So we r here again for the awesome pizza! I found out this time it makes a difference who makes your pizza! Today the gal with green hair made it, it was very good but Jenny is our usual pizza girl and her PIZZA’S taste better! It’s not any more or less ingredients I don’t think! But I tell you what Jenny has the touch or maybe the love I don’t know. Either way the pizza here is awesome but I prefere Jenny to make our pizza!

Love this place. We just finished out end of season baseball party here the food was timely and great! The staff handles our large party with ease. Staff is very professional and friendly. I have the privilege of enjoying the lunch buffet here several times a month and have never been disappointed.

I went in tonight for a crisp green salad and got anything but that! First off the place is filthy dirty, sticky tables and dirty floors. I should have known better when I had to use a napkin to touch the utensils at the salad bar. From the salad bar, every thing tasted the same like it had all been stored in un covered containers in the walk in fridge. The spinach was ok but with no honey mustard dressing available I had to eat it plain. The garbanzo’s and red beans were mushy and the croutons were stale. I just wanted a refreshing crisp salad and now I feel ill. Watch out for the loose irrigation hose that I tripped on outside the front door.

The pizza was raw. Called to complain and received 25% off next pizza. Good enough? Maybe next pizza should be free.

I refuse to give this place even one star, unless I’m forced to. This is the second bad experience we’ve had. The first was a delivery order gone horribly wrong: an over long wait and then missing, but paid for items, they actually had to come back to our house, ridiculous!!! But today trumps any other bad experience I’ve had here or anywhere really. We came in around noon on Saturday, when we pulled into the parking lot we were excited to see a sign stating that all you can eat lunch was from 11 – 2EVERYDAY, so once inside I told the girl at the register(side note: she looked as though she had literally rolled out of bed and come to work, unappetizing and unprofessional) that we’d all be ordering the all. you can eat lunch, I was abruptly and very rudely told it’s only available M-F as if it was my error in reading the sign YOUPUTOUTTHERE incorrectly, I tried to explain that the sign clearly reads EVERYDAY, but was cut off and told that the owner would have to make that decision, but of course the owner was nowhere to be found, how convenient. I was beyond irritated, mostly because of the lack of customer service… whatever happened to the customer is always right??? Well in this case I actually was right and not just trying to be difficult although that’s how I was made to feel, completely unacceptable. Since we were already there, with two hungry kids in tow, one just barely over a year old, we decided to order anyways, if I’d had my way we would have left, our money would have been better spent at McDonald’s…so $ 80 later, yes seriously $ 80(we did order 2 small pizzas, 1 large pizza, breadsticks, 2 salads and 3 sodas though, so…) we got our pizzas, which we believe are always good, that’s why this experience is so disappointing, I then tried a second time to reason with the cashier and explain that it would be a better business practice to not falsely advertise something you aren’t prepared to honor, suggesting that perhaps they should take down the sign to avoid any further frustrated and confessed customers, when she continued in the same rude, unprofessional manner as before I asked to speak to the owner or a manager, as it turns out she is the manager, unbelievable… I wouldn’t leave this girl in charge of taking out my trash, let alone manage my business, to me that says a lot about the owners!!! As the manager she did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, not even offer an aplology for their obvious oversight. Futhermore the salad bar wasn’t fully stocked: no ladels for the dressing, dirty utensils and ladels on the salad bar, missing salad toppings both dry and refrigeratd, no soup, or pre-made salads… they’d been open since 9 or so it says when you google them, but here it says 11, either way I can’t imagine what they were doing for 3 hours or prior to opening up to the public!!! I’m so angry I don’t even want to continue and honestly the money wouldn’t have been an issue if we’d been treated better, but the customer service from the so-called manager was deplorable, nonexistent, horrible, awful, I could go on and on, but I’m sure you get it!!! I’m done with this place, which is disheartening because I think it is very important to spend money to make our small, wonderful town and community better, keep it local is my moto and with limited choices here, we often frequent the same establishments… the Pizza Factory was much better when it first opened, and I can say that we did have a great experience here January 2015 celebrating my son’s birthday, but they have clearly failed to properly staff their restaurant and manage their business, they don’t deserve anymore of my family’s hard earned money and I suggest you think twice about wasting your money here either, it is an epic failure. I rarely(ok never) write reviews, but this was just to much and hopefully it’ll spare another family from having the same horrible experience and wasting money. Thank. you :-)

This is the best pizza place in town! Prices are unbelievably cheap for the lunch buffet where you get a great salad bar, chili, bread sticks, potato wedges, and Pizza, all for $ 5.99. It’s a much better deal than anywhere else in town, and it’s all you can eat! Super friendly staff, fresh food, great prices! I also love that the owner is supportive of local schools, youth and community activities. They are very community oriented!

Restaurant is dirty. Food is barely eatable. I ordered plain pasta. The easiest dish in the world. They were over cooked and disgusting. My kids had meatball. They smelled so bad… Burk The worst american highways can serve you.

Tried to go get pizza with my family last night at 8:30. The hours said they were open until 10:30 but when we walked in we were passed by a employee who was leaving and laughed at the disheveled lady at the cash register and told her good luck. The salad bar was completely put away and when we asked are you closing she said well yeah. We didn’t even try to argue the fact that they were supposed to be open another two hours and had hungry kids to feed due to one the way the cashier appeared and two because we were afraid to have our food tampered with… I hope the owner sees this post and is aware of their employees causing them to loose money. If your not open until 10:30 for business then please change your hours!

First time and a fun family atmosphere. Wanted to try somewhere different. Great beer and wine choices. Great pizza and salad bar. Sadly, the only machine that dispenses drinks was down and for my son and husband. Over ½ of games that didn’t dispense tickets were out of order. Seemed pretty busy. Nice and polite staff. Tables weren’t cleaned too quickly when families left. Outside air was fresh smelling of pine trees and wood fires. Nice outside eating area on warmer days. One final thing. Their napkins are entertaining and make great selfie pictures, hint hint.

I have nothing but good things to say about the quality and the staff at pizza factory in Cameron Park. I used to frequent the Placerville pizza factory, so when I saw a new shop open up I admit I was skeptical. However, they have yet to disappoint me. Quality is excellent and even more importantly to me, the guest service is great. I work in retail and I value immensely being treated well when I am visiting an establishment. Everyone at this location has been great but I want to give a special shout out to one of their new hires. I’m sorry that I don’t know her name but when I was in there tonight 12−14−15 she was doing a great job on the register. She was very pleasant, and kept her cool, which I know can be difficult to keep up when you are busy learning things and have to ask allot of questions, but she was great. Keep her around Pizza Factory! When you have someone who is that good with your guests you better not let her go!

First time here! This place is pretty good. I’d say it’s more of a place to take the family, instead of really high quality pizza. The atmosphere is great and there are lots of arcade games inside(don’t sit by the arcade games if possible! The kids are extremely loud and obnoxious that play them hahah). There are also TV’s throughout. The pizza was okay. The crust was my favorite part. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because it took a reallllllly long time(45+minutes) for them to get out one medium pizza & an order of breadsticks. Overall, it wasn’t too bad. I’d go there again. Carson C. El Dorado Hills, CA

Just thought I’d share… I called and ordered a pizza at 1:51pm today, arrived at 2:13pm to pick up my pizza. Paid for it and was told it would be 2 – 3 minutes more. Oh, I will mention that the nice girl did honor my 11÷15÷15 expired coupon! While waiting, watching the pizza that was only going to take 2 – 3 minutes more(also watching pizza guy poke the dough bubble with his finger, then go and wash his hands) be delivered to a family eating there, was asked if I would like a drink while I wait. I asked, «is there a problem?»…no she said, just offering while you wait! I stood up and asked«did you not make my pizza yet?»… With some hesitation, she then admitted the pizza had not been made yet! Just tell the truth the first time when asked!!! Got my pizza at 2:23pm, just got home and the crust is not even cooked through!!! WTS???

First visit… When I got there the staff was busy making pizza orders but made sure to greet me and let me know they would be right with me. The place was clean and the food came out fast. Friendly staff, great food at a good price. Games for the kids, TV and beer for the«big kids» ;) Wonderful place to take the family for dinner and just found out they deliver to my house! For anyone local that lives in this area, you understand why that is a HUGE plus!

Bruin pizza, no green peppers, is super yummy. We have had it twice. We will definitely keep getting this.

I like the spot. Wasn’t sure Cameron Park needed another pizza joint but the arcade games and atmosphere make it very family-friendly. Some of the Arcade games are vintage so it was kind of cool to see some of the old-style games. Pizza is great and, for a pizza parlor, they have a nice selection of wine and beer. Bring the family on down — you will enjoy!

Okay, so we lived three brothers. And I’ve been to many pizza factories. This isn’t ranked high. The customer service was absolutely amazing. 10⁄10 for friendliness and helpfufllness. The salad bar? Gross. The selection was small and needed more. Also, it was hard to reach most everything. Ranch tasted like water. Macaroni salad was very bland but kids must like it. The pizza? We ordered a Rubicon meaty medium. It looked great. But it was soggy with grease. The oven must have been too high as toppings were burnt on ends and bottom crust was gooey(probably from grease.) I’ll give it another try or two. They have cute games at each table that made our wait go by sure fast. However, no curtains made for a blinding bright evening light. So, service was good. Food wasn’t good. And ambiance was difficult to sit through. Video games for the kids is awesome.

The pizza was good but the service was sub_par I really like the soda, but the hazel in the salad bar was gross. No big deal honestly, it’s just a small oversight.
