L’occitane

This is a smaller location than other L’occitanes, but they do a good job of maximizing the space they have without it feeling crammed.
I come in here from time to time as my wife likes a few of their lotions and we’re always greeted by very friendly & helpful employees. They do a great job of helping us out without it feeling like they’re breathing down our neck. They hit that perfect sweet spot that I love.
Prices here a tad steep, but that’s because the products are really good quality. So, don’t go in here expecting to do some bargain shopping. Just know you are definitely getting what you are paying for with their products.

I’m new to this brand and after using for a few days, I don’t think there’s anything special about it. Well, it’s a tad pricey, so that may be unique :-). I don’t mind paying premium for a product but I should be able to justify it. So till then it’s back to the grocery stores or Target for my shampoos and body washes. This location gets 5 stars for the employees, how I wish their products were as phenomenal as these ladies.

Nahima and Gina are the absolute best! I’ve run in with major skin emergencies and they always know just what I need to fix it! Ever since I met them, my skin (which used to have a ton of acne and dark spots) has finally calmed down and for once in my life I have clear skin! They are seriously amazing!

This is what we call great service! I just walked in on my holiday shopping last Dec to see what they have and the lady who helped introduced me to the most amazing products! I’m now hooked to L’occitane! The Neroli orchid is the most amazing scent I’ve ever smelled! There’s no turning back now. I think that’ll be my forever scent.
Since then I’ve had 3 instances of buying from them and in all of them the services are superb! I never felt pressured to buy anything, they really tried to understand your taste and showed you what I may like best (ends up i do love them all) and entertained ALL my questions. I felt like I was shopping with a girlfriend that gave me really hobest opinions and not sales pitches. Even the ladies I gave my holiday gifts to loved them! This is the kind of quality in all aspects of their business that matches their price.

I love coming to this location since its close by, and the customer service is great. I came here to do some birthday shopping, and the sales girl Nena was such a great help, and a very sweet person. She made my shopping experience very pleasant, and she was very attentive and just a sweet person to talk to. I definitely recommend coming here, and even trying on some of the products.

I had to make a return that I had purchased online. I was dreading coming in because more often than not, a return means attitude from the salesperson and I just wasn’t in the mood. But the nicest, and I mean NICEST, salesgirl helped me. She was pleasant, efficient, not pushy and she even said «We just want you to be happy.» She even gave me some skincare samples to try and invited me back for an event. After I had made a return! I walked out feeling so good that I am going to come back to the event and purchase some of the skincare. This is how you do business! Kudos, Loccitane!

Good store, friendly employees. The prices are high and I never shop there for myself but I buy gifts/​gift cards there for others. I’ll keep returning, as long as there’s a demand from my recipients! Mind you, this is a very pricey store (anything imported from France usually isn’t ‘le cheapaux’) and I would not buy anything for myself from there. I shop at Bath & Body Works for that stuff.

I love the lavender all around the store. It smells amazing. Their lotion isn’t bad either!

Great place with magnificent products. Their organic olive face line is my personal favorite. I use it daily and always receive compliments on my skin. People tend to inquire what kind of foundation I use to get a «pale porcelain» looking complexion. Truth be told, I don’t wear face make-​up. The organic olive face products have the wonderful aroma of olives and tree branches. With my affliction for olives, the combination is almost too good to be true.
The staff are helpful and always ready to point you to the direction of what you’re looking for.
