Sushi wasn’t fresh, rolls were small. Disappointed — special roll I ordered that had scallops was just a mayo mixture warmed up with at most one diced scallop, gross. People were nice and accommodating though, so leaving two stars.

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. The chefs give a great show. Mine was a bit of a comedian. He cooked my food to perfection.

Came here recently to redeem my Groupon for a dinner. The hibachi experience is spectacular to witness. The chef prepares your meal in front of you and puts on a show for you by doing some tricks. If you decide to take a quick bite of your food, you may miss something ;) the food is delicious, and would return to try different items on the menu!

The worst restaurant inside a Marriott I have ever experienced !!! Service was poor, food was cold, and they allowed an entire table of 30 year old men … to sit and be served without their shirts on !!! bucket mouths !!! And there were families there from the hotel!

Great service from the wait staff to the super talented chefs! Definitely a must if you’re looking for an out of the ordinary, fun night out. Big thanks to the entire Bisuteki team for making my loved one’s birthday so memorable. I appreciate it!

Went during lunch hour and was pleasantly surprised. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service! The amount of food is INCREDIBLE for the price! My plate was about $ 12 and it included fried rice, hibachi vegetables, a whole chicken breast(hibachi style) and a steak(also hibachi style). The sauces and seasoning were spot on. The only thing is that I would’ve liked more soy sauce on the rice but I prefer to have to add some more than have rice that is drenched in it. Definitely recommend!

I found this place on Groupon after Natural Healing center in Cambridge failed to register my appointment few days ago that i made with them. I just made another appointment with them and will write a review about it after i visit.(Also found it on Groupon) So I decide find a place to eat since i still have two hours prior my working time. I went on Groupon and find this place. I gave them a call to make sure I can use the Groupon. The person who answered the phone was nice, but her sound was so low despite the fact i had my speaker on. Anyway after i finally found the place, I realize it was inside a hotel. I parked on the street because i have permit, then i realize I can park in the hotel parking later. I went in, the front desk AKA host was ok, She sounded impatient and trying to be patient for some reason(at least she is trying) I followed the host to my seat, there was only two other customers beside me and two wait staffs(i went there around 1:30PM) The waitress who served my was nice and attentive, pouring water consistently and asking me how is everything. Its not just the the waitress who serves me was nice, the waitress that was on other table came pour water for me and ask if everything was ok. I wasnt expect them to be so nice to me, but just ok due to the reviews and other factors, so that’s a plus. I ordered a spicy salmon roll, uni-avo roll, and a Lobster, shrimp, scallop, salmon teppanyaki. The food was ok, nothing special about them. Nonetheless I believe they use at least good quality ingredients.(for a closely $ 30 teppanyaki it should be) The temperature for me was on the hot side, which i wish could be a bit cooler. Overall I would go there for social and fun, not for the food. Plus two stars for unexpected nice service, one star for the fresh food ingredient.

Service is bad. Food is bad. Place is cool. Most of the food doesnt worth that price. Luckly I used groupon there. Go and eat some turkish kebab instead of this.

Best Japanese restaurant I’ve been to in a hotel Sushi was solid and the Tapanyake was entertaining Service very friendly though my appetizer came after my entrée. Since they were so nice I didn’t mind I’m just happy to have a good meal in a Courtyard Marriott

Bisuteki is on your right when you enter the Marriott and they validate your parking for free in the hotel lot(which is rare to find around here). They surpassed my expectations! It was my birthday and we had 9 people at 830pm yesterday. The waiter explained that I can get any teppanyaki free if everyone else gets an entrée. I ordered the Flaming/Erupting Volcano for 2 which is basically a yummy big scorpion bowl! $ 6 drinks are a steal in Boston too! Part of our party was late and the hibachi chef was patient with us and waited until everyone arrived. He was funny and talented and made me the meal with Lobster, Scallops and Shrimp, which I was surprised was free and delicious too. He made an heart out of eggs which was cute and it was fun attempting and failing to land Zucchini and Sake in our mouths. At the end they even gave me a cheesecake with a candle! We were there after they closed and took a while to figure out how to split the bill. We felt terrible but they did not pressure us at all! I appreciated their efforts to make my night memorable, which they definitely did!

This is a great Teppanyaki spot. Luckily, we had an awesome chef named Hunter who was really sweet and fun. Here’s why you might like Bisuteki: 1. Drink descriptions are hilarious! 2. Good prices for hibachi! 3. Cocktails are about $ 6 a drink which I think is a steal compared to Dallas prices 4. Great service 5. Very clean Worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving Japanese food!

Waiter was hard to understand. I think she gave up on us and asked his colleague to take over our table. Also, I witnessed a customer service issue and the manager never went over to their table to alleviate the issue. He just stands there without doing anything much. Hibachi was meh. I’ve had better but since I had a groupon + a decent discount, it was OK On your birthday, show up with your ID and you eat for free. On Sundays, bring your kids in under the age of 12 and they also eat for free.

The one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Uncomfortable seat, and I have no idea what their waitress were doing. It looks like a fast food restaurant and I believe that the food I cook would be much better than they did. On the other hand, this restaurant named as” steak house”! BUTTHEYDONTSERVESTEAK! WTF You will be regretting if you go there for meal! A «good» way to waste your money!

Service was quick and helpful! Both my wife and I were very happy with our meals. This restaurant is perfect if you are staying at the Courtyard Hotel. We highly recommend the Sushi Appetizer.

Absolutely awful. I feel crazy for putting up with the terrible service and Chef at this restaurant. We should have left, it just got worst and worst as the night went on. First we placed drink and sushi orders at the beginning, which did not come out for half hour. Our waitress helped everyone else it seemed but our tables. When the food come out it was wrong, we ordered California rolls with no egg, egg was on. It took them 5 minutes to bring out the order with no egg, why not the first time? Our chef was nice but did not listen to what we asked, we had a friend that is vegan and one that was on lent. The chef continued to cook everything with butter, we specifically asked for him not too on their orders. Drink refills also took forever. To top off the night, it was my friends daughters birthday, we were a large party of about 20 people. The birthday girl was celebrating her 8th birthday, she was supposed to get her meal for free. When the check came out, over a $ 500 bill(With tip included = kick in the teeth) they did not take here meal off, my friend asked to have it taken off the bill but our Terrible hostess/waitress would not because we could not prove we were celebrating the girls birthday, she wanted proof! Asked if the girl had ID or a birth certificate. Who carries a birth certificate with them? And last time I checked 8 year olds do not have photo ID. 1star review is too generous, I’m really upset and feel terrible for my friends and their daughter and how she was treated on her special day.

Not terribly jazzed by this place. The food wasn’t very flavorful, and our chef wasn’t very enthusiastic. Granted, the chef at the next table was VERY enthusiastic, and watching him gyrate his hips toward the young families made me really uncomfortable. We came for a friend’s birthday, and they messed up the check a couple times before giving us the correct discount. Hibachi places are fairly uniform, and this one simply didn’t stand out from the pack. I may go back for another flaming volcano bowl, though.

I went here for my birthday, on your birthday you get a free entrée with the purchase of more food. We had the surf and turf: lobster and filet mignon which was free for my b day, then ordered two sushi rolls. All of the food was great, service was great, and I got free cheesecake too! We will come back here for more birthdays, but it’s also a good teppanyaki-sushi place. Highly recommended

I went there with my wife and 3-year-old daughter on a rainy fall night and it was a great meal and activity. The cost was high(~$ 25 per entrée for food you would probably pay $ 12 for off a take-out menu, kids portion was cheaper) but the teppanyaki grilling performance is well worth the extra money for entertainment value alone. The staff really could not have been more courteous and friendly. They were especially sweet to my daughter. The teppanyaki chef asked if she would be afraid of the fire and asked about food allergies for the table. His cooking routine was very entertaining, and he even took my phone and took a picture of us! My daughter loved the show and even ate a lot of the food(she is a fussy eater but she gave the soup and teriyaki chicken a try and she really liked it). She also loved the virgin strawberry daiquiri. Fully validated(free) parking.

I’ve been to many Japanese steak houses. This one is a little small & quaint. I sat in the ‘lounge’ area as I was by myself for a late dinner. The bartender was very nice. The food was mediocre at best. The soup was good, the salad had too much lettuce & the meal well… was bland. The steak was cooked perfectly but had no flavor to it. The ginger sauce was nothing special. The mustard sauce was spicy to my taste. The veggies were fresh. I am not a fan of the bean spouts. The fried rice was flavorless. I am only in town for a night. Would I eat here again? Probably if I was staying at the hotel again. Otherwise I would not go out of my way to come here again.
