As everyone and their mother has commented on, ingress takes a few extra minutes coming from the north because you have to go back around Chipotle; U-turns are a no-no on Brice Rd. Egress is not a problem. Location itself has always been pleasant. Employees are chill. Ample seating. «Recently» added another bathroom.

This is hands-down the most difficult Starbucks to get to. When traveling down I-70, you see the signs informing you of a Starbucks at the next exit. You exit,(I was headed east) and the sign tells you Starbucks is straight on the access road. You see a giant sign that says Starbucks drive-thru and think«how convenient, it’s right off the freeway!» Only, it’s not. The sign is nowhere near the actual Starbucks building, it’s placed there to lure people off the freeway. Brice is an incredibly busy and poorly thought out street. During rush hour it’s a nightmare. You finally spot the actual building, go south on Brice and it’s way down on the left, but there aren’t any places to turn into the complex, you have to go numerous blocks to a light. U-Turns are forbidden at said light so you have to take a left and you STILL can’t turn in because there are huge street blockages lining the street. You then go to ANOTHER light where you also can’t make a U-Turn; and are forced to drive through a parking lot filled with blighted buildings, random fields, and run-down businesses in order to actually reach the Starbucks. Seriously it’s a gigantic hassle and not worth the time if you’re just passing through. Dec 4, 2015: I am adding to this review a couple of months later and updating to 5 stars. I actually went inside this time and it was a much better experience. The staff was friendly, prompt service, and bathrooms were clean. If you can, go inside instead of the drive thru!

They have the best service of any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to and always seem to compliment me and other customers. 5⁄5

This is by far the best Starbucks location I have gone to! The staff make an effort to get to know you and ask you how your day is, the coffee is always on point, and they are usually fast – when they are slow they always apologize for the wait and occasionally offer a coupon for a free drink on your next visit if your wait is that bad. It may be in a poor location, entering and exiting this particular strip is annoying, but definitely worth it!

I have yet to go inside, I usually just go through the drive-thru because there’s almost never a line. The people here seem friendly enough and my drinks always taste amazing. The location isn’t really the best, maybe that’s why there’s never a line… oh well, its convenient for me since I’m usually in a rush to get to work in the morning.

I love this location. I’ve been coming here since moving back into the area in 2008 and they’ve been very consistent. The staff and management have a great attitude, and will bend over backward to make things perfect if they make a mistake(which is a rare occurance). Being so close to the highway, they do a very high volume of business, though there is rarely if ever a wait. Great job, keep it up, love you folks!

Came through the drive-thru for a snack. A brownie and large ice water with extra ice. They asked if I wanted my brownie warmed up.(I did). And unlike most places I actually got a large water with extra ice at no extra charge. Staff was so polite. Finally someone who gets customer service! UPDATE: today I am changing my 5 star to a 1. I was refused an ice water. I offered to pay for it and try said they don’t do that anymore. I asked why. She said“we just don’t!” Now yesterday I got one. So maybe training should be improved! This woman was very rude used!

Went to this locations and was rudely disrespected by another customer. I expressed my concern to the store manager whose name I believe is Lisa, she said that she would do nothing. As a paying customer I feel as though she should have at least confronted the customer about the rude behavior. Will never be coming back.

Starbucks employee does not believe in earth friendly company values nor customer service. — read on Went to order some food(though not required) and also picked some used coffee grounds at 7:30 pm on Thursday 4÷2÷15 at the Brice rd store in Reynoldsburg, OH. Talked to the drive-thru attendant there at the time. She said she would check but they hadn’t any coffee grounds at the time. I asked for some specifics: She said they hadn’t made any coffee since the morning because it was rather hot out(50 degrees and very rainy) and it’s been all cold coffees. Finally, I pressed for when is the best time to stop by the store & pickup some grounds. She said she had ‘no idea’. I stopped by a different store who I bought food from(though not required) and also left a generous tip. I didn’t bother to ask the attendant’s name because she is a pathological liar and would have simply made up her name as well.

This is by far the best Starbucks around. Everyone there is so friendly and the service is so fast and efficient. I go there every single morning and it makes my day start off the right way!!!

The drinks are always on point, the staff is always friendly. The place is clean and presentable. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because once I went in there and they had a guy working there with a tank top on and had a lot of arm and chest hair exposed and over top of the drinks while making them. I thought this was pretty disgusting being in food & drink industry. They were all definitely out of uniform that day.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Crowded space, cluttered and dirtyish bathrooms, lackluster service. When we asked for the coffee we’d ordered and paid for, one server said it wasn’t her job. Made me ashamed to own Starbucks stock today…

Going on a cross county road trip we saw the giant Starbucks sign and decided to stop by for an iced treat. Walked in, was the only customer in the store and went to the counter to order. No one acknowledged my presence for at least five minutes. Finally the guy took my drink order and proceeded to make my drink very slowly. There was at least five workers, but all of them seemed to be working the drive through. The drink was good and the worker was polite, but next time at least one person should be at the counter.

Not a bad little place. Like many Starbucks, it’s really cold inside. There’s not a ton of seating, but they have wireless and a few outlets to charge up your comp. Service was fast, and my frappucino was delicious.

This is my go to coffee spot. I always get coffee from here. Its conveniently close to the highway and my office building. The staff in the morning is always fast and polite. Go there enough times and they will remember you and your order.

This is one of my fav locations… it’s efficient, and they staff seems happy… they aren’t intrussive as to what my day holds, but enough to let me know, or pretend to, care.

The atmosphere is like that of any starbucks inside. Soft jazz music, delicious coffee house aromas and generally warm baristas. The confections are a little generic as per usual. The only thing that keeps me from rating it as a five rather than four is the lousy parking lot and service drive. Lots of pot holes.

Fantastic Starbucks in a poor location. You can only enter and exit the store going east.

Blegh, I hate their coffee. If I’m ever doomed to come here, it’s either because I have a gift card or I’m with a group of people who just want to chill here. Since their coffee tastes like burnt cowpies(unless it’s drowned in lots of milk, sugar, and flavored syrups… that helps a bit), I usually get some sort of tea. K, that’s my general experience with all Starbucks. Now for this particular one, or any location with a drive thru. A simple«How are you doing today?» should suffice. Unless you’re a total hottie or I start gabbing about my life, then don’t feel like you need to fill every second with conversation as I wait for my order. It’s uncomfortable! I suspect that the baristas are trained to ask every customer the same cheesy questions to create a friendly atmosphere, so it’s not really their fault. Or maybe I’m not used to the charming Midwest hospitality yet? I think I’m gonna roll up my window from now on…
