I love Aram’s. What I love about Aram’s, besides the great taste of their food, is that their Meatballs pasta contains an above average number of meatballs. Merci beaucoup, Aram’s.

Solid take-out pizza. They have my favorite buffalo chicken pizza. Also a place with a crispy flakey crust that I don’t just throw away like other places. Thumbs up!

Pizza wasn’t good. I ordered it and that guy used his bare hands to throw it in the oven for me. 2 mins later he brought it out and proceeded to put it in my to go bag. I asked him if it was warm and he said«I could feel it». It wasn’t warm so I asked him to put it back in. From that point I knew it wasn’t going to be good. Pizza wasn’t fresh. Maybe because it was a slice but if you’re super hungry and don’t give a shit– come here.

When I used to live in East Cambridge, I used to drop into Aram’s #2 probably like every other week. They’re definitely a neighborhood local sub and pizza joint. My usuals were their steak bomb(shaved steak), steak tip sub, chicken parm, and occasionally I’ve ordered pizzas. The food is decent for the price — relatively inexpensive. It’s also pretty consistent. I’ve never had problems for the 4 – 5 years I ordered from them. Subs: as with many shops, you can customize the vegetables, pretty much dropping a mini-salad on them. The vegetable ingredients were pretty decent, i.e., nothing brown, decently moist without being watery or wet, decent flavor. Shaved steak items(steak bomb, steak and peppers, steak and cheese): I actually liked Cinderella’s more for these, but they were a little further. Thought these were decent. Three stars. Steak tip items(steak tips with rice, steak tip sub): decent steak tips. Four stars. Chicken parm: was decent, crispy breaded chicken and tomato-ey tomato sauce. Four stars. Chicken subs: nothing to write home about other than«good.» Four stars. Pizza: decent crispy crust and greasy, cheesy at the same time. Four stars. Usually pizzas come with sodas with the price.

To their credit, Aram’s 2 is quick. The chicken parmesan sub, however speedily crafted, is little better than a microwave sammidge from 7 – 11, and at $ 7, twice as expensive. To call it egregiously overpriced would be a mild abuse of that word, but«somewhat» falls more than a little bit short. I can’t speak to the ‘za, and likely never will. There are far tastier chicken parmesan subs to be had on the same block. Unless circumstance has forced you into this place, skip it.

The best pizza I’ve had in a long, long time. Just the right crust thickness, sauce, and cheese. Not greasy at all.

It was late and this place was closing. «Excuse me, can I get a large half pepperoni and half cheese?» «For here or to go?» «For — » “Because we’re closing and you have to get it to go.“ With that attitude? I knew it was going to be good. It was $ 13 or so and came with 2 cans of soda free. It was delicious. Nice and greasy with crust just the right height and a sweet sauce. For the price, location, and expectations, this place gets 5 stars. Side note: my wife snuck out of the hotel to grab some pizza. That means that it’s really good.

It’s hard to find a lunch spot in East Cambridge. When the Galleria Food Court gets tiring, I usually head to Aram’s to grab a quick bite to eat. The food is cheap, it’s decent and consistent. The menu is straightforward and the entire place is a no-frills experience. What I’ve had: –pizza: Buttery, Greek-Style, two slices will leave you full but also leave you yearning for the treadmill. Much cheaper than the former Galleria Villa Pizza, coming in at $ 2/slice versus $ 4+ –Italian Sub: decent, pretty much standard Italian sub. Again, nothing fancy– it will get you full –Gyro Mini Dinner: Gyro wasn’t bad for being frozen and reheated, enough fries for two meals! –Chicken Salad with Feta: you get A LOT of Feta. And you get pita bread and a soda/bottle of water with the order too! Chicken was delightfully seasoned and house Greek dressing is my go-to choice. –Steak Tip with Feta: same as above, great seasoned steak tips and it’s only $ 9 which includes pita and a drink. Great value, perhaps the best in East Cambridge for this type of lunch.

The wait is never long for the pizza and it always looks perfect like something on TV. And the bacon is always fully cooked. Nothing worse than ordering a pizza with bacon on it and it’s practically raw. UPDATE. This place is CONSISTENTLY good and the pizza is always perfect

Good value and super fast delivery in the North Point /East Cambridge area. These guys do a good job with pizza, subs and salads. Nothing fancy — just decent food at excellent prices. I’ve never eaten there but they have terrific takeout, with free delivery.

Aram knows his pizza. Ordering pizza from Aram’s is another guilty pleasure of ours. We always order a large pizza with half buffalo chicken and half veggie. The veggie pizza is so phenomenal that I highly recommend ordering it even if you aren’t a huge veggie fan! Oh and any large pizza order comes with 2 free cans of soda! This spot is more of a take out spot than a hang out spot. They are opened late night too which is a huge plus!

This place is great. Apparently a favorite for locals, and I see why. Staff was incredible friendly and answered all of my questions over the phone. They said 30 minutes for delivery and they were exactly on time. I had the chicken parm, which I thought was pasta, but was a sandwich. It was good. I just would have asked for toppings if I’d known it was a sandwich. My fiancé ordered a calzone the likes of which I’ve never seen. This thing was 3 of any calzone we have back home. The mozzarella sticks were also impressive. I’ve never seen a place offer an order this large. Definitely worth a try!

Aram’s #2 Pizza is a «house of pizza» found all over the New England area, which is to say it is not very good Greek style pies. After being disappointed one time too many, I no longer bother with the pizza here. Fortunately there are a few things Aram’s is doing right — namely the super steak subs and steak tip salad. The sub(steak bomb anywhere else) is my go-to hangover cure with seasoned meat, plenty of onions, green and red peppers, mushrooms, and(sometimes not enough) cheese. They pop it in the pizza oven for a few minutes for toasty bread. The steak tip salad is built on the typical chopped iceberg, but is topped with plenty of tomatoes(sometimes of pretty decent quality), cucumber rounds, green pepper slices, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, and an impressive amount of marinated tips. The portion is reasonable enough to make a meal out of, which I appreciate. Aram’s throws in a can of soda with nearly everything you could order, but they do not take kindly to those who refuse it. I have about 7 unconsumed ginger ale hanging out in my fridge as I feel like I am personally offending the owners if I decline the offer. Although there are worse things in the world, it seems silly to shift their soda inventory over to my house because they insist. (An aside, if you’re gonna pick up a pizza order here, please stop parking directly in front. This is a bus stop, and you create an unsafe situation for everyone else.)

We were staying at the Holiday Inn Cambridge and tried them on a Sunday night. It was delivered within 20 minutes. My husband and son enjoyed their pizzas, although my husband did not like the broccoli on his pizza. Other than that, they said the crust was crispy, the sauce and everything else was good. It would’ve been nice to know(by looking at the menu) which veggies were going to be on the pizza. I ordered the chicken salad with feta cheese and thought it tasted great. The chicken was tender and flavorful, veggies were crisp and cold as they should be. I did not use the house dressing so can’t comment on the taste of it.
