RMD Construction

We recently had RMD Construction do an addition our family home, and they did a beautiful job! We are so thrilled with the results. The new addition flows seamlessly with the existing house as if it were part of the original construction. We added 2 bedrooms and a bath and we now have what feels like a brand new home.
Radu couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. He was able to walk us through every step of the job, give his advice, and was clearly invested in the end product. He was very easy to reach by phone and email, and was totally responsive to our questions and concerns. After working with some larger companies and having a terrible experience, we were thrilled to finally find someone trustworthy. He pays great attention to detail and is very respectful of the house. We will be using RMD again in the near future for some more updates to our home. We highly recommend Radu and RMD!

We were completely amateur with this being our first remodeling attempt on our 60 year old house. A few very high quotes form some other contractors left us disappointed; that’s when we found Radu. He was simple and committed to the work. After completion of the remodel– I can say that the most important thing in construction or remodel project is to get the right contractor.
Project: Complete kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodel, electrical panel upgrade, new water heater, new fireplace, partial living room remodel.
To sum up our experience:

Work was finished with perfection. Radu and his team doe the job perfectly and with absolute commitment.

Cost: Radu is very cost effective. He gave us suggestions on how to save money on a few things and where not to compromise the quality ever.
We have referred RMD construction to many of my friends and they all have had a very pleasant experience.

I hired Radu to do some remodeling in our kitchen and two bathrooms. He redid the plumbing, upgraded the electric panel, and grounded the outlets throughout the whole house. The cabinet and countertop installation looks exactly how we wanted it to look. The tile installation in the bathrooms also looks great. He was very helpful in our decision making process. He offered to come with us to a few showrooms and tile stores. They finished on time and within the budget. Radu and his crew were a pleasure doing business with. I would recommend him for any kitchen & bathroom remodeling job!

We used RMD Construction for a very large extension and remodeling job, which involved demolishing and re-​building half of the existing structure. We extendend the living room, and rebuilt the kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
The end result was amazing and the work went smoothly, on schedule and within budget.
Radu and his crew were great. They were always on time, very well organized, and cleaned up after each work day.
Radu personally was a pleasure to work with. He offered great suggestions during all construction phases and showed a lot of patience when we explored different options for the finishes. Perhaps what we liked most about Radu was this attention to details. He put a lot of effort into making sure everything he worked on looked good.

Radu worked on 3 bathrooms in my home. He replaced the flooring, toilets, fixtures and counter tops in each. He came to our house and met with me a few times before the project to help me choose what would work best for my needs/​budget. He completed the work while I was out of town and even took care of my cat for me while I was gone. We had the work done almost two years ago, and it still looks great. I will definitely go to him for our next project.

After we bought our home, we had a number of things we wanted to fix/​change. Radu did all the work on our home over the course of several projects. He helped me prioritize my list and pick cost-​effective solutions within my budget. I could rely upon him for good advice; sometimes he made recommendations that were simpler and cheaper than what I requested, so I felt he really had my best interests at heart and was not milking me for every buck he could. I have recommended him to a few friends already.
