Went in after a bad experience at another footlocker, i had bought a shoe in NH i work in Boston, shoe completely fell apart after 10 days so i went to footlcoker on my break and they basically told me to buy a different pair. i had no receipt so i left, then on my way home traffic was brutal so i went to galleria and tried my luck. I was pleasantly surprised as the managers there were incredible! They were able to retrieve my purchase info by calling the other store and they allowed me to get a new pair with no hassle. They won a new customer in me …

Store has a nice selection of sneakers, the staff kind of stunk on my last visit. I bought a shirt, it shrunk pretty dramatically. I made the mistake of throwing out my receipt but the kid working asked«how do I know you didn’t steal this?» when I asked to exchange it for a larger size. They ended up letting me exchange it after if got awkward, the whole thing was ridiculous, they should have said either yes or no instead of trying to be detectives.

Horrid store. I was staying at Hotel Marlow for a conference and my shoe broke. I ran across the block to the mall and found the Foot Locker. I was assaulted with sales people fighting over me. I picked a modest priced pair if Nikes. $ 29.99. Cheap for this store. Of course they were out of my size. Then they tried to up sell me to $ 99.99 shoes. I ended up with another pair for $ 49.99. But they pushed laces and insoles hard. So much so they ripped out the stock insoles and inserted the custom ones without asking. The sales person defaces the box with a marker writing their number all over the box. I guess for commission credit. Then I get asked. I less than 5 times to buy socks, laces, inserts while checking out. The store was dirty, and the staff rude and once they realized I was not buying $ 100 shows couldn’t give a crap about me. Avoid the store like the plague!

Worst service ever. Waited fifteen min to get someone to bring us shoes. One cashier and nobody on the floor on a saturday afternoon? You can do better, foot locker.

I went in here back int the fall because they had the purple(Gothic Grape, to be specific) Converse I wanted on sale for $ 29.99, and my old pair was visibly falling apart. I walked in there, still wearing my old pair, and had the following exchange with the clerk: Me: I’d like to see these in an 8, please. Clerk: Well, Converse run small, so you probably already want to go up a size. Me: *holds up foot* I have a pair, so I know what size I need. Clerk: OK… (goes and brings back shoes) Clerk: OK, so Converse have really thin soles, so you probably want to try some of these insoles. Me: I have Converse, I know what they’re like(my old ones are now sitting on the bench next to me) Clerk: Well, you can just try these, and if you don’t like them, you don’t have to buy them. So basically, the guy was completely clueless and tried to sell me insoles I didn’t need– and on top of that, they apparently allow people to try on insoles before they sell them, so if you DO buy them, you’re getting used ones? In addition, the music was really loud and annoying, and the clerks were doing nothing about these teenagers who were loitering, sprawling all over the benches, and screaming. If I hadn’t saved $ 12 on those Converse, I would have given them 1 star.
