Wow… be careful who you work with here. I was sold a package in which all of the costs were not fully disclosed. When I discovered it the following day, I went in to return the phone and accessories. The guilty party, who had been my very friendly sales person the day before, didn’t even look me in the eye or say anything. Talk about looking guilty!!! Luckily, he was busy for the next 30 minutes and I was able to work with Veronica. She was polite, kind and honest and was able to process the return. Much to my chagrin, the manager imposed a $ 35 stocking fee for a phone that I had for less than 24 hours and was due to their failure to fully explain the monthly cost. I would be cautious going here and I have minimal respect for the manager who didn’t even bother to explain the restocking fee in person to me. I will go to the Capitol City Mall store where I have had much better service.
