I cannot say enough good things about Shutters Direct (Chuck and Mike). Completely professional in every sense of the word. Follow through to the end and then some!
They’ve obviously been doing this for some time and have it all down to a science. Mike’s ‘on top’ of every job personally and Chuck is the best ever with great customer service which is so rare these days. Gorgeous wide smooth plantation shutters are our favorite and we’ve had many over the years. These are unequivocally the best we’ve ever had including custom fitment of a shutter to an unusually high glass door.

Our shutters are beautiful. When we were deciding on which way to go for the shutters, Chuck answered all our questions. He has a lot of experience so he understood every concern we had. The shutters did take a month to be made and installed but it was sooo worth it. Oh and his price was half the price of some other company.

These guys could teach seminars on customer service. Chuck measured my windows and provided a solid quote – which was 25% less than the price offered by the next lowest bidder. Mike double-​checked measurements, placed the order and did the install four weeks later. We had to move the install from morning to afternoon when an employee called in sick, and Mike bought me lunch as a thank-​you for my flexibility. The message here is this company appreciates its customers and treats them right.
Oh, and the shutters look great and are of the highest quality – equal to or better than the samples shown by the competition. Bottom line is I got more for less, and that is ALWAYS a good thing!
