Who is hiring these people? Literally, the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

I have worked at subway before, so I know what to expect. You are supposed to wash your hands and change your gloves every time when making a new sandwich, which they did NOT. I shouldn’t have to remind them about their job… Second I am aware that subway is only supposed to put a certain number of topping on the sandwiches however if the costumer asked for more they need to put more. I only eat spinach so I asked for more and got 3 pieces more? Ha! I will never come back to this subway again. To top things off my sister ordered steak from there and got really sick. Inspectors need to check the fridge and the freezer to make sure they are properly working correctly cause something is wrong. Also there is no way they are doing the temperate charts correctly if half these reviews say people are getting sick… Never ever again will I go here

Gotten bad stomach aches off the chicken, 3 times… Thought it could of been something else I have ate but the last time I didn’t have anything else thought the day, 3 hours after bad stomachs ache and cramps

Great place to get a quick, cheap and healthy lunch! The lines go fast here! Great place for lunch in the mall!

Only one staff member working, but was very friendly. I ordered a sweet onion sub and it was great.

And as i said before, i’m a very big Subway customer and i care about what i eat!
This subway really needs to remodel and train their staff, it’s a smelly and disgusting subway, their staff is rude and the funny part is you can’t ask them for anything fresh! Isn’t subway about being FRESH?
This is properly the worst subway i have ever tried!

Had the buffalo chicken. Tasted great. Asked for extra veggies and received them. Good customer service. Sandwich was made quickly. Smooth transaction. Would go to this location again.

So NOT a fan of Subway… sandwiches taste like cardboard… every aspect of it… the turkey, the lettuce, tomato, the bread, and even the mayo. and whatever else I feel like adding. I don’t understand it. Then, today, the girl who made my sandwich cut only 4 inches when I asked for a six inch sandwich. I made her cut another piece of bread; I wanted my 6 inches. She went on to treat it like a smaller sandwich because she gave me only 3 pieces of turkey, not to mention 3 slices tomato… when they should be 4 slices each… and at that, the turkey is NEVER enough to taste it. Maybe that’s the problem. Not enough to get any appreciable taste. I had to ask for more lettuce and more mayo. And why is it that no matter how much mayo, I can never get a sense of any appreciable moisture, let alone flavor from that? I hate this place. I have nobody to blame but myself… I go for convenience sake. It’s at the end of the mall where I tend to shop and my last stop on the way back to work, so I can at least have something to eat. Why would I want to eat THIS? Now I know why people lose weight here…
I’m done with Subway.
