I just returned a Vanilla Milkshake at Midnight at this JITB. I was craving a JITB milkshake but I had to return it because it was so wrong. They must have changed the ingredients. It was like drinking clumpy plastic. I did not taste anything resembling cream or milk. I never tasted anything like it. I hope this is isolated to this particular JITB. If this is a corporate change, I will never being going back because I only went for the the great milkshakes.

If you’re going to this JITB, I suggest you go to the drive-thru regardless of how long the line is. TWICE I’ve gone inside because the drive-thru had a huge line, but it does no good. Each time the attendants ignored the customers inside to cater to the drive-thru. When I say«ignore» I don’t mean they were slow in alternating between lobby and drive-thru, I mean they literally didn’t come to take an order inside the lobby. The second time this happened, I waited behind 2 customers for 3 minutes and nobody came up. The people in front of me said they hadn’t been helped, so when I asked an employee if they could help us out, 1 guy(looked about 17 – 18 years old, skinny and African-American) said, «Sorry, drive-thru comes first. What do you want us to do?» It wasn’t until I asked for corporate’s number that his manager came to take my order. By this time, 10 minutes had passed and I was on the phone leaving a message with corporate. The employee waved me over to take my order, but I told him I was leaving a message with corporate. The manager shrugged his shoulders and went back to the drive-thru. I never heard back from corporate and never got a call from the manager. I never ended up getting food and I went to Taco Bell down the street. I haven’t been back to this JITB since

Went there cause it was late at night. The food was mediocre like it is at all the jack in the boxes. I only ate a little bit of food so I wouldn’t get sick. Its an ok Last resort option if you are really hungry.

The Ultimate Cheeseburger value meal I ordered through the drive-thru last night was DEFINITELY sub-par… the burger was overcooked, the meat was bland and tasteless, the curly fries were old, stale and lukewarm, and something was DEFINITELY wrong with the Coke I ordered… I had ordered a regular Coke(Coke CLASSIC, that would be) but what I received tasted a lot like Coke Zero, or Diet Coke, so I don’t think I got the real McCoy… I only ate the meal because I refused to throw away NINEFREAKIN’ DOLLARS!!! Man, what is the world coming to? I should have returned the meal but I only opened it when I was at home. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Jack in the Box, I’ve had better experiences at other ones in the area. I should have gone to Wendy’s instead!

Talk about rushing our group outta there! The cashier wasn’t friendly with our party of 6. She got impatient and kept saying«are you done?»… ummm, we’ll let you know when we’re done. Sheesh. The order came out correct the 1st time though! I will admit this is the first JIB that I’ve seen do that ever in my lifetime for more than 2 people. Point for them! We sat at the table for about 30 minutes. Kept getting«the eye» from 2 employees. Did we have ketchup on our faces? Mini cookies were a bit overbaked. Other than that, it was an alright experience for being a JIB. I’ve been in better but it wasn’t as bad as some. Maybe drive thru is better? I guess we could try that next time.

The people that work here will give you attitude if you complain for receiving small fries for a large combo order. 3 out of five times they remember not to put whipped cream on a milkshake. :/

Beside McDonalds, Jack n. the Box is probably the fast food place I most frequent because there are tons of them around and, unlike McDonalds, they are open all night. I don’t eat at fast food restaurants as often anymore because they are fattening. When I used to eat at Jack n the Box all the time, I would get the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the curly fries. I also love their cheesecake and Raspberry ice tea. They have a lot of yummy different things on their menu like the Fajita Pita and the Bacon and cheddar wedges too. I also like their commercials. They are probably some of the funniest out there. The people at the drive through are exceedingly nice and always ask me how my experience was. They probably have some of the best customer service people of any fast food chain. All the locations I’ve been to, they are fast, friendly and efficient.

My wife and son grabbed a chicken teriyaki bowl on Sunday 5/4, now they are still both throwing up and have diaharrea. Reading other reviews about how disgusting the work environment is, I wonder how they are still in business. DONTEATHERE!

COCKROACHES. My boyfriend and his friend went through the drive thru, brought the good home, and were about to dig in when my boyfriend discovered a freaking LIVECOCKROACH in the box with his chicken nuggets. They grabbed everything, threw it away in the dumpster outside, and went back to get a refund. The workers actually asked them if they wanted a replacement!!! Uhh NO, we don’t want your cockroach infested food in our home. Go to the W. Campbell Ave location instead.

I never come here during the day so idk hows it like here but I DONT recommend coming drive thru here at night if you not familia with the menu. I have problem here TWICE in a roll on my 2nd and 3th time. 1st time, my boyfriend ordered 2 of #10 but they only gave us 1 order, but I just said it was our fault that we didnt check it thru. 2nd was today and I had it! I was happy before I came but so mad when I got back home. I want to order the waffle breakfast thing but I don’t eat beaf and I never had it before cuz I dont usually eat american food like burgers and I moved from a town that dont have much Jack in the box. So I asked, the girl said its chicken. Then when we go to the window she told us «sorry your order of waffle is meat». So is it me or them that confused? Chicken isnt meat?! Then the guy looks like manager came and see that his staff was too busy taking order and couldnt take care of us so we asked him again. The way he answer was BAD! 1st he just told us its breakfast. Obviously I know that. Then he explain lil more, «its breakfast, its sausage». Blame me Im stupid but im really not sure its chicken or beaf?! Someplace say its beaf some says chicken /pork /mix?! I asked him again cuz I really dont want to eat beaf if its is so I can ask for other order. I know #9 is chicken and its GOOD. Then he looks at my face, try hard(but still show on his face) not to look mad. And repeat«its breakfast, its sausage!» MADLY!!! Idk even the manager doesnt know what their sausage made of and try to look tough in front of his staffs or they just really not having a good service mind here?! I 100% sure not want to come back as long as they still treat customers like me this way.

I usually prefer Burger King or McD down the street. However, I REALLY had to go to the bathroom, they were the only ones open, and I figured, I’m hungry enough for food. I ordered my usual chicken sandwich, and they surprised me by making it extra crispy and just hot enough, just the way I like my sandwiches. And now I read another review that says I can get grilled cheese? I might just have to come back more often!

There are very few fast food places that I would give five stars to, and this particular Jack in the Box is one. There are numerous little things that I really like about this place. It serves everything on the menu all the time. I am a huge fan of breakfast for dinner, and it is always great to be able to get a breakfast biscuit sandwich. 2) I love biscuit sandwiches, and they have them. 3) They are not restricting me to American fast food, so I can get a couple tacos or a chicken and rice bowl. They can pretty much cover all my late night cravings. 4) Jack in the Box used to have grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu, and while it is not on the menu any longer, I can still order them from this location. I have also found the workers to be very friendly and courteous. 90% of the time I eat clean, but when I don’t, I will often choose this place to get a little dirty.

When I used to work in the area, this Jack in the Box was one of my regular stops. When your job is extremely stressful, friendly faces at lunchtime are like angels handing you a life raft. These guys were among my lifeboats for over two years! They would not only remember my regular order and start getting it for me as soon as they saw me walk through the door, but they would put«my» exact assortment and number of sauces and ketchups with my food every time — like they had instructions written somewhere. The food was always piping hot, too. Overwhelmingly terrific. And they were always exceedingly nice. Even covered me once when I was short a bit of cash needed for lunch! Service like that doesn’t happen very often. What a breath of fresh air from the shithole I logged hours in. It really helped me get through a very stressful time. Thanks!

Got food poisoning from them for the first time I’ve been here. I think it’s a sign for me to never eat fast food again. Be careful people.

When i feel the need for junk food especially breakfast because Jack is the man and serves it 24⁄7! I always get breakfast when I go to Jacks! I get the sourdough breakfast sandwich. You won’t see it on the menu anymore but I guess you can say its a secret menu item. Makes me want one now! The employees are nice here and I think Jacks has revamped their service style, its working.

I have to admit, Jack in the Box is a guilty pleasure for me. I’m not a huge fast food junkie, but after trying the Deli Trio Grilled Sandwich, I’m a fan. I’ve been to this particular location twice and it’s ok. Both times, there’s been a line in the drive thru lane and it’s taken, what I consider to be too long of a wait. The lady who took my order was friendly but didn’t understand my order either time I was there. After repeating a few times, it was accurate. My main complaint about this location was the wait. Be prepared to sit for a while in the drive thru lane.

2 free tacos today… SCORE! This is the JitB I frequent when I have a craving for deep fried fast food. Service is usually fast and friendly. Prices are obviously cheap, and they have a drive thru. What’s not to like.

Piping hot fries that are perfectly salted and crispy Two chicken sammiches that are not dark brown but golden brown and cheap Maybe we got lucky… or this was divine intervention from the P.o.S lunch we were fed at our professional development… two counselors on the go from Hayward to Campbell to Santa Cruz… cheap. hawt. delicious. The sandwiches. not the counselors.(we are only cheap hawt and delish on the weekends… or at Unilocal events)

Revenge is a dish best served cold. More like tepid in my case since that was the temperature of the Jumbo Jack I received. It had a been a 10 hour work day and I was tired and hungry. I try to avoid fast food especially since I’m doing Weight Watchers, but I didn’t care about food«points» at the moment. I ordered a Jumbo Jack with mustard, lettuce and pickles only with a small order of fries. The order was repeated back to me. I drive up, pay my bill and drive away. The fries weren’t too hot which should have been my first clue. I’m a mile away and I unwrap the Jumbo Jack. It’s got everything — cheese, tomato, onion, special sauce and it’s tepid. It’s clear they passed off a mistake to me and didn’t give a damn. If I was closer I’d gone back and made them do it all over or at least refund my money. It’s close to where I work, so I will speak to the manager as I’m that annoyed. One of the last things I want after a long, trying day of work is poor service and even poorer food from Jack in the Box. Of course, some of you may be thinking«What does he expect? It’s fast food!»
