I had a great experience at this Bose store. I purchased a Bose Mini blue tooth speaker from Best Buy 8 months ago. It stopped working or worked intermittently. Well, Best Buy couldn’t help me due to the fact i didn’t buy the protection plan… Anyway, I brought it to the Bose store think i could just replace it there. Thats not the case. Even though they didn’t have to, they took it back and gave me a new one. My recommendation is always buy products directly from a Bose retailer. Especially this one!

We came to this store looking for a replacement remote for our Bose Cinemat II Series, that we originally purchased from a Best Buy. We called first and they guy said he would put the remote to the side for us. When we arrived, everyone was super nice and they just gave us a replacement remote for free!!! I was so stoked!!! Unfortunately, it did not solve our problem. I ended up calling the 1800 # that they gave me just in case. The guy on the phone helped me pinpoint the issue to the Interface module. In a matter of minutes, I ordered the replacement part and he gave me FREESHIPPING! WOW great customer service! I will forever be a Bose customer based on this positive experience. Not to mention Bose speakers are amazing!

Fernando, the manager, 5 stars. Very accommodating. The young guy who helped us, I think his name was Leland, 5 stars+. Leland followed through on a promise made by his manager Fernando even though the manager on duty at the time, Jason, was a complete jerk. Jason berated Leland, wouldn’t answer his questions or help him with the transaction, and finally said«I’m not putting my name on that» and ran away to an office in the back. Meanwhile the line is backing up and people are not being properly helped. The other guys in the store tried to help, but this«manager» Jason stayed hidden in the back. What a poor example this guy was for Bose. I have always had exceptional service on excellent products here, and I’ve spent thousands on two complete systems and professional installation on the first one. They need to rethink this Jason guy though. He is the polar opposite of what I’ve experienced at this store previously. Without Jason this was another 5 star transaction on a $ 2,500 sale. Highly recommend the store — just avoid Jason.

Got ripped off here by Leland. He told me I would need an audio cable because it was not included in the original box. Turned out to be a microphone cable for Apple products, but I don’t even have an iPhone, and there WAS an audio cable included in the box. Should have checked online before coming to this store… Obviously, I would not come here again.

Honestly, it’s hard to discover any advantages of purchasing Bose products from this particular Bose Outlet store. Discounts aren’t that much, and if you consider some of them are factory renewed– it can’t even be considered as a discount. On the top of that– sales person whom I’ve dealt with, wasn’t that kind either. Such arrogant and judgmental. You know one of those shops: where they show such great interest in you when you first walk-in, by keep following around and asking«What can I help with?» all along under«the sense of duty,» but once you pick out an item that is in lower priced range, they don’t want to even answer simple question. Even showed some arrogance!(When his knowledge on products was simply, quite laughable.) Well, his answer to my question showed me what kind of human being he really is anyways, so fine by me. I did not say anything further. Discount is so so /okay-level, customer service definitely not good at all,(it may be only that person, but who knows.) and on the top of that, add arrogance and an attitude + baldness for wanting only the money! All in all, I came out with a purchased product here, but it wasn’t a pleasant one.

I bought my Bose LIfestyle 12 system when I was 13 years old, I’m now 25 and it has been the greatest, most durable and reliable system that I’ve ever(so far) needed to own. The bass module went out on it about 6 years ago, I had to have it sent away for about a month, it wasn’t too bad on the cost probably $ 80 I think. The system itself was expensive at the time but it really had lasted and I’ve been always impressed with the sound quality. I’ve been in the store before, and the systems they have that are the new models are just amazing. The testing theater is always a must, it’s awesome, has been for years. When(which it might very well go forever) my Lifestyle 12 system goes out, I will absolutely consider Bose my first choice in sound systems. Hands down.

This is a first-class operation with incredible customer service. Literally 18 months after purchasing a «cinemate» box, we discovered that it had a problem with the digital audio when we tried to hook it up to a new TV that only had a digital audio option. The 12 month warranty was expired, but the problem was likely there from the onset, but did not manifest until we needed the digital audio option. The Bose folks, when(on a Saturday afternoon PST) were provided with an explanation of the problem, after a short troubleshooting session, sent us a new cinemate box, which worked perfectly with our new system. We have been devoted Bose customers for many years now due to the audio quality, we are now thoroughly sold on their customer service and clear priority on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend any of their products.
