Skyline Chili

Very pleasant experience here. The staff went out of their way and were exceedingly polite. I will certainly be a return customer here due to this pleasant service, and the food which is of course relatively similar at each Skyline location. The service makes or breaks it for me. They made it. And then some.

Walked right in and was warmly greeted upon my arrival. Placed a to go order at the counter. Approximately 5 minutes later, my order was ready and I was on my way.
On my previous trips to Skyline locations near Cincy I’ve never been impressed with the much too small coneys. This time I tried the 4 way with onions and the original burrito deluxe. Both of those items hover near the $ 6 mark, and both were well worth their price. If you like the chilli from Skyline, dare I say the burrito rivals one from Chipotle? Plus it’s cheaper.
I’ll definitely pay another visit when I’m in the area.

I go to skyline a lot they know me by name as they do a lot of there customers service is always great and I don’t have to even place my order they make it right up props to all the employee’s at this skyline you rock won’t go to any other skyline in columbus

Skyline is a Cincinnati favorite and it tastes just as good here in Canal Winchester! I’ve been to this Skyline twice in the last 2 years to visit with my old college roommate who fly’s in from Minnesota. He doesn’t have a Skyline there so when he is in town we head to Skyline!
You can’t go wrong with the food! A 3 way, 4 way, cheese coney, potato, burrito, or salad — it is all so very good! The food is quick, hot, fresh, and delicious. The service is top notch. The servers quickly take your order, get crackers, drinks and if you have any concerns they address them.
We typically stop in during the fall when the Bengals are playing on a Sunday. The restaurant staff typically hangs out with us while we discuss Cincinnati, football, Skyline in Cincinnati, etc. It’s always fun. My friend is outrageous anyway. He draws his own attention.
I give this Skyline 5 stars for consistently delivering good service and product! I look forward to coming back in!

Skyline Chili is a class of its own. Don’t compare it. It dwells alone and satisfies those loyal fans with the same great taste over and over.
You either love it or you don’t.
This location is very friendly and usually not more than 30% full, ensuring speedy and attentive service.
Great meeting place. Conversation icebreaker are at your table in the form of oyster crackers, which beg for a drop of hot sauce…
If you never had Skyline… noes your chance!

I just love this Skyline location and luckily it is the closest one to my home. They have never gotten my drive-​thru order wrong and the chili is always consistently delicious (unlike some other local establishments). The drive-​thru is what I use most and the employees working there are top notch and it is very much appreciated.

Let me start out by saying that if you don’t «get» Cincinnati style chili, then you just don’t understand the appeal of Skyline. For those of us who DO get it, we love it! It had been several years since I’d actually visited a Skyline location. I’ve bought the cans of Skyline to bring home, but it’s just not the same. As I was on my way home from visiting friends, I saw a sign for Skyline and knew I had to stop in.
Since it had been a while, I had forgotten how the setup works. When you walk in, it looks like you order from the counter, but there are no signs or anything to help you figure out where to go or what to do. I just stood looking lost for a minute, until one woman finally told me to have a seat wherever I wanted. Oh yeah, that’s it! They actually have table service!
She took my order and was quick to bring the food to me. And yes, it was as delicious as I remember. My only complaint is that I was interrupted so many times by overzealous staff and management asking if everything was OK… I appreciate them being attentive, but seriously, every 2 minutes was a bit much! And I was trying to watch the football game, so the constant interruptions were really not welcome. But I’ll forgive them, since the food was so yummy.

I recently had the opportunity to attend my first Unilocal!Elite event at Skyline Chili and it was definitely amazing. The hospitality of ALL of the crew and managers alike made for a wonderful evening. The restaurant embodies a «Cheers, where everybody knows your name» atmosphere and all the food is made fresh and right to order! I can definitely see why it’s a cult phenomenon! I’m definitely a new fan!

My first Skyline experience was made even more pleasurable by being in the company of the Unilocal Elite! Not only did I get the chance to crash the «cool kids» party, I also had the most interesting conversation with District Manager (I believe) Todd R. From the Skyline story to SEC football, Todd’s engaging personality felt familiar, like the Southern hospitality I’m used to!
He explained to me how they seek to hire great people with friendly, outgoing personalities, and it was evident with everyone at work tonight. Good food + good company = cool way to spend a Thursday night!

Service dog friendly. They always give my service dog a bag of oyster crackers to go. She loves them.

Great food. Unique taste which hard to describe. Service nothing short of amazing. Sam is wonderful. She is very friendly. Give her a raise

I’m giving a 4-​star review to the place that screwed up my order. Why? Because when I brought it to their attention, they corrected it, apologized, and refunded my money.
In a nutshell, they did the right thing and that’s rare these days. Kudos to the manager.
The food? It’s Skyline. Even when it’s bad, it’s kind of good. Love it — but let’s talk non-​chili items. GREEK OR BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP. If you get either, you’ll be mad you didn’t before and shocked that you can get a wrap that good in a drive thru. I’d put it up against any sit down, chain restaurant wrap, any day. Greek is the best.
Have you tried their fries? They’re tasty and usually fresh and hot.
As much as I love a three way, sometimes you gotta change it up with a wrap.

Stopped to pick up dinner… never again. I get that the baked potato isn’t known as a specialty there but I had to throw it away. Terrible potato. I got it as 3 way. There was one spoonful of chili and the container was full of watered down chili juice… ewww

OH-​to the-​EM-​GEE y’all, I hit this place for lunch today and I was just thinking how good a thing it is that there isn’t one close to where I live. It’s sooo yummy.
