Mountain Mikes Pizza

Awesome pizza and great customer service. I arrived and pizza was accidentally made into a half and half large instead of two larges. The manager walked over, apologized for the mistake, said he would have the right pizzas to me in 7 minutes and handed me any pint of beer on the house. The pizza came out perfect before I was done with my blue moon! Awesome service! Most places would fix it and not even be as nice, let alone a free beer. Pizza tasted awesome too!

Have to update my previously 1 star review. Generally I end up here for soccer team parties and that’s the only time we come. And party after party, I couldn’t stand their sauce, I mean really hated it. Well the last time we went, maybe 2 months ago we get the pizza and the sauce tasted good!!! Not sure what changed, but it is better, and no I wasn’t drunk.
Still not my favorite pizza in town, but now I will no longer dread soccer parties.

Today we celebrated my son’s birthday. They were nice enough to open the doors a little early for us & happily welcomed us in. The entire staff was kind and so accommodating to our needs. The lunch buffet is by far the best deal in town plus it includes a drink! Hands down I would recommend this place. In all seriousness this place exceeded my expectations! Thank you Mountain Mike’s of Campbell for making my son’s birthday a HAPPY one!

Pizza is good. Service not so great. Careful if u order on the phone, if you are not very specific about what you want they’ll try to charge you for a bigger size on things. The older guy didn’t even bother to greet appropriately once I had arrived.

They have a Unilocal check in deal: buy one large pizza, get the second free. Pizza is pretty standard — no complaints. They have a great selection, with some vegetarian friendly offerings. The service was friendly, parking is good, and the restaurant looks clean. They also have online ordering, or over the phone if you prefer.
Overall, I’d definitely considering coming back for more pizza from here.

This is my favorite mm’s. Chill place to grab a slice of excellent pie. The tv’s aren’t too loud and the customers keep to themselves. My office always chooses this place when we order pizza for lunch. The Garlic Tuscan has been my favorite for years. Never disappoints.

My son was playing a video game put in four quarters, the game ate the four quarters then he went to the counter and they only offered a partial refund. Huh Their pizza is ok and bread sticks are good and the salad bar is fresh but we where disappointed in the partial refund.

I’ve been going to this Mountain Mike’s for years. The pizza hasn’t changed much, and it’s still good pizza, but good pizza is not hard to find. The problem with this Mountain Mike’s is that they are now guilting people into tipping them … when all we’re doing is picking up our own pizza! We’re not eating there; we’re not asking for delivery.
I know, if you don’t want to tip then don’t tip. Fine, but my wife felt guilty when the screen was turned to her and they said, «Let me turn this to you so you can leave a tip.» I’m happy to tip people and I love leaving a good tip, but not when there’s no reason for it and it’s pushed on me.

Since when did they have that lunch buffet option?! SWEET!
Cashier was great, he had them make a veggie pizza upon my request which is awesome!
Will come back again.

I order 3 Large pizza’s with a group the toppings where fresh and service was good a bit of a wait but nothing rude like the last place I walked into

I used to come here after baseball games with my team for years when I was in Little League. Then, the pizza was very good, not overpriced, and quality throughout. But over the decades, Mountain Mikes has gone downhill catering to just a level above your take out Dominos/​Little Caesars/​Pizza Hut types. Frankly, this gap is closing and pizza joints like Mountain Mikes need to step up their game.
Lets put it this way. The pizza here sucks compared to what I can get elsewhere at a better establishment. Ordered up two $ 25 large meat pizzas which were supposed to have a ton of meat on it. Instead, they skimped. I saw more dough exposed than topping. And the taste? Terrible. If they would put more of the toppings on to cover up the crappy dough taste, it probably wouldn’t be so bad. But it is.
The salad bar, oh what a joke. Having stood there in line looking at next to empty bins, I called staff to fill it up. Out comes an employee filling up the salad bar out of plastic bags. Ugh. Where’s the quality and freshness in that?
The buildings are outdated and looking it. Something out of the 1970s and definitely needing a remodel. Kids running around screaming everywhere. Its not as bad as a Chuck E. Cheese but wears on you when you just want to take friends and family out to a fast pizza meal.
When the damage was done, the bill came to about $ 80 w/​tax. Seems ridiculous no? Two large pizzas, 3 salad bars, and 3 cokes.
Sad thing is, I could have gone to Maggiano’s and had a better Italian meal.

Delicious pizza! Really tasty lots of toppings. They cut more smaller slices which I love.
Delivery takes longer than they say, but worth the wait

Delivery without 45min ordering through Eat24, not bad turnaround time for Eat24! Combination pizza is good, cheese sticks are also good! Though maybe the delivery time could cut down to 30min would be awesome!

Pizza is good, but the manager could care less about customers.
I ordered the wrong pizza by mistake, so I called 2 minutes later to change my order. From the manager, «It’s already in the oven, there’s nothing we can do.» How about making the $ 27 specialty pizza I just tried to change my order to?
When I arrived to pick up, I got the same defiant attitude from the manager. He was clearly OK losing a customer over it. Unfortunate.

Petty stuff. They say, «don’t sweat the small stuff», right? I ordered a pizza and picked it up to save money. But the woman who took my money was really nice, so I decided to give a 15% tip. I kindly paid, and then asked for marinara sauce. I thought I was done paying but while she was getting my marinara sauce, the guy behind the counter told her,“you gotta charge for that”. I was like, wow. Seriously? And he told HER, not me. He then asked for $ 0.50 so thing cents. I reluctantly took out a $ 20 bill just to get a small little side of tomatoe sauce.
LOL. And I’m ok with paying, but it’s the idea of him «correcting» his own co-​worker in front of her customer, and then telling me to pay up. Wtf? It’s NOT like I could say «No» and make her stop getting the sauce. It was just as if she did the wrong thing and now I feel very bad for giving that TIP. I should have just handed her the tip, because he definitely doesn’t deserve it!
I know it’s petty. I just felt like he didn’t really care and he was not smiling or friendly either.

Just left Mountain Mikes, Campbell ! I hosted the Westmont Basketball Varsity team’s dinner tonight. The pizza was wonderful, the staff was exceptional and everyone had a blast. The staff makes customers a priority, and we sure felt it. Thank you for the fun night and wonderful pizza, these boys are growing up and knowing they had a wonderful night, made my night!

thought this place was a god send! not anymore. new to the area, 2^nd time ordering here and definitely the last. ordered a half artichoke/​half pepperoni small pizza that changed my life, literally perfect, and loaded with artichokes. well, the next day, i craved it again because of how amazing it was but was beyond dissapointed at what arrived at my house.
got the same pizza delivered the next day besides a size up & am regretting my choice to order again.
first off, there was literally 3 – 4 small pieces of artichoke skins per slice, which was a disgrace to the pizza the day prior that was loaded heavily with them.
2^nd, when the delivery guy shows up he doesnt have any change what so ever so i have to run thru the house looking for dollar bills because theres no way hes getting an 18 $ tip.
3^rd, i requested 2 ranch with my order which never made it with the delivery guy.
i want my money back so bad but obviously have to bite the bullet on this one… ill never go back again, which sucks because my first experience had me hooked.

Manager offered a large pizza for me to share with my family, due to my previous experience. Good food. Workers still aren’t the friendliest as I’ve seen at competition, but the pizza was good and the manager did well changing my negative experience into a positive one!
