Don’t come here, ever. Don’t know how this place is in business. The place looked messy and they were horribly rude to my boyfriend that we just left without even ordering food.

Terrible service. Honestly, I didn’t think a place can be this bad. Terrible waitress(waitress singlehandedly ruined my entire experience, so rude and unfriendly), terrible food, avoid this place at all cost. The sushi place next door is so much better, just saying.

The only thing I get here is the shrimp super burrito. Its always on point. My friend would always get the ceviche tostada and that was pretty good too. Everyone is usually nice here too. The locations is convenient. Parking sucks though at times!

Most didcusting burrito I ever had. The asada(beef) meat tasted old and very peppery. It was a «super burrito» but only had meat, rice, beans, sour cream and onions. I thought you can’t go wrong with a burrito but they did go wrong. Not fresh!

I wish I would of read all the reviews before going to this place. This was the worst place I’ve ever eaten. Customer service sucked and the food was absolutely disgusting. They served my mom two tacos with OLD meat!!! Not even edible. My mother simply let them know and basically called her a liar. Still had to pay. We should of just got up and walked out. Read the reviews first. Trust me. I wish I did.

If there was an option for no stars I would choose that. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I just ate there about an hr ago n FOUNDANALIVECOCKROACHE in my chilaquiles, after I was almost done with my plate. It was underneath the stack of chilaquiles. I felt so disgusted almost threw up. The owners are not professional at all, they still charged me after I showed them the cockroache. I will never go back there again n will tell my family and friends not to go there. Don’t eat there not worth u getting disgusted and sick. And also my friend ordered a shrimp n octopus salad n the octopus was so hard had the texture of plastic.

This place was terrible. I usually go to the other Los Dos Compadres and I decided to try this place because It was closer to a friend’s house. We ordered two orders of tacos. I expected 1 taco each. We also ordered them with rice. Somehow we ended up with 4 tacos, and two sides of rice. I was expecting about a $ 10 bill. Ended up being $ 21. I explained to the cashier my problem and she still charged me $ 21. I feel like I got totally jipped. Will NOT be coming back to this one. I’ll go to my usual one on De Anza.

Oh its on! I thought I had written a review for this place before. We have been here twice. The first time everything was plesant. 3 – 4 stars. Oh this second time sucked! We came here at the spur of the moment type. We sat down ordered drinks and placed our food order. It seemed to be like there was only one cook here at the time and one waitress. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. First thing I notice is that the quality really went to shet or the food preparers are not authentic mexicans. The rice was hard The beans were flavor less Heres the kicker… WEFOUND A PIECEOFSTEELWOOLINANENCHILADA. Now let that sink it. How often do you think they replace their steel wool pieces? Imagine how many nasty plates, utensils pots it has cleaned. We informed the server about it and all she does is(in Spanish) «oh its part of our steel wool.» Holy crap, Sherlock over here. I know what it is. We did not get that meal comped, we did not finish our food, we did not leave a tip. There is no reason why I would come here again. There are plenty of other restaurants around the area in the same price range with WAYYYYYY better service and steel wool-less enchiladas.

Minus all the stars for being overpriced, having gross food and answering the phone in Spanish that I don’t understand(please just say hello. I don’t know what to do when people answer the phone in a language I don’t speak. I usually just panic and hang up because I think I got the wrong number. It’s just so awkward). I got a carne asada super burrito last night after reading some Unilocal reviews raving about it. I cannot stress enough what I am about to divulge, so I will give this information it’s very own line: This was the most DISGUSTING burrito I have EVER had!!! No lie, no lie, no lieeeee. My «carne asada burrito» was completely flavorless, soggy and literally fell apart in my hands after a few bites. I doused it with Tapatio and there still wasn’t enough taste to keep my interest. The worst part about this«burrito» was how terrible the meat was — every piece was so fatty, chewy and inedible that I literally did not get to eat one piece of carne asada in my carne asada burrito because I had to spit each piece out. FAIL. I think they should rename their«carne asada super burrito» to «fatty mess of inedible meat and sogginess.» My taste buds were crying with the lack of flavor and my stomach was screaming with the overdose of fat, grease and general sogginess. Not feeling so hot stomach wise today, and emotionally, I’m pissed that my boyfriend and I would spend money on something that isn’t even fit for pig slop. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I have been going to Los Dos #2 for years and years and have always loved the place. Great food and great prices. But I had never been to the original in Campbell so I figured I had to give it a go. First off, the salsa and chips that were on the table were disappointing. The salsa in particular, was very watery and without much substance. Then, I ordered 3 tacos: Chicken Taco — The chicken taco was good, although a little soggy. Chile Verde Taco — The best taco of the three. Great flavor! Barbacoa Taco — Also a little soggy but the meat was good. Overall, Los Dos #2 is cheaper with everything being a dollar less and the food is better also.

Pr Probably one of the best Menudos I have ever eaten in my life. The broth was created with the utmost care, and precision. I found myself overwhelmed with the amazing smoky flavor, which I have never at all tasted in this soup. The soup was not too much and not too little. To add to the deliciousness of the soup, the hominy was the perfect amount. The waitstaff was incredibly polite and gracious. I will eat there again one day!

My co-workers and I used to come here about 1/week for the Cocido. When we ate there, the soup was well seasoned and the meat was delicious. Fast forward to 2013… I’m not sure what happened. Was there a management change? The soup was terrible and tasted more like cumin than a broth base. Also, my co-worker ordered a chicken burrito and he said the food was bland. This used to be my go-to Mexican restaurant. Guess I need to start looking for a new place. Needless to say, I won’t be dining here anymore.

If ever I have a craving for Mexican food, and I don’t want to drive all the way to the East side, I settle for Los Dos Compadres since its down the street from my house. It is definitely an authentic taqueria that sells both meat and seafood items on their menu. I haven’t tried any of the seafood dishes, so I can’t say much about it, but their carne asada burrito and tacos are filling and flavorful. I’ve also tried the chicken burrito and tacos before, but I don’t prefer it because the chicken tends to be more runny/saucy and can make the tortilla soggy. They have a $ 10 credit card minimum, so if you’re only buying food for one, be sure to bring cash with you unless you want to buy $ 10 worth of food for yourself. Whenever I order to go, it seems like they don’t give a lot of sauce/salsa, so if you enjoy sauces like myself you should definitely ask for more.

I mainly come to this place for their nachos. They are delicious!(check out the pix) You can phone in your order. Customer service is great! They also offer breakfast as well which is pretty good, I usually get the Huevos con Chorizo, Their chorizo is pretty bomb. Always a happy camper here. :)

Salsa n chips are very good Orderd a $ 8.990lunch special: crispy taco carnitas, a pollo tamale with rice n beans. The Carnitas crispy taco was generously filled with meaty carnitas and topped with a salsa verde tomatillo sauce. The rice and beans tasted home made too. Must be family run as several mexican grandma’s happily yakked as they peeled and cut veggies. +++ Old school mexican western movies on the T.V.‘s. Décor: ok, roomy, well lit and comfortable. Good vibe here. Clean, courteous and prompt service. I wish they had the real Mexican Coca Cola in bottles.
