I’ve had a massage here a handful of times. Hey, it’s not bad to wind down and relax the muscles. However, it seems that every time I come back, it gets worse. My first time was excellent, however my last two experiences were worse. Let me tell you… the second to the last time the lady tried to upcharge me for a massage with hot stones and oil that I did not ask for. I clearly indicated on the clipboard that I wanted the 40 minute full body massage. Annnnd, this last time, I got the 30 min. full body and 30 min foot reflexology. At first it seemed like it was going well. I indicated on the sheet that I wanted medium pressure on their scale of 1 – 7, which ended up being very hard… I was like, «damn, calm down.» The therapist didn’t even massage my legs, only the upper part… and to make things worse, when he finished he was karate chopping the $h¡& outta me, which freakin hurt… at the end I was irritated already and he asked, «are you ok?”– In my head, I’m like: «bruh, are you freakin serious!?!» Anyways, I was then moved to the foot reflexology chair and he soaked my feet in water and started massaging… I’d have to say he redeemed himself. I don’t think I’ll return anytime soon. I’m going to look for another place.

The past few times I have gone, it has not been as relaxing as usual. Almost always there are some loud obnoxious customers who think it is ok to talk loudly on their cellphones or to each other while others are trying to relax. Not their fault, I know, but certainly they could say something to them. Also, the massage tech’s phones ring or buzz constantly, which is very distracting. I used to have a «regular» tech who was there most of the time. The last few times he has not been there and I reluctantly used another. Very rough & jarring, not balanced on each side of my body, not relaxing at all. In fact, I felt worse when I left. So disappointing. If only someone spoke English so they could understand the client’s suggestions.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Me and my mom went for a one hour massage. Until late last year, I had been a regular weekly customer with excellent experiences. Not so much this time! I’ll never go back. I had a man massaging me while a woman massaged my mom. It started out ok and then the therapist I had switched off with another man. The pressure and pace of the new therapist was so noticeably different from the first… very light and slow… But I figured I’d go with it. A few minutes into my massage, I could feel the dampness through my clothes of the hands of the man massaging me. Yuck! Then, an alarm… Similar to a nuclear warning alarm… started. Nothing to worry about though, it was just the ring tone of the therapist working on my mom — and she stopped massaging my mom to answer(and talk to the person on) her phone. TWODIFFERENTTIMES!!! Then there was the sound of a vibrating ring tone on MY therapists phone. Yes, he answered his too… TWODIFFERENTTIMES!!! As clients came into the business, each of our therapists stopped working on us and left the room entirely to help the people that walked in. This happened at least twice… maybe more. There was a lot of quiet whispering between the therapists in their native language during the massage also. The therapist working on me must have been freshly pulled from the street. He seemed bored(I noticed him checking his phone during the massage at least once). He at times just push on my back with his fingers… Similar to what a four year old might do. He appeared completely inexperienced, disconnected, and uninterested in the massage he was giving. Other times, he had his elbow on my back working over the same spot repeatedly. He lacked rhythm, continuity, and flow. He did things on one side, like lifting my leg for a stretch, that wasn’t repeated on the opposite side. Adding insult to injury, when I went to pay, the therapist massaging my mom had pointed to the sign on the corner of the desk that asks customers to inform them of the amount of tip to be added if you’re using a credit card. WHAT!!! I went back there two days in a row after we received our massages to talk with the owner without any luck. He had been there the day we got our massages but by the time we were done, he was gone. When I finally spoke with him, before I could say anything and before he had any idea what happened, he said he’d talk to them. What was he going to talk with them about?! I went on to explain what happened and he offered a free massage. When I mentioned that my mom had been with me and shared an equally awful experience, he agreed to a free massage for her too. I thought that was fair. However, when I went to pick up the vouchers for our free massages today, he was only going to give me a voucher for two 30 minute free massages. I paid for two one hour massages! I guess the owner felt that giving me two 30 minute massages is sufficient good will? I didn’t think so. I’ve been a regular at this business for a long time and never experienced such poor and unprofessional service as I received this time. I will never go back there again. Having a business in Town and leaving people in charge who cannot communicate with the customers is both irresponsible, unsafe, and absolutely ludicrous! Not to mention the frustration the customer feels when they attempt to communicate and aren’t understood!

Worst massage ever! Don’t go here! Charges you more than normal for a foot massage and literally only massages your feet then tries to charge you extra… Beware

I am a regular here, I have a lot of issues with my back/neck, and muscles are very tight. I love this place, very nice, best price around, and there are 2 different men that give me massage, both good, usually chair or foot, and its perfect for me, I like deep tissue, but you can choose your level when you sign in, English is a little limited, but they will understand the most part of what you are saying. The massage is so good, its worth it. Very friendly, if you do end up waiting, you are in a shopping center, but I usually get right in. If you choose between Ventura and Camarillo, choose Camarillo, like the massage a little better there. I have never been dissapointed. Drive from Santa Paula just for massage.

Absolutely awful experience with male masseuse. Impossible to communicate with and painful experience. Paid for full body and received 40 minutes of rough, uncomfortable back massage. I would only recommend this place to those who like to be more upset and stressed once they pay for a relaxing massage. Terrible

Had a foot massage and it was mediocre at best. Asked masseuse to use stronger pressure but it was still pretty weak. A lot of time spent gently rubbing legs more than true massage. Also, most places do your neck and shoulders a bit too even though it’s a «foot massage». Not the case here.

I always love coming here. It is relaxing, very clean and I like how you can sign in and select how soft or hard /the intensity you want them to massage you. I done others but this place is great. They offer nice power reclining recliners and relaxing music and magazines to read. I usually get a combo massage. 30min on chair and 30 min for the foot massage all for $ 30! I usually get a complimentary water and their skill is top notch. A great hidden gem in the area!!!

Awesome place to go and relax! Very professional, very good customer service. Great value. I recommend the 60 minute foot massage. Great value for $ 30.00! There’s a ton of «massage» places in town, but this one is the best. Clean, well appointed, comfortable. They also do chair massages, full table massages, or combination massages.
