There are only 3 spaces in front for people like me who want to take their food to go but aren’t lazy enough to go through the drive«thru». Of those 3 spaces, a manager-looking employee is parked in one — screwing over the customers. Big parking lot in back. Employees don’t park in prime customer spaces! As for ordering, why do I have to recite my order to a guy who is pressing the same buttons I could press? Why not self serve registers? The guy fucjed up my order. I can do that myself and have no one to blame. Honestly, why hire people who can’t understand English to speak English to people who are twice as intelligent as the guy fukcing up the order? Waste of a paycheck. They should all be cooking, prepping & serving not taking orders. GROCERYSTORESHAVESELFSERVE. WHYNOTHERE? AIRPORTS, PRINTYOUROWNTICKETKIOSKS. Why create a faulted step between the customer and their order???

I went here several times over the summer. I only have experience with the drive through. The food was always hot, my order has always been correct and the service has always been polite and friendly. It is easy to get in and out of this location and I feel the location is generally safe and the outside seems kept up.

Can a place really be this bad having been around so long? Well, yes it can. The last time I went here prior to day was for lunch about a year ago and it was bad all around. First the service was horrid. There was one person in line, and supposedly two people on cashier duty, but both were busy doing nonsensical stuff, and looking at everything except those of us waiting at the counter. It was nearly five minutes before anyone even took my order, then it took an inordinate amount of time for me get get my simple order of burger and fries with a drink — as I recall it was over ten minutes(normally it only takes about five minutes). Now, overall, Burger King is my second favorite Fast Food Burger place after Wendy’s, except that McDonald’s typically has better fries. The food was horrible; I can’t say what it was exactly, but the cheeseburger did not taste good, fresh or what have you, at all. The fries were soggy, tasteless, and too salty. I was starving that day and could not finish the meal. I was walking past it today and decided that I just wanted to get a shake — no food — just a shake. I asked a quick simple question about the flavors and I got an answer that indicated to me that the man had not the slightest clue what I just asked him; it was as though I spoke to him in Greek or something. It took three people to make my shake, and it took five minutes for them to get it to me, even though no one was in line ahead of me. The first one put the syrup and ice cream in and mixed it, and handed it off to another cashier ot bring to me. The only problem was that half the syrup was not mixed in; it was mostly stuck to the side of the cup. So I asked said cashier if she would finish mixed the syrup into it properly. She took it to the machine with this look on her face that told me she had no clue how to operate a relatively simple machine, and promptly handed off to a third employee, who to me appeared to be the manager or at least the shift supervisor, and the only one who seemed to know what he was doing. He finished properly mixing it up for me. Unfortunately, it didn’t help. It is without question the wose tasting shake I have ever had. They used to at least use real syrup, but everything tasted fake, and it had what can only be described as a «gritty» texture to it. Not enjoyable in any way, shape or form. I won’t be back to this location ever again. I’m not sure I’ll ever go to another Burger King again either after these past two experiences.

Best bk I’ve eaten at, the dinning room is always clean, the service is super friendly and patient, and the food is great.

The crew there is sweet. Food’s always served with a smile and, in my experience, has always been fresh. When you make a special request they honor it: my burgers have been well done and off the broiler every time I’ve asked. They give a fair portion of fries, too. I drive an extra 4 miles to get to this Burger King instead of going to the one closest to me… this is the best Burger King in town. Update: Yes I had given them 5 stars, but today my burger tasted pretty bad. Had to return it. It’ll be a while before I venture back. What a shame.

Stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order needless to say I just left. Might look nice on the inside and out. But the service here is lacking big time. They really need to step up there game.

Extremly rude workers, the Manager Elizabeth is very quick to push you off and not adress an issue, and overall understaff and slow service. The interior honestly is pleasent and updated, but to wait 20 – 30 mins for a meal with poor customer service, not worth it.

As burger kings go, this one is better than most. I think its mostly due to the nice location. I don’t go there super often anymore, as it is a little far from my apartment(bike was stolen 2mos. ago). Anyway, has all the amenities you would expect from a reasonably well-run burger king, and if you came in after the dinner rush there was a Spanish girl working there who would ALWAYS hook it up with the fries if you were nice. Overall, this is a solid BK if you are just need to grab something quick. I may start going back again, but I get the feeling I’m starting to get the taco bug as its getting nice out.

Keep it mind, I only go here after 10pm After a long night of drinking or work, I usually come to this burger king because its less than a mile away from my house and I don’t feel like cooking. Its always the same handful of guys working and the are fast and friendly. The fries are always hot and crisp, like they were fried to order. The burgers are also hot and assembled with some care. I have been there 20+ times and they have one screwed up my order once(Instead of giving me a Bacon & Cheese Whooper they gave me a Triple Whopper, I thought I was gonna go comatose after eating it. My favorite part is they always overload the fries so that leaves a whole bunch of fries for the ride back to my house.

As far as fast food goes, I was pretty happy with my burger. It has been a while since I’ve had BK. I could taste the difference from a McDonald’s burger and really enjoyed it. The grounds were surprisingly clean, though my expectations were also pretty low being in an urban area. Though there was only one car ahead of us at the drive thru, service was still pretty slow though the staff was friendly. Then again, it’s fast food so my expectations in general aren’t very high.

I’ve been here many, many times, both through the drive-thru and inside. For this reason, I feel I’m pretty qualified to assess this place. SLOWESTBKEVER!, no questions asked! You will wait, and you will wait long, if there’s one Peron, or twenty in front of you. Doesn’t matter if you’re doing the drive-thru, you will wait the same time inside/out. Thinking about coming during lunch-time…forget about it. This place will keep you waiting for a good 10 – 15 minutes during lunch hours. Something has to be done, this is not normal. Mickey D’s down the street is much faster. The food here, is fine, but clearly the service is hurting.

This is actually a very nice Burger King, so far as these things go. There is a grassy green lawn out front, it is usually clean and the staff is generally efficient. I don’t eat fast food often(haven’t been to a McDonald’s in 10 years), but I will sometimes eat at this here Burger King. I’m sure it’s now standard at most Burger Kings these days, but the newer signage is chucklelicious, including the PULL signs on the doors.(«You can have it your way and PUSH, but this door is pretty stubborn.») I often take my fat-laden meal to go and find a nice bench by Fresh Pond. Someday they will make a commercial out of this: FADEIN: EXT. FRESHPOND — DAY PHIL D., 30-ish, sits in the sun on a bench overlooking FRESHPOND, a scenic but fenced-in body of water. He appears disheveled, with unruly hair, facial growth, and shirt untucked. PHIL D. digs into a BURGERKINGBAG and pulls out FRIES and CHEEESEBURGER. He immediately appears happier as he begins to eat. PANTO: THEKING, older, plastic-faced with permanent smile, dressed in royal garb(crown, etc.) sitting on the bench next to PHIL D. WIDESHOT: THEKING waves heavily bejeweled fingers in the direction of the CHAIN-LINKFENCE surrounding FRESHPOND, which slowly dissipates. THEKING turns to PHIL D. and nods. (V.O) The king doesn’t fence you in… you can have it your way. BKLOGO… FADEOUT.
