Watch Station Outlet Store

Great store with a huge selection of different name brand watches. The Name brands available are: Michael Kors, Armani Exchange, Diesel, Fossil, Marc Jacobs and Adidas. They also sell Michael Kors jewelry, with pieces ranging from $ 30-​$ 100 dollars and that’s up to 50% off the original price.
Customer service is hit or miss here. Sometimes someone really knowledgable is working, if not you find someone who really doesn’t care what you need and is only there for a paycheck or employee discount.
Regardless of the inconsistent customer service, I will continue to come here because the selection is great and they do complimentary watch fittings when you buy the watch.
*Just a note: when you buy a name brand watch here, expect to pay $ 6 if you want the box your watch arrived in-​Otherwise you get a generic Watch Station box.

Went to buy one watch, but instead got two and that too much less than my budget. The retail price for the premium brand watches I got was around $ 400 and after applying multiple discounts got them for $ 145. Can’t be better than this, even if you shop online !!
The staff was super helpful. They never got irritated even if you took lot of time to choose the watch, but instead more helpful.
Would highly recommend this place rather than the individual brand outlets.

I discovered this place about six or seven years ago, and now I buy ALL of my watches here! When they have sales, they have SALES!!! Yesterday I went in for a new DKNY watch and I came out with (insert embarrassing number, like «who needs that many watches» here), but who cares, because it was all for the cost of one regular priced watch. The employee that helped me with my selections said she has the same problem! I can’t remember her name, but she was super sweet and very helpful. I seriously love this place!!!

I usually never buy full priced watches in store. This stores offers a variety of brands ranging from the ever popular «everyone and their mother has a watch» Michael Kors. There’s also Emporio Armani for the dudes, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Michele (yes, Michele) and Burberry and etc.
Depending on what day it is or season they usually have sales from 30−50% off. I bought my burberry watch 40% off and completely satisfied with it.
Service was okay. Could be better.
Will I be back? Yes. Girl can’t deny a good sale.

I went in to get a battery change on two watches. When I entered the store not one associate greeted me with a warm welcome. I started browsing to see how long it would take to get greeted, there were at least 5 employees on the sales floor, they were too busy talking to each other and tasking. After 2 – 3 minutes I finally approached a sales guy and asked if I could get a battery change on both of my watches, he then asks another associate to change the batteries on my watches. The sales associate says «it will take some time, you can come back in 10 to 15 minutes». They didn’t even try to sell me a watch. I walked around the store looking at the watches, again no one approached me to ask if I wanted to see a watch, I finally had to ask for assistance. The sale that they were having was amazing, when I stated that I wanted to purchase the watch the sales associate didn’t even try to sell me another watch or some jewelry to match, she just asked me how many links did I need to have taken out. As I was being rung up at the register the sales associate did not make eye contact with me, in fact she was too worried about her husband picking her up. She was talking to the other associates about her car, and her husband. I myself am a store manager, and my team would never ever be allowed to provide this type of customer service. It’s obvious that this store is under new management. The previous management team lead by Jodi was amazing. This store just lost a good customer, I’ll start buying my watches at Macy’s or Nordstrom.

Thank you, thank you to the two employees who helped me and my friend from Sweden to pick the perfect watches!!! We both got ourselves Michael Kors watches, and we know that we were «difficult» in that we made one employee by the name of Brandon remove and add on links at least three times. Elicia, our sales rep, took about 20 – 30 minutes to help us make our decision. They were so patient with us and gave us 110% customer service. As far as the price of our watches, we both got them for 25% cheaper than the original price, and they took off another 20% off of the sales price. What a deal! I am so happy and satisfied; this is the place to get your watches, all!

So much cheaper than Department store watches, PLUS 50% off the second pair usually on weekends.
Bought some burberrys that was already 40% cheaper compared to Macys/​Nordstrom then the 2^nd pair for the female for the wife was also 40% off already then add the 50% off the second pair. WOW!!!

GOOD SERVICE, VERY ATTENTIVE, Doesnt force you to buy a watch, and helpful when I returned the watch for adjustments.
Came back multiple times with my mom and same service. Always good!!!

The service was great! They had a great sale going on so we ended up walking out of there with four watches. They also have a nice selection so definitely check them out when you go to the outlets.

I don’t even want to review this place… but I guess I will! :)
My secret place to find Marc Jacobs watches… and now, I have a ton of them. This place has other watches: Diesel, Armani, Michele, Michael Kors, Burberry… but I only come here to look at the Marc Jacobs watches. I love the whimsy to his designs… and once I started wearing these whimsical time pieces, I was hooked.
Plus, the pricing can’t be beat. These watches are less than half the retail pricing… and usually much less than that…
My latest, this metal looking bracelet watch that just looks like a piece of metal. (Love the weight to it…) hahaha… but there’s a magnet closure over one part where the actual watch is. Love it! :) Another one of my favorites, is the pirate girl watch, where you tell the time through her eyes. Those are probably the two most unique… but you can almost always find a hidden gem here.
The people here are always friendly and helpful…
