LUPE THE MANAGER IS RUDE
Waited 15+ minutes for our tacos. Something was happening in the back area, workers were scrambling around. I think a pipe broke. We understand a crisis is a crisis, but the manager Lupe wasn’t helping anything with her rude attitude towards us and other guests.
The workers tried to lock the door to stop the flow of customers, but they didn’t do it right and someone walked in.
Lupe said: «oh we are closed, but I GUESS we’ll take your order.»
Worst Jack we’ve ever been too.
While we were waiting, a dude returned food that had a hair in it. They said they weren’t going to refund him the money because the hair was too short and they didn’t believe him. From my view, he was pretty darn credible. He was saying he was an attorney and threatened to sue.
The owner of this store really needs to re-​evaluate the work force if they want to protect themselves from liability, loss of business, and a negative reflection of the Jack corporation.

Compared to other Jack in the Box locations I’ve been to, this one feels clean and cared after. The customer service has also been perfect when I’ve been here. Even when busy & seemingly understaffed they do a good job of getting orders taken & made in a timely fashion.
Only complaints are that they seem to really pile on the onions. That & if you go here & plan on taking a left to go south on Topanga Canyon… plan on waiting a long time. It can be difficult to get out of here with all the traffic going northbound.

Worst place ever they never get your food right the lettuce and tomatoes are old and gross and they are just plan retarded I wouldn’t recommend this location to a homeless person if they were giving free food

Call me crazy, but my favorite item on their menu is their teriyaki chicken bowl that comes with an eggroll.
I always do drive-​thru here. The people are always nice.

When I went to these jack I was in unhappy with how the nuggets Were packed so I and called back and went this time they replaced them and did not let me pay for the drink after I said I would.

By far my favorite Jack n the box location. The customer service in the mornings is the BEST!!! Super nice staff, shout out to Dulce! She is always super nice and when I’m about togo she says «see you next time!» Love that ! The drive thru can get pretty congested in the mornings but it goes by timely and efficiently. My favorite is the sausage croissant sandwich and oreo cookie shake. Loyal customer right here!!!

This is terrible. I tried to buy salad in this store and in front of me the employe screeched the exploration date from the box with salad. When I ask for another box she did the same. I think they are selling expired salads.

Late-​night hours avoid this place Honestly this is the worst Jack-​in-​the-​Box In the valley
The late-​night employees that come to work At this particular Jack-​in-​the-​Box Are mentally Psychotic. Seriously where do they find these people???
You will literally have to explain your order five times in order for them to understand. Then you drive to the Window .And this is where the fun begins. After you Give the money To the employee at the window .You need to start remembering the food that you just ordered It’s like a 75% chance there will be items missing from your order. So you need to start going Through the bags They have just handed you and make sure all the items are there… But wait ladies and gentlemen The fun and excitement doesn’t stop there The food is always stale and cold and tases like it’s been sitting For a long period of time
So if this type of entertainment does not Excite you avoid this place
(Here’s a tip for you) If it’s a must and you have to come to this Jack-​in-​the-​Box And grab some food. Make the order short and simple
Don’t confuse these people and put them under stress. A simple thing like telling them Them no Ketchup on a cheeseburger And no lettuce on a chicken sandwich Will cause Mass chaos. And your order will come out like Garbage

I love jack in the box! I been to plenty and this is by far the best. The person taking the order is friendly which is a plus.
Unlike other jack locations they repeat your order. Seriously cannot complain about this one.

I had a great time, but I ate some things here that made me sad afterwards.

Awful experience! I was at the drive through and all I wanted was just a ham and cheese sandwich and they had something similiar with all this extra crap in it, and when I wanted to have it all removed and just have ham and cheese they made it EXTREMELY difficult!
It took 3 minutes in the drive through and still no luck, and the manager eventually came out and couldn’t help us either. I was completely dumbfounded at their service!
I gave up and went inside to clarify my order and finally someone got it right.
Never do I ever want to go to this Jack in the Box!

I love Jack, but this is probably the worst Jack in the Box in the San Fernando Valley. If I can go to another Jack in the area, I WILL. Sadly, this is one of the only 24 hour locations.
They have messed up my drive thru order many times. I can’t believe how incompetent some of their workers are. I was shopping at a retail store the other day and found a Jack employee that I recognized working there. I was happy to know that he no longer worked at Jack in the Box, but was also annoyed because he was having trouble ringing up my simple purchase. Are these really the people that you’re hiring?
When they don’t mess up my order, the food tastes fine like any other Jack. I almost feel bad having to give a low score to a location of a chain restaurant that I actually like.

This is the new campaign for some fast food places-​they tell YOU what to eat instead of you telling them what your order is. They, before you can get your order out, make suggestions as to what you might want to eat. This is annoying personally, but overall not a bad thing, and sometimes may be helpful as a promotion. However, there is a big problem-​in their zeal to sell me what I don’t want or did not ask for, they mess up my order! They are NOT LISTENING TO ME. How can you possibly ask me for my order, then proceed to get it wrong? By making the priority selling the customer unwanted products instead of providing good service, that’s how. I have lost count of how many fast food places have messed my order up through the years for whatever reason, but this new direction is not only over the top salesmanship, but it drastically increases the chances my order will be wrong.
Hey Jack, take a page out of your competitor’s playbook: I want it my way, not yours!
Simple solution-​tell me about your promotions after you take my order! It can happen in a microsecond, and I don’t have to pull to the side parking lot to see if my order is correct like I have done so many times before.

Bad service. Make mistakes on my orders all the time. Management are jerks. They act like were lucky to eat there. Don’t recommend any time during the day. Find a different jack.
