Wetzel’s Pretzel

I was SO hungry shopping in the outlet mall last night. I wasn’t near the food court or anything really but this mall has THREE Wetzel’s Pretzel shops and one was near me. My husband and I stopped in and he got a regular pretzel dog and a regular pretzel. I got a cheese dog and an almond crunch pretzel. Also a soda. The staff was polite and friendly. They were also giving away free samples of their pretzel bites at the front door. I wish there had been somewhere to sit inside or a table outside. There was only a bench and it was a little cold out but warm in the shop. My cheese dog was good, though the pretzel dough seemed somehow underdone with the cheese on the outside somehow overdone. The hotdog in the middle was juicy and flavorful. The almond crunch pretzel was good, with a bit more of a subtle flavor than I expected after trying this flavor at another location. Maybe this one didn’t get as much stuff stuck to it? Overall I had a pleasing experience and would eat here again.
