I’m on the fence about our review because we’ve only been twice…1st time was fantastic and the secone was not. Our second trip we waited for over an hour for our pizza and it was served to us with a burnt crust! It was SO hot in there that hour wait felt like 3 hours! Hopefully, they were having a bad night because our first trip was good. That time we had the Bill Murray Meatball pizza which was excellent with a yummy salad. This is such a cute little bistro with lots of options for food. We will give it another try when the weather gets cooler and hope for a better experience like our first visit.

Sad to see you go. It appears that we will no longer have a Italian pizza restaurant in Camas. So sad to hear that you’re closing you Camas location. We hope someone moves into your space that is really, REALLY good. You will be missed by many loyal Camas customers. Good luck!

Welcome to downtown Camas … another dimension … a dimension not only of time, but of beer and pizza. A journey into a wondrous land of toppings. Next stop … the Twilight Pizza Bistro … a dimension of time and pizza that doesn’t open for business until 4:00 p.m. A cold bottle of 22oz Rogue Dead Guy Maibock($ 8.95) set the tone for my food imagination that began with Twilight Pizza’s famous appetizer The Big Schmear($ 6.95). What’s the Big Schmear you ask? Well, it’s slices of Toasted Baguette served with Roasted Garlic Cloves, Whipped Butter, and Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil that you basically«schmear» on the bread for a garlicky, buttery, and balsamicky flavor explosion in your mouth. The stars are the Roasted Garlic and Balsamic Vinegar. But that was just the appetizer. The restaurant is called Twilight Pizza Bistro and pizza is why you traveled to this dimension. There are 5 sizes from 8″ personal to 16″ x-large. Gluten-Free is an option on the 10″ size, but most of the Twilight pizzas feature a hand-tossed medium-to-thick crust. It’s a little thicker than I like my pizza, but once I saw all the toppings, I understand why. Since I couldn’t decide which of Twilight’s unique pizzas to get, the server recommended trying a 10″ small pizza and going half-and-half. I love the way she thinks. Half #1 was The Jester pizza which is no joke thanks to a blend of Barbecue and Tomato Sauces topped with Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Chicken, Bacon, Italian Sausage, Pineapple, Garlic, and Honey. Take a second to re-read that list of toppings … don’t worry I’ll wait … I know, right! The BBQ Sauce & Pizza Sauce blend is absolutely addictive while the amazing combination of toppings is equally yummy. If you only get one pizza at Twilight Pizza Bistro, The Jester is THE pizza to get. No joke. Half #2 was The Bill Murray plus one custom addition. This cheesy meatball pizza pie is named after the hilarious and cheesy star of Meatballs(1979). The mix of Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella makes this a candidate for cheese lovers while the meatballs offer a little spice and meatiness. The Bill Murray was worthy of an easy 4 stars, but what took the pie to legendary status was one add-on topping: Jalapeños. That’s right! Spice the Bill Murray up for a near perfect mix of Peppers, Cheddar Cheese, Mozzarella, and sliced Meatballs. Think of it as a Bill Murray wearing that goofy pancho outfit from Groundhog Day. In Camas, there is a fifth dimension where pizza and beer options seem as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between diet and flavor, between hunger and satisfaction, and it lies between busy Adams & quiet Birch on narrow 4th Street. This is the dimension of pizza imagination. It is a destination which we call … the Twilight Pizza Bistro.

Absolutely delicious! We had the marghareta pizza added chicken and the mighty hula(Hawaiian) delicious! We tried the place due to reviews and being out of town! Our waitress was friendly, interacted with our son and very attentive despite being busy. Always had a full glass of water! Pizza was one of the best around!

Wonderful place! Staff was very courteous and friendly even when we showed up ten minutes before their closing time. Got the last open table. My girlfriend had the St. Patricks Pasta. Loved it and she said the breadsticks were full of awesomeness(her words). I had the Caesar with chicken as usual. The chicken was grilled to absolute perfection and the dressing was of high quality. Would go every week if it weren’t for the fact that I live on the other side of the state but I am considering it. Highly recommended!

This place is unique in menu, which is such a refreshing break from all the chains. Their food is always very fresh and delicious. I’ve had both the bill Murray and southern comfort pizzas and they were amazing! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone– their service is great too!

Great staff, good pizza and lasagna. We stopped in for lunch after walking around downtown Camas and got the Mt. Hood pizza and the lasagna. Both were very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the waitresses saw my daughter crying and kindly brought her a small bit of pizza dough to play with. What an angel! We will definitely go back again.

We just drove in from California and stopped in Vancouver for the night… We checked out Unilocal and saw the great reviews for the pizzeria… Service was a little slow, but the pizza is great… So FIVE stars for the pizza and three stars for the wait. We would definitely recommend this establishment!

Best pizza in the area hands down! Even better than the second Twilight Pizza on 192nd where the pizza is undercooked. My favorite pizza in Good Karma with Italian sausage. Staff is super friendly. Pasta and deserts are good as well.

Hate to dock them a star but I’ve been experiencing consistency issues with our pizzas. Not sure if they’re gauging pizza doneness by a timer or by actually checking the pizza. It’s seems like lately every other order the crust and toppings are done, the other times the crust and toppings are under done. I’m typing this as I wait for our pizzas to finish cooking in our oven at home. I need to remember to double check the pizzas before I leave.

This is our favorite place! Good for both family night out, or date night in the bar! All of the staff is fabulous, Kim especially! We continue to try other restaurants, but always find ourselves wishing we were at Twilight! The pizza is amazing… Fresh ingredients, lots of choices and totally customizable to your liking! they are great with kids, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxing and energetic at the same time. Wish it was a little bigger waiting area, but we can deal with that! Thank you Twilight!!!

So we were looking for a fun lunch stop today in Camas. Boy were we surprised to find this place! We started off with their BBQ wings and meatballs as an app then off to their firemans pasta with andouille sausage! Amazing flavors — fresh and homemade! D ordered a combo pizza with their«Bill Murray» and the«Thai«. The dough was handmade and flavorful and the toppings were fantastic! Totally recommend this place — and we will be back again! The service was friendly and the server knowledgable. Great choice!

Awesome pizza and equally talented wait staff. Drew was our waiter and steered us towards the ‘Jester’ pizza… An excellent choice. Nice selection of beers and ciders. Promptly greeted at the door, great job at setting expectations for turn times. Large menu with GF options. P. S. Drew has seriously awesome customer service skills!

Key note: they have gluten free pizzas and many other gluten free items! This is key for us as my wife really needs to stay away from gluten. This is a great place to have a relaxing evening with some great Pizza! I love the Jester! I usually get ½ Jester and ½ something else so I can try new pizzas as well. My wife really likes the salad with a chicken breast. She says the chicken is «awesome». Cooked just right. Also, our server was very attentive. All around great!

Our favorite pizza and pasta place. Great pizza and excellent pastas. Without a doubt, they have the best restaurant lasagna that we’ve ever had! Love the staff and the owner. Service can be(or seem) slow, but only when they are packed(which is pretty often). But, with a delicious appetizer, soup, or salad, along with a drink before your entrée’ arrives, the deliciousness keeps you busy and it doesn’t seem long at all. If your idea of pizza is Little Cesar’s and that’s your taste and price range, don’t come here and complain that it’s expensive. They have one of the best pizza values around when you consider the high quality and amount of ingredients, the flavor and the price(when compared to other area gourmet pizza restaurants). Bottom line, we LOVE Twilight!

I ordered a pizza here during a baseball game, right before they opened. I was politely informed that the restaurant is not yet open, but I can submit my take out order. It was very pleasant. No issues there. 3 stars is really for the pizza itself. For me, a good pizza should have some chewiness, as the gluten has been stretched a bit. The bottom of the pizza should be crisp, and the crust needs to be crunchy with a soft warm breading inside. The pizza I got was none of that. The medium T-Rex I got was doughy with none of the crisp and crunch I was expecting. Now the toppings were just fine — regular toppings, nothing seems local/regional and likely from a national supply place, but there is plenty of it and honestly tasted good. It could be that I was the first order they made before they officially opened. But the crust is just sub-par and I can’t give it more than 3 stars.

Don and Morgan welcome you like family to their pizza bistro. One of nicest couples around, I would have to say. They and their staff not only know customer service, but they live it and use it daily, just like breathing. The food is excellent all around. The andouille sausage pasta dish is very, very tasty. Pizza is wonderful as well. It’s a joy to eat in their current cozy, fun space, but I do look forward to visiting their new restaurant space when all is done. Twilight Pizza Bistro is an excellent plate to eat any old time, but it’s an especially good destination on Sunday afternoons during the time-honored Sunday drive. I think you’ll enjoy making this neat restaurant a part of your family tradition.

I’ve never been to Camas before, never really had a reason to head in that distraction. Though I had heard good things about Twilight Pizza Bistro, there didn’t seem to be any reason to make the trek from Southwestern Portland. I was wrong. Last night, owners Don and Morgan invited a friend and I to sample the«best Italian food in Clark County,» as they and hordes of their customers describe the fare. Opened in 2007 in a historical building in downtown Camas; Camas is situated near the north bank of the Columbia River, approximately 20 miles East of Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA. The owners wanted to create a «family-centric’ dining establishment, with a full-service menu serving Italian style cuisine and pizza. Appetizers include a variety of twists concocted from pizza dough, as well as steamers and wings. The soup and salad choices are lengthy, and gluten-free choices are available as well. Our „over the top“ server Tim showed us to the table and explained the menu choices. It was a Monday nite, dinner time, and every table was full.(They are moving to a new, expanded location in the Spring,(watch their website or follow them on Twitter for updates). If I was writing this piece from the heart, I’d tell a tale of a young newlywed couple that created an establishment five years ago, built with equal parts of love, restaurant knowledge, family recipes, and hospitality-centric personalities. But if I wrote it that way, I doubt I would motivate you to try Twilight, and this morning, that’s my goal — to get you in there. If I can get you in their front door, there is no doubt in my mind that you’ll return over and over again. Don and Morgan visited our table several times to talk about their passion, their methods, their ingredients, and their hopes and dreams for the future. My dining companion for the night was our dear family friend Gigi Petery, former personal chef and future psychologist. One of the things I carped to Don about, in general, is my annoyance with people that get into the „hospitality“ business, but ‘aren’t.’ This can’t be said for Don and Morgan. They DO get it. They DO understand why people come to their restaurant, and do everything they can to make the experience a great one. There’s an old-timey restaurant on the way to the bayous and swamps out of New Orleans, a dated Italian joint, one of my favorite places in the world; it’s called Mosca’s. Some say the original family cooked for Al Capone, and headed out for New Orleans when that stage of their career ended. „Insiders“ walk into Mosca’s, and decline a menu, giving the waiter the simple instructions of „feed us.“ I’d be VERY comfortable doing the very same thing at Twilight. In fact, we glanced at the menu, but told Don our personal likes and dislikes, and asked him to prepare what he thought best. When our food was brought to the table, I had a second realization about Don. HECANREADMINDS! He knew exactly what would please both of us, instructed the kitchen in those points, and delivered the goods. We started with the crostini plate, which they call „The Big Schmear.“ A sliced toasted baguette, accompanied by a whole roasted head of garlic(which I hogged, sorry Gigi), whipped butter, and a ramekin of oil and balsamic vinegar. OMG, as you hipsters would say! It was delicious. The garlic was done perfectly, roasted to the point to where you can squeeze a clove onto a baguette piece, and have a „died and gone to heaven“ smile on your face with every bite. Mrs. Burgerdogboy(she was under the weather last nite, at home with chicken soup), roast a bulb a couple times a week, it’s easy, delicious, and garlic is good for you. We both were in the mood for pizzas, and we weren’t disappointed. Don and Morgan thought their ‘T-Rex» was the way to go for me, and the Tree Hugger was the choice of Gigi. AGAINWITHTHEESP! Twilight starts with fresh made dough, a base of basic red sauce they have seasoned to perfection, and the finest quality meats and vegetables. Pizzas come in five sizes, which range from«individual» to «BurgerDogBoy» size(16″), which their menu describes as serving 5 – 6 people. Or me. Atop the fresh crust and red sauce, the T-Rex has hand-pulled chunks of Italian Sausage, Hormel Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, and Andouille(«on doo eh»)(a spicy French sausage popular in the Southern US). Although not on the menu offering for the T-Rex, on my version, Don threw on a few more whole,
