KFC

How disappointing! The KFC meal was ok. The long john Silvers meal was a disaster. The fish was overcooked and the fries were greasy and old. When we told them they offer to replace the fries but it was going to take about five minutes. We then asked for a refund for the fish. And the manager had to be called to authorize it. Surprise once the refund was given the manager proceeded to talk about the situation to the near by associate and proceeded to call us «fags» why? I don’t know but it elicited a laugh from the associate. Good move KFC. Keep hiring homophobes. Went to get a meal and we got called names.

Everytime I go there, I have to wait at least 25 minutes for them to make chicken or pot pie. One day I was there and an employee named David was working. He was so polite and fast. He made sure my order was perfect. After that, I only went when I knew David would be there. For my Mom’s birthday, I ordered from there for our party. David had it all ready on time and it was a big hit. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is for David. He is the best!

if i could give this place no starts i would! went in there about 30mins after open hours and the door was looked ! staff was laughing as i’m trying go get the door open. very unprofessional. if for some reason they couldn’t open the least the can do is open the door and say «hey were having trouble and we can’t open yet», but to laugh at me while i’m trying to open and we’re talking about 5 or 6 employees! later that day i came back to talk to the manager but he had a look on his face like he didn’t care. i work at verizon best believe i will make sure that nobody ever comes here again!

This is supposed to be fast food, and I am waiting here since the last 25 minutes for my order! Even restaurants serve food faster! Never again!

I know its fast food but this one is awful watching the employees move is like watching paint dry. They look stoned. I waited in line while there was just one person that was ordering for over 10 min. It was comical to watch Sllllooowwww motion. Then they didnt have chicken ready. One customer that came after me asked to cancel her order. Another frustrated customer was angry it was taking so long. He asked the person behind the counter you checked when i placed the order he said just put in in a box and give it to me if you have some time bring some food and a camcorder good entertainment

The cashier ALICIAA was very unkind and mean looking. We waited 10 minutes and there was nobody around. She had an attitude problem. I would recommend to look for a kind lady to get more business.

Worst service! A lady cashier with an attitude. I just asked if the fries were already in my to go order and she rolled her eyes on me.
To the manager of this establishment, the quality of service reflects your leadership. Hire the best especially for those that will entail customer interaction. You should coach that lady cashier or assign her to the kitchen. Shift 10/​03, around 1130am.

Disturbing! Bought a meal and I found out the corn was rotten, all brown and smelly. Chicken wasn’t even good :/​only kfc I went to that didn’t meet my craving standards.

Waited 20 minutes in line with only two people in front of me before I left. The person taking orders is the same one fulfilling. Management sucks.
06−18−15 — Whoever manages this place: hire another person for your lunch shift you cheap POS. Maybe no one comes cause how shittily slow the service is, only because it is underemployed and nothing to do with the employees now.
I will now drive extra 10 minutes to visit the other location.

If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would.
We went here because it was the closest Long John Silvers in the area and we wanted LJS. Ordered a 3 chicken, 2 fish platter with a drink and an extra plank of fish, fully intending to take leftovers away. Complete confusion chaos occurred just GETTING me my order. Two other in my party had to go up to the counter and talk with them to try and get things right… and even then, instead of the plank of fish, they gave me two of chicken.
So, strike one, they can’t get orders right. At all.
Then came the food. As an LJS lover, this food was an ABOMINATION! Fish planks were SOAKING in grease. Chicken planks were overcooked, horridly greasy, and tasted like they’d been sitting around for hours and then refried.
Strike two, failing on food quality
To top all this off, the person taking the order didn’t even ask me about sides and just gave me default fries and coleslaw.
Strike three, failing at taking orders… and YER OUTTA THERE!
Will NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE!
If you’re wanting LJS, or KFC, I HIGHLY recommend finding another place.

First of all, this has nothing to do with KFC attached to it. This is all about the fishy place.
My God this was awful.
I understand fried food is at times greasy. But this box of new special, fish +shrimp+fries ($ 3.99) was just literally saturated in oil that didn’t seem changed in years.
The fries… a soggy mess drowning in a pool of residual greasy grossness from fish and shrimp. And it’s only I piece of fish and 3 shrimp. Decorated with a hush puppy gut bomb.
The shrimp tasted more like fish than the fish shaped thing.
It was all just really bad and none could be finished. Shame on me again for not trusting my instincts and trying to get that $ 4 deal.
This is spectacularly terrible food, with a TV constantly playing outdated pop and country music. I might go back for a bucket of K-​Fry, but not so much Long John.
Speaking of which. Never name your franchise after warm, sweaty undergarments.

Worst place ever. I went for a late lunch, it was almost 2 o’clock when I walked in to the restaurant and the 1^st red flag was the dining room. The chairs were still on top of the tables and the booths had dirty trays. There was 2 workers having lunch and only one person at the register and serving the food.
The cashier/​manager had to go around the corner to go get both of the workers to help out since there was people waiting in line.
I asked for the famous chicken bowl and they didn’t have chicken but that’s understandable since I got there a little bit to late.
So I just walked away.
What makes me mad is that the place was dirty, there were chairs on top of the tables and people were complaining cause there were no utensils, napkins or any kind of condiments.
One more thing… The floor was all wet from the soda dispenser or ice machine leaking and there was not «wet floor» sign anywhere.
They need a better management ASAP

2.5 stars! Ahoy matey! I had never been to a Long John Silver’s before — there aren’t too many of them. I guess they’re owned by the same company that operates KFCs since this one is both a KFC and a Long John Silver’s. But not all KFCs have Long John Silver’s menu. Something about the name made me want to come in and try it. Aye aye!
The place was pretty empty. I saw a sign outside that said «New! Fish n chips! $ 2.99» I love fish and chips so I knew that I wanted to get that. But I perused the menu to see if there was anything else I wanted. The left side of the menu as the KFC offerings (chicken) and the right hand side of the menu has the Long John Silver’s offerings (seafood). In addition to fried fish, they also have fried shrimp and fish tacos. I decided to just get the fish and chips.
The cashier was friendly and courteous. I ordered the fish and chips and he asked me if I wanted the combo (which came with a drink) or just the fish and chips by itself. I don’t really drink soda, so I skipped on the combo. It took a while to get my food — maybe just under 10 minutes, so I’m thinking that they were frying my fish as soon as I ordered, which makes sense cuz if they pre-​fried the fish like they do the chicken, the outside would get stale and uncrispy. So if you want the fried fishies, don’t be in a hurry. I got my food to-​go and the cashier asked me if I wanted vinegar and tartar sauce too. Of course! Can’t have fish and chips without tartar sauce!
Well, I was disappointed in the fish and chips. The fried fish was not horrible. They were kind of small sized pieces (there were two pieces). The outside crispy fried part definitely didn’t taste as good as ones you get at real pubs. It had a slightly odd taste to it too. And the chips were not fries. British chips are fries, but these chips were potato chips. They kind of looked liked Ruffles, but they were a bit harder and less salty. Not bad, but the chips in fish and chips are supposed to be fries.
Sorry, Long John Silver, but you need to walk the plank matey. If I come back to this location, it will be to get hot wings from the KFC side. No more fish and chips from here for me. AAARRRRRRR!!!

This place is very run down. Service is not friendly, especially Karina, she didn’t even crack a smile. Half the sodas are out of order. Condiments are empty. Someone need to come in here and whoop some butt.

I have always loved long johns silver. So we decided to have lunch at this winchester street restaurany. We ordered 5 piece fish, fries, soda, and mini bundt cake. Got our food so fast. First thing I opened was the fries. it looked old. Tasted it… soo chewy and old. Like they just warmed it in the microwave. My mom opened the other container… they FRIGGIN served us some OLD, SOGGY, REFRIED FISH!!! Unbelievable! It was BLACK. I shouldve taken a picture but I was so shocked they would have the balls to serve old food to customers. As soon as I brought it back to the counter they asked if I would wait 3 more mins. Waited and realized even the cake they gave me was almost expired. Returned it telling them cake is all out and expiring tomorrow anf DAVYNNA tells me «its ok we pull them at the end of the day» smiles and tell me to have a wonderful day. Waited 15 mins more fot the newly cooked fish and this time I took pictures! They cook it in super OLD oil! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! THEY ARE FEEDUNG PEOPLE. OLD FOOD AND DOESNT EVEN FEEL BAD OR SORRY ABOUT it!!! Is ut possible to put NO star???

2^nd time i been here. First time, cashier was unfriendly and place was dirty not upkept. Todays visit the cashier was super nice but place was still dirty. No spoons or lids no sauce was filled in bins. Soda machine dirty n wet. Tables not wiped. Windows smearec n dirty. Dont think ill come back.

Food and service is not consistent. Sometimes people look angry and sad and sometimes happy and friendly. If we didn’t have a coupon, we wouldn’t have ordered from here. Food is SALTY and chicken is small and too soft.

Baby Jesus knows I love me some KFC! I was coming here because it was the closes one to where I lived. I like getting me that chicken tender meal with mashed taters and a biscuit (cant forget the butter).
The Food: The food tasted just like any other KFC. The thing I worried about was that the food would taste like fish since it is a LJS/​KFC combo.
The Staff: The staff is nice but it always seems like they are understaffed. Every time I’ve been here I’d have to wait for at least 15 minutes. Another thing is that the tables are really dirty and sticky. I’ve never seen no one out there cleaning them up.
The Restaurant: The place is kind of big and offers plenty of seating. The parking is somewhat limited and they don’t have a drive thru

Never had Long John Silver’s before and since it’s in conjunction with a KFC at this location I figured why not have my usual order of 10 piece Honey BBQ wings from KFC and an order of something yummy at Long John Silver’s.
Ordered the Super Platter from LJS which came with 2 pieces of fried fish, tons of popcorn shrimp, butterfly shrimp and some fries. Everything but the fries tasted pretty good. I liked the shrimp pieces the most.
Ordered the 10 piece Honey BBQ Wings from KFC (even though it wasn’t listed on the menu I knew for a fact they serve the honey bbq ones). Got a free coleslaw with this order.
Ordered 2 apple pies. They were HOT and not as good as the apple pies at McDonald’s.
The fast-​moving, friendly manager of the store told us it would be a 9 minute wait for the wings, we said, «No problem.»
Why the eff did we wait for over 15 minutes? Seems like they’re more on the «We don’t make it til you order it, but we make it very very slow…» technique.
If I didn’t have to wait so long for my food I would’ve rated this spot a bit better.
