I used to frequent this establishment twice a day morning on my to work and at night on my way home from work. My Husband would even joke that I should own stock. I got away from it for a while. Stopped in on Saturday 6÷18÷16. I have to say that this establishment is absolutely filthy from the front of the service island to behind the serving counter floors sticky tables were smeary. Horrible customer service. It will make money in spite of itself due to its location. Went back again on Sunday after Mass to give them the benefit of the doubt but still filthy exact same spatters and drips on the station in the exact same place, and my order was not correct. Sorry guys but Panera is just across the street.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I love Tim Horton’s drinks, pastries, & meals. But this is a location I will not be coming back to. None of the workers seemed to know what they were doing, including who was helping who, & knowing their own menu. I looked at the menu quickly, but instead asked the teenager at the counter what non-coffee drinks they had(I couldn’t have coffee that day). She listed lattes, cappuccinos, etc. I repeated myself — a drink without coffee or espresso please. She repeated herself. Eventually she had to ask a coworker if their lattes/capps had espresso. I know Tim’s isn’t a Starbucks, but please. Workers are very young and have little to no people skills as well.

Horrible service… New training new… Screwed up my order… Employees looking at each other trying to decide who was going to help me… Awkward 10 minutes of waiting to get it fixed with no other customers inside. Won’t ever go back. Perfect example why frontline fast food employees do not merit $ 13-$ 15 an hour. No work ethic, no professionalism, no pride or ownership to get it right.

Would never go to this Tim Hortons if it wasn’t for their coffee. Breakfast is horrible. Oatmeal seems to be always watered down and cold, hash browns are always stale and the bagels seem to be all pre toasted.

Waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee on labor day. Had only one cashier working! Nice!
