Not impressed. Poor customer service. 2 people working registers, 1 person getting food orders and 1 person doing drinks on a VERYBUSY Saturday Morning around 10am. The young lady who took my orders was polite and friendly and apologized for a small wait. As I waited for my order, I went to put some milk in my cup(the one I brought in with me) and 2 of the 3 containers were completely empty(both milk and 2%). I literally picked up the containers and walked them to the counter so they would replace them. On such a busy morning, someone should be keeping an eye on that! Next, I stood right next to the pick up counter to wait for my drink. I watched as the woman who made the drinks looked like she was unhappy, very somber and never smiling, not even when she yelled out the name on the drink which was very hard to understand. She didn’t bother waiting to see if anyone was picking up their drinks. I saw a number of people unsure whether their names had been called, come up and check the drinks. She made no contact or comment to customers at all(such as, have a nice day!). I saw people who ordered after me, get their drinks and I was about ready to ask about my drink and then decided to look at one of the drinks that had been sitting there. Sure enough, one of them was mine. The name on it was NOT facing outward so I a) did not see it and b) I did not hear my name being called(unintelligible yelling out by barista). So I had waited there several minutes unnecessarily(and I was in a hurry). I almost asked to speak to a manager to share there reflections, but they were so busy, I didn’t want to wait any longer. If your main product is COFFEE, serve it with a smile and making customers feel good about spending $ 3 — 5 on a DRINK!!!

This place was usually a 5-star Starbucks in my opinion but today, I am very disappointed. I did a mobile order 2 Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato, one with coconut milk and one regular. When I came both drinks wasn’t ready because they didn’t have coconut milk, but one is regular. So they quickly made the drinks after I said it’s fine to use regular milk. So I left, mix my drinks and seems like there’s only 1 shot of espresso and seems like there’s no caramel drizzle at all and now vanilla and all milk. Long story short, I basically paid $ 11(extra for coconut milk they didn’t have) for milk.

This Starbucks location has disappointed on several occasions. It is close to my home so the convenience of stopping in because its close does not outweigh the fact that the staff is unfriendly and the bad service. On a busy day, its understandable that service may not be as amazing as if you stopped by on a weekday afternoon. I have been when its busy and dead and still received no greeting, rude Starbucks team members and my drink was also incorrect. Will definitely be stopping at the Las Posas location rather than this place!

My last review for this place was 2 stars, but considering how much I always«work from home»(aka writing for Spoon University, remote interning, etc.) here during my summers off from school, I can’t really hate on it too much. They’re definitely way too busy most of the time; as in when the line gets long, good luck. But they’re quick and efficient, and if they mess up your order, they’ll redo it. Good people. One time they forgot to charge me and then when I pointed it out, they were like, «Our bad! That one’s on us.» I felt bad, so left a tip more than my drink would’ve cost. Anyway, their drinks are the standard Starbucks drinks. Nothing too special, obviously, but not terrible. If you can find a seat, it’s a great place for working.

SLOWEST Starbucks ever. The employees are not friendly. The cashier barely greets you. The line is to the door while the staff talks among themselves… Then to top it off. You gotta really watch for your drink to come up and check cups for your name because you won’t hear your name called… The Starbucks inside Vons on Mission Oaks is much better.

I was happy to find this small, clean Starbucks while waiting to see a movie. Was able to take care of my husband’s sweet tooth and relax somewhere besides my car or the curb. One of the better decaf Americanos that I have tasted. Thanks Starbucks.

I just walked there to get a strawberry acai, not busy at all one person before me .then three more people came in two coffees, one sandwich order, they served the three people that came in after me first, all they had yo do was pour my drink. Horrible customer service and they ere fully staffed

Worst starbucks ever! Restroom dirty n 3 girks working there, they keep chatting each other n laughing dont care customer. 1 girl talk with some friend around 15 min n dont take order. Bad bad. It seems no superviser there.

Frequent this location often because its very close to my work. Busy parking lot as it shares the lot with a theatre, fast good restaurants and other nearby businesses however usually not a problem parking. The only concern I might point out is they have gotten my drinks wrong on occasion. Other than that, it’s a clean store, seating inside and a nice patio outside. Enjoy your trip to this Starbucks and rest assured you’ll be taken care of!

Friendly staff but so SLOW!!! It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time of day, there’s always a wait to get my drink. The order is taken quickly but the wait to get the drink is always long!!! On several visits my drink is often made wrong too. It gets frustrating. Why do I return to this one? The location convenience and the fact that they have food here.

Paid almost $ 5 for a large latte, and it had over an Inch and a half of foam. If i wanted a cappuccino, i would have ordered one, and if i wanted the same amount of milk in a medium, i would have ordered one. BS!

Hit or miss service, some very friendly employees, some very unfriendly ones. Drinks are inconsistent, waiting times are long. The store is way too small for the volume of business they have. My pet peeve(not just at this store): if the whipped cream container runs out halfway through topping a drink, instead of getting a full one and completing the job, they just put a lid on it and pass it on. Not wanting to seem petty, I usually let it go.

This starbucks is a great location, the baristas are always nice and helpful, I just wish they had a drive-thru! What is up with Camarillo not having any starbucks drive thrus!!! So inconvenient! But yes, this location is convenient because it’s right down the street from where I live and it’s usually not too crowded, or the baristas are on top of their game and getting the drinks out fast enough to meet up with the demand. Support your baristas!

This place is very busy in the mornings. If youre in camarillo and trying to grab a cup, I definitely recommend arneill. If youre planning on sticking around, go to the Starbucks in Las Posas(next to the Ralphs). Feels like a sad assembly line in here… just saying. If anything, the staff does move quickly to satisfy the customers during the rush. But no one smiles, everyone looks miserable as they probably are. :(

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They broke every meaningful QUASA violation possible; touched the top of the cups, made the drinks in a bizarre way and were so slow, I could have finished a rubix cube! It was a slow day with three people, which should be enough, and I don’t know what was going on. I hate to complain about Starbucks since I know how hard it is to work there as I have before, but my goodness, I don’t know what was going on. I asked for no whip cream, too. But that’s fine. Also, they’re supposed to put the hot sleeve on themselves so you don’t burn yourself.

Normally I try an keep positive spin on a bad or mediocre experience attempting to offer constructive criticism, but I can’t hold my tounge, er type, on this one. This Starbucks sucks. The customer service, or lack thereof, from the cashier to the barista is sad. As for the coffee, it is mediocre compared to other Starbucks around Camarillo. Today’s visit finally pushed me over the edge and if its not for the wife, I will not visit this site again.

I hate this store. The people that work here are so snooty and rude. It is as if you are causing them physical pain to order coffee. If you aren’t one of their friends then you don’t exist to them. I’ll go to the one at Vons, Arneil, Los Posas, or even up to Newbury Park to avoid this location. This location has been like this for a longtime and letters and surveys don’t seem to change anything. I doubt it ever will change.
