The Green Goddess

After one whole year and numerous attempts (with nasty attitude from the owner, which is very unprofessional) I finally received money! It was $ short from what Clydia actually owed me, but hey, at least I received most of it!

Cure store and the shop assistant was wonderful, but I never heard back when the owner was supposed to call me about hats or lucite purses. Took my business to Etsy and eBay instead.

It is very sad and telling that instead of listening to the negative reviews of many sincere customers, the owner, Clydia, chooses to attack the customer to make herself look faultless. I believe the many negative reviews says all that needs to be said about the Green Goddess (and Bags to Riches). The customer is never right!

Okay, so I sent this woman a SASE so she can send me the money she owes for my Coach handbag that i consigned with her in 2014. I went in to her shop with a friend around May 22, or 23, 2014 to check the status and she said my handbag sold on May 1, 2014 and that I would have to wait until June 20, 2014 to get paid. I will admit I became frustrated and vented to her; two days letter I wrote her a letter of apology for venting my frustrations at her and asked her to mail me my check. As of the date of this review I have STILL not received payment. She occasionally responds and accuses me of going to «extremes» and wants some sort of face to face confrontation. No thank you, I am not interested in any drama or trauma from you. Just PLEASE send me the $ 45 you owe me. If you’re truly the Christian you claim to be, then pay me my money. Thank you.

Thank you so much Clydia! I never fail to find the perfect dress. My husband loves the shoes. He was shocked at how much I saved. He looked so smart wearing that vintage presidential tie at my work event. Your staff is always so kind. Your staying open late for me and friends on weekdays makes it easy for us to drive down.

This is the spot to find those hidden gems no one else has! The owner is an awesome help, too! She has a great sense of style and knew exactly what I needed the last two years for Halloween and día de los muertos and when I stopped by and asked her from some sort of obscure items. She has a knack for achieving the look you are attempting to put together and does it all with a smile and some spunk. So glad I found this great resource for my teenage niece, too. I filed a complaint with BBB and no response. Maybe the next step is taking her to small claims court.

This store has so many gorgeous vintage pieces, all for GREAT prices! The owner Clydia is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and provides world class service. She has been in the fashion industry for a long time and can put adorable outfits together for you on the spot. I also appreciate supporting local businesses, and this is my first stop when I go shopping!

Finally had the chance to stop by this little gem and felt like a kid in a candy store. Vintage is my obsession and this spot had lots of goodies. When I say vintage I’m talking about 80s and older. 40s-​50s-​60s being my favorite. Clydia is wonderful and so helpful. Was able to get a beautiful shirt from the 50s/​60s and will def be back.

I went in to see Clydia about an outfit for the Holidays and she helped me come up with several great outfits and I loved the prices. I was thrilled how she mixed and matched things, coordinating clothing pieces together. I loved her expertise and attention to details. Her prices and quality of items was exceptional.
