Wingstop

I am a big fan and if I keep eating here I will only become bigger. Honestly I enjoy the food here, and continue to try out the different Wing Stop locations.
I was on my way home and decided to give this location a try, again I have had the wings from other locations and wanted to enjoy the good quality of food I can receive here. When I arrived the first thing you will notice is now small the packing lot is, and if there are people stopping here for wing stop of picking up their laundry or having some Italian food, you will have a hard time finding a spot to park, please remember that there is parking in the back. When entering this location we were greeted by the employees with a friendly smile and welcoming. Of course we ordered right away as we know the menu and know exactly what we wanted. We placed our order and was told it would be 15 minutes to have our fresh food ready to take home. Of course within 13 – 15 minutes, we had our food and we were off to sit down and eat. The service was fast and friendly, the restrooms are clean and well maintained.
Of course this is my personal preference, as I am sure there are other places that are bigger better and faster, but I do enjoy Wing Stop across the Bay Area, and know that I will continue to return to enjoy the yummy wing, oh yes and do not forget the fries (I call them crack fries) as they are addictive (by my standards).

Good experienceI stopped in to get a gift card and did a takeout of 5 habenero and 5 Cajun. the habenero were quite hot (they actually didn’t dumb it down) and the Cajun tasty. On top of that they gave at least 12 wings instead of the order which was 10 so they are not cheap. The wings are decent not the best but for the price pretty darn good. The girl at the cashier was very sweet.

Unorganized. As I sit hear waiting for my order I am observing ordering being messed up. And it’s not that busy too.
Employees lack the knowledge of being sanitary and handling food. I really enjoy watch the bearded employee itch his beard and wipe his nose over a bowl of wings he was tossing them. That was neat to watch, glad they weren’t mine.
Dear manager of this store, your employees need to get it together. Never returning.

Been to a lot of wing stops and this had to be my favorite! From ordering over the phone to picking up my food, the customer service was great, even though I accidentally ordered from the farthest Wingstop from my house, I’d defiantly come back to this Wingstop. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who help me out tonight, he was great and made my late dinner after work worth while! Thanks to the dude with the tattoos

Coming into WingStop, I was craving some Lemon Pepper wings with fries and a lemonade drink. After ordering, the wait time was more than 30 minutes which I could understand because there were only two workers. Even though the wait time was long, the TV had caught my attention and made the experience more enjoyable.
After going through the food, there was too much oil underneath where my chickens were placed. Also I think that they could have made my Lemon Pepper better because it was missing the lemony side. The Original Hot that I ordered was good but it wasn’t my favorite. For the fries, I enjoyed it a lot because they gave a good amount and there was a nice hint of salt on my fries which is a must for me. Other than that I liked going to WingStop!

Awesome!!! is the word for my experience here. It may sound strange, but don’t like the buffalo sauce at all, so finding some good stuff was really difficult for me. I like Blue Line’s spicy chicken wings a lot, tried a few other places too, but didn’t like them at all. Finally, we visited here 2 days back, it was a Monday evening, so there were just 3 – 4 more customers other than us. Ordered BBQ wings, lemon pepper wings with ranch and honey mustard dips. BBQ wings were great, but I simply fell in love with lemon pepper wings. Crispy wings with flavourful sauce, dipped in creamy Ranch Sauce OMG, my mouth is watering already. We ordered regular fries on the side and the server was cool enough to give us a side of veggies for free. All in all a great experience, awesome food, great service and value for money. I am going to be a regular.

My friend and I entered this Wing Stop and it seemed like the girl cashier and her two ghetto ass workers in the back were just hanging out, they didn’t bother to greet us and seemed really annoyed we even showed up and they actually had to work.
I can’t complain about the girl cashier though, she was helpful but just way too loud talking about drinking and getting wasted. The two dudes in the back look like they just got hired out of jail and it was apparent when they started laughing and making loud obnoxious noise and actually started talking about jail. Not surprised.
I felt uncomfortable in the place while waiting. The seats and table were just dirty, crusty, and smelled like they bring dogs in to lick up all the tables instead of cleaning with disinfectant.
If you think you’ll get 6 pieces of chicken within 30 minutes, think again. We waited for 45 minutes until they called our names, or at least tried to read our names of off the receipt. It looks like they didn’t take advantage of the GED program they offer in jail.
I got home expecting to eat some great chicken regardless of the lack of cleanliness and unprofessionally employees. That was not the case. The chicken was soggy and tastes like they bought Safeway chicken, microwaved it, and dabbed them in their sauce. It was horrible and its the reason I’m writing this review.
I don’t recommend this place. Stay away from this place and just try the Wing Stop in Cupertino. It might be better…

Worst wing stop ever! Cashier is very rude! Called in an order supposedly would be done in 14 minutes arrive 20 minutes later and cashier claims she did not take the order. Then all the sudden she claims she did not print the tag for the back. Manager too busy to help anyone! Well there goes my lunch hour!!! Will never come here again!

Omg. I called in an order for takeout. When I showed up 20 minutes later they hadn’t even started it yet.

Ordered 8 pc. with fries, everyone in there waited at least 40 minutes for their food, my wings were lukewarm and I never got my fries, but didn’t bother to ask because they were understaffed and customers were getting frustrated and complaining to cashier.

Food was good and as expected.

They were understaffed on Sunday and only had two employees for a busy Sunday night. Obviously it’s not their fault cause they showed up for work when they didn’t have help. They did was they can and when they found themselves too far behind they did the best thing they could do and refunded everyone their money and closed the doors. It’s better customer service than having people wait hours for their food. There’s nothing that they could do.
I also heard both employees were new to the store and one of them new to the company. They handle it professionally and with great customer service regardless of how the customers responded. (Some customers were assholes about it)

I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve Left a happy camper.
Parking is reaLLy smaLL and can be annoying but there are additionaL spaces out in the back of the buiLding.
Customer service is Legit. The empLoyees are aLways patient and they are very efficient.
There isn’t ever reaLLy a wait, maybe its the Lack of parking that keeps everyone away?
I have never had an issue with the food quaLity but french fries can be on the soggy side. meh. Beyond the fries, the food is aLways piping hot and deLicious.
Kudos for the convience of onLine ordering. These guys are fast and it’s the perfect choice if are in a time crunch.

went in before 10 this Saturday, Was greeted with a «we’re understaffed and we can’t go on any longer» 3 people to run a completely empty wingstop? while one guy doesn’t even acknowledge any customers eating in the kitchen while texting, yet refusing to work?
how is this place still in business?
A look at the reviews and every other review if not 5 in a row is the same story. Absent owner and no management. The Kids that work here are a joke.
Swung by the location after getting food somewhere that would serve me, they were still open with customers in the store. what the heck is happening here? is this a private club for friends of the staff?

As a chain, I am usually pretty happy with Wing Stop. However, this experience was sub par. I used the online ordering, which according to the site, our should out you into the cue in order of when you placed your order online. However, when I arrived, I paid in person with a friendly staffer, and he checked on my order with the kitchen, they were clearing the in person and phone orders first. Okay, that is an issue. When you go in the store, at least at other locations, I’d be told, in person, from the time you order to the time you get your food, it’s 14 minutes. From the time I paid to the time I got my food, it took about 13 minutes. So, the pre-​order didn’t work here. Down a star there. Then a mediocre fry on the chicken, which was not so crisp was problematic as the usual quality of the fry wasn’t there. The quality of the chicken was still good though.
What was worse than the chicken fry crispness was honestly the fries and veggies. I didn’t even think about hire veggies wee cut until I saw that they basically quartered the carrots, so one end was think and the other was a sliver of a point. The fries were a mix of potato skins and fries. Some were just a shaving of skin, some were two to three standard fries wide, and it felt more like a wedge of baked potato.
I usually love Wing Stop fries. I’ve had them at several locations, and they have been consistently good, but they were all different levels of doneness, and I really didn’t enjoy them. I don’t think I’ll give this location another try. Also, the new Korean spicy flavor was just honey, soy and sriracha… I’m okay with not being a fan of every flavor, but it’s something to note. I still like the Louisiana Rub, the original, and the bbq.

I was recently denied late night wings down south by a Wingstop that closed early. Lame. Came in with the craving and got my combo lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. Tasty. Mid afternoon there were only 4 other people so i had the place almost to myself. Crispy salty wings. Mmmmm.

Yay! This place finally open after months of driving past this place while going to work. I overhead my coworker chatting that this place open and we’re planning to go there for lunch.
The next day, I ordered online and just ate there. The place looks small from the outside, but it’s pretty big than you think once you walk in. There’s probably about 8 – 10 tables. They have a few televisions for watching sports too.
I ordered my two to favorites — garlic parmesan and lemon pepper chicken wings! The place is great and the service was too!

Just opened this week on the corner of Bascom and Camden in a very small strip mall. The place looks great inside. Parking will be an issue with a very small parking lot and several businesses in this strip.
Been here twice this week both times the wings were hot and fresh. Tried the originale hot, cajun, garlic parm, and bbq. Favoritea were the cajun and original, both had a nice kick with cajun being a little more spicy. Also tried the cheese fries with fry seasoning, potato salad and cole slaw, all were good but cheese fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned.
Service experience was a little off and although the sign says the location is open until midnight, they actually closed at 10 pm this week. The employee said because it’s their first week which didn’t make any sense. Several customers arriving after 10 pm were told of the early close time and left unhappy. Also, the beverage dispenser was turned off at 10 pm although we were still eating and needed refills. Employee said we can get soda but no ice.
Overall, happy to have WingStop in the neighborhood and a place that’s open after 10 pm. Will be returning here often.
