Ultra Diamonds was a great choice for me. I casually walked in looking for a wedding band for my soon to be Husband and didn’t really know what I was looking for. The sales people were very helpful and not pushy like other places I have been to.
I ended up buying a ring that matched my engagement ring beautifully. With their lifetime diamond protection plan we just take the ring in every four months and get it checked out and they will even do a rhodium flash (which takes it back to ‘brand new’ sparkle) anytime for free… a regular charge of up to $ 75.
There are a lot of Ultra stores all over California which is an even better reason to shop here, if you ever have a problem with your jewelry you can just pop in to any of their stores (with your paperwork) and they will help.
Bottom line, great value and great customer service; what else could I ask for?
