Business has horrible service and it seems that you always have to stand in line for an excessive amount of time. Business can only seem to run one register at a time

I’ve been to Tim Horton’s 3 times in Columbus now, including this location, and they’ve never been able to serve doughnuts for various reasons. Pretty sweet business model for a doughnut shop… not sure how they stay in business. My only good experience at a Tim Horton’s was in Canada, where the place originated. Maybe the issue is with their US division?

Yet another horrible experience at this place. Sugar was put in our coffee when we didn’t ask for it(this happens A LOT) and when we ordered a medium soda, the cup was only half full. Employees consistently get orders wrong and are confused at the pick up window. Lack of supervision of employees is obvious. Employees talk quite candidly about their day and wait around while a line builds up outside.

Awful service, and they only carry 2% milk-other location usually offer at least offer skim, and falsely advertised as a 24 hour location-found that out after making a special trip just to see a sheet of paper taped to the door saying they aren’t-they need to take down the 24 hours on the sign!

After my order was bagged, the emplyee making the sandwiches accidentally knocked the container of sandwich wrappers on the floor. As I watched from the drive thru window(direct view), this employ scooped the wrappers up and returned them to the counter instead of tossing them in the trash. I told the drive thru employee what happened and that she needed to tell her co-worker to throw the wrappers away. Since the drive thru employee looked uncomfortable addressing a co-worker, I was concerned if the wrappers would continue to be used and called a manager as soon as I got home. Long story short, the manager was able to determine that the wrappers had not been thrown away meaning every other car that ordered wrapped food after me via the drive thru had been wrapped in paper that had been on the floor. Disgusting.

We were in the area, and I wanted to see what the fuss was about regarding Tim Hortons. It was a lunch rush, so I knew there’d be some wait, but were surprised. The location is merged establishment with Wendy’s. We waited in a short line, but the staff were primarily focused on the drive thru. Two people in front of us were waiting on food or drinks, and we waited for about 10 minutes as we saw about 6 cars be served in this time period, and the blonde girl was taking more drive thru orders as we walked out. About 5 or 6 staff, and no one on the line. You’d think there’d be method of first in, first out, but not at this location. I can only wonder if the other locations are the same.

Its springtime and my mind turns to… iced coffee. I’m a big fan of the iced coffee at Tim Hortons so when I found myself across the street from this Tim Hortons I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I decided to go through the drive through and was a bit surprised when after I placed my order, I was told that it was going to be 10 cents more than what was posted on the menu board. I asked about the price difference and was told that the price had gone up but they hadn’t replaced the signage yet. I mentally dropped them one star. Yes, 10 cents isn’t much, but I still feel lied to. But the guy at the window was so nice and friendly with a smile on his face that I’m sticking the star back on. He added the cream and left out the sugar as I requested and just seemed so happy that it made up for the menu board being out of date. I’ll pay the extra 10 cents for a smile!

Fondly know as Timmy Ho’s among my friends and I. The one on Gender Rd, is the closet to me, sometimes if I get a craving, I can hop in the car and be there in minutes. I do like to stop by when out and about for a quick refreshment anywhere in the city. The prices are moderate Love the Tim bits. The soup and sandwiich lunch is affordable and good, or other combo meals. I have liked them since they opened in Columbus. A friend of mine daugther, started working there off and on since age 16 and is now a manager. I hear it is also a great place to work.
