This location«pulled» my benefits the day I did not buy from them. That meant that when I went to another Lenscrafters the next Sunday, I couldn’t buy any glasses, because the system said that I had«redeemed» my annual lens and frame allocation. Since I work every other day of the week, that means I have to call my own insurance and get the hold lifted. Thanks liars! I didn’t buy glasses from you and now I never will. Real professional.

When I tried switching to a different brand of contacts which was much cheaper than the brand they recommended, they refused until I saw the doctor again costing another 45 dollars. The reasoning was because it had been 3 months after I saw the doctor. After checking the date of my original appointment, I found it was exactly two days after the 3 month mark, but the staff still insisted I must see the doctor again for another office visit.

i would not trust my next eye exam with the optometrist in this location. Just be careful. Especially watch out for Dr. Tomes.

About a year ago I decided I needed new glasses. Primarily because my old glasses were broken and I completely lost one of the lenses. I found these amazing Prada frames on the Lenscrafters website and I knew that I *HAD* to have those ones. So first I called Colonial Park — negative. Harrisburg Mall — «we have Baby Phat»… I’m sorry. Did I say Baby Phat? I’m pretty sure I said Prada. So, hopeless, I called Camp Hill. They had one in stock and said they’d hold it for me until my appointment the next morning. Perfect. So the next morning I trekked across 581 to Camp Hill Shopping Center. My exam was fine. The woman who did it was so nice and understanding when I couldn’t tell the difference between two things and all that. Got my frames and my exam for just under 300 $ with my AAA discount. Fantastic!
