Our home turned out exactly how I imagined it. We love everything about it. Thanks to Ivan and his incredible team of guys for accomplishing our dream home. They were all so easy to work with. Kept us up to date with progress, and were always available to answer any questions. This was a huge remodel/​reconstruction. You expect things to delay the project, but not in our case. We hired Ico Construction last year after interviewing several contractors to do our major addition/​renovation in Santa Clara. Ivan came out and went over the process, and gave us rough costs on the spot. We were the most comfortable with Ivan and his final price was reasonable so we decided to move forward. They were able to get started right away and wasted no time. They gave me a schedule and even with some overall minor hiccups (as assumed with any large scale project) They managed to stay on schedule and complete the project in the estimated time frame. The management and communication was excellent, we were always able to talk to some one or have meetings when we wanted to discuss something. Our house came out beautiful and it was just an over all pleasure watching it unfold into our dream house. I have been recommending Ico Construction to every one who asks since the house has been finished.

Ivan, the owner of ICO, meet with us. He was every freiendly with us and took the time to asnwered all our questions. They did a bathroom remodel for us, al ADA comliant, work wasdone fast and clean. Staff was cleran, friendly and knowledgable. The remodel turned out better than I expected. I would recommend ICO onstruction.

These guys did the shittiest job in the longest (3 months became 7) amount of time, and exactly one year later, we had to have 80% of his work redone by another contractor who actually stands by his work. Use at your own risk.
