Working with Barrie, the owner, was an incredible experience. He is so knowledgeable about beds — it is really his passion — and he is incredibly trustworthy. I have recommended him to others, who have also bought beds from Barrie, and they are absolutely thrilled. I had one issue with my Tempurpedic, not Barrie’s fault or even Tempurpedic’s (they are excellent beds and I would recommend them to anyone — I previously slept on a Dux, and my Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe blows the Dux away). Anyhow, Barrie went above and beyond what any normal store owner would do to correct the issue, and it really spoke to his character. He is a class act, and being a local that has lived in Willow Glen forever, I would highly recommend Barrie to anyone looking for a new bed!

Every star in this five-​star review is well-​deserved. I finally took the plunge and invested in heirloom quality bedroom furniture. Barrie at the Sleep store helped me get a full suite of Copeland Furniture (the Monterey collection, if you want to see how it looks). It’s great furniture made in the USA that is built to last for generations. I did not expect it to be inexpensive, but the quality and value are evident. The furniture was delivered on time, set-​up in my bedroom and it is beautiful. I have been back to the Sleep store in Campbell and the one at Santana Row in San Jose numerous times since then. The stores are clean, nicely adorned and full of tempting beds, pillows, sheets, robes, slippers and the custom pillow making machine that stuffs pillows to your specifications at the Santana Row store. I’ll be back again … soon.

What a great shopping experience! I came in here after some online research to check out some beds. Will not only shared his extensive industry knowledge but also his deep knowledge of their tempurpedic product line.
I had a unique situation with the bed I purchased but Will went above and beyond to take care of me and I ended up with the perfect bed! Thanks for all the help, Will! Definitely sending friends and family your way in the future!

Awesome products, awesome customer service! Will is the best, he is knowledgeable, not just about the Tempur-​PEDIC product but the industry overall. He’s all about finding the best fit for your needs, not about making the biggest sale. We really appreciated that and recommend this store to ANYONE looking for a new bed. Tempur-​PEDIC has such a large range of options, prices etc. There is something for everyone, but regardless, don’t buy a bed somewhere else until you have at least paid these folks a visit!

Great products. We love our new bed, pillows, and sheets. What a difference in comfort!
At first I wasn’t even considering Tempur-​pedic, as I felt they were over my budget. But once I tried the bed, I started to rethink things. Barrie was very helpful, got us exactly what we wanted.

Very expensive. Beds look and feel great. Will is very personable salesman. His father Barry, no so much. They set up right across the street from «Sleep Train» (which is also on Bascom and next to Noah’s Bagels). «Sleep» are on Bascom next to an other Bagel shop. So make sure you’re going to the right «Sleep» We paid over $ 5,000. We have yet to see our bed. First delivery day we waited all day on Saturday –no show. Today is a Friday on Memorial Day weekend. We have family in town and, after a 4 hour delivery window, they are still not here. So our plans are disrupted. Barry is unapologetic about it. They will get more stars if our bed shows up and the quality holds up. Right now –after paying $ 5k and waiting during 2 weekends and not getting the bed, how can I give them any more than one star?
They showed up! …late but they are here! Now We will see how the bed is.
