I’ve been meaning to write a review for some time.
We purchased a mattress and weren’t happy with is, thanks to their exchange policy, they worked with us to get a mattress we were really happy with.
Jennifer was amazing to deal with! They should be very pleased they have such a professional and friendly person representing their company.
I would highly recommend Beds Unlimited if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

They get 5 stars for the experience thus far!!! I haven’t actually received the mattress yet — but I know that it is coming from the Simmons plant so I have no doubts that I will receive a nice, new Beautyrest Black sometime next week.
The review is about Jennifer at Beds Unlimited. She was amazing. She gave us our space when we came in, and did not pull that total creeper sales person move where they are breathing down your neck and you can’t even talk to the person you are with. She was awesome. When we had questions, she was right there to help out, explain the differences between the different Beautyrest Blacks and then once again — gave us our space.
They price match their competitors — and actually the Presidents Day sale they had going on basically made the price more or less what the competitor price was so we easily had a deal!
Buying a mattress can be stressful just like buying a car. In an industry with sleezeball salespeople — it is SO refreshing to encounter a professional like Jennifer. Totally took the stress out of the experience.
