ended up having to order one pair online and it would be mailed to my house at no cost.).
They also weren’t able to print a receipt for my transactions. And just said if I needed to return that I would be fine to not worry about it. (I’m pretty sure almost everywhere you go you need a receipt to get original form of payment back. If not you just get store credit) and they claimed their systems aren’t able to reprint receipts. most stores I go to have that ability to reprint a receipt or email it to you.
The only reason I got some shoes was because it was buy one get one fifty percent off (I wasn’t going to buy the 8 pairs anymore after their mess up.) I only got two pairs of shoes to get the deal.
This store chain is mostly on the east coast. They have shoes online but most of the good shoes (Nike etc) are only available in The store. Unfortunately for me this is the closest location so I’ll just have to resort to going to DSW or off Broadway shoes or just shop online on their website. Will not be returning here or at least to this location.

I have been getting their mailers ever since we moved back (about a year), but figured they were probably a 30 minute drive somewhere. Turns out that they’re right in the Camarillo Outlets (the new «Premium» area), meaning they’re as close to me as going to Target. After I finally located them, I went in with my two kids, in search of new running shoes for me and the 6 year old. Both of us have wide feet, so I was initially really disappointed that everything was M (medium). That’s the usual problem with shoe clearance places, so after poking around for a while (kids in tow), I was prepared to leave and go to the usual high-​priced speciality online places where I can get wide-​sized shoes. Prior to leaving, I asked a clerk (there were several around) if they carried any wide sizes. He told me that they don’t have a lot of wides, but that the boxes would be prominently marked wtih a bright green sticker that says W. He also directed me to the brands that tend to come in wide sizes as well as medium.
I was able to find several selections in wide, but most weren’t in the size we needed. I had noticed however, as I was going to leave with a second choice shoe, a small sticker that said if you can’t find the style in the right size, they’ll order and ship it to you. Although I had found one shoe, it wasn’t the favorite of my 6 year old, and none of my running shoes were in the right size/​width ratio. So I went to the register and asked about it, once again assuming that there was some kind of catch (yeah, I’m that generation). Instead, the clerk told me that they ship it to your house for free. How about that!
Pricing, especially with their Buy One, Get One ½ off, and the local $ 10 coupon made it so that for the price of my shoes (as compared to the same brand at the outlet store two doors down), I got my son’s pair for free. Customer service was excellent too. In addition to the helpful clerk who informed me about the wide selection and sticker and the person who explained the shipping to your house deal, I was asked promptly while in the store if I needed help and another clerk asked if I wanted to have a box stored at the register instead of carrying it (and chasing small kids).
Great prices, great service, great selection — and if your size isn’t available, it ships to you — I’ll be back and will send friends their way.

This store is part of the Camarillo Outlets, but for us it’s local. I dropped by for some much needed replacement sneakers, and ended up getting a new pair of the exact same ones I bought at the Cabazon Outlet store and for the same price (Asics)… more than a year later.
This is the first time I haven’t had to switch shoes, and I have a lot of back issues which makes shoes really important, so of course I’m thrilled with that first.
But what really stood out to me is the guy that was working there– he checked in with me to see if I needed anything, answered questions quickly and professionally, and then when he saw that they didn’t have my size, he said they’d ship the correct size for me for FREE. And here I am with them three days later at my doorstep.
He also mentioned the buy one, get one half off, and held my order for me while I picked up my better half and they got their own set of shoes… a great deal all around.
Hard to come by great customer service nowadays, so I’m glad I found it here… and I love my new shoes! (I should note that they have everything there– sports shoes for men, women and kids, as well as dressy and work shoes… they have every kind, clearly labeled and well stocked– including wides). Bottom line– a good bet.
