Food is good, no complaints about that But the staff??? HORRIBLE costumer service from Sydney. She disregards costumers needs as she is being too busy gossiping. It took 3 times to get my order right and she had a very inappropriate attitude when I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with my food(which was missing ingredients and it was cold) 30 minutes to get a wrap? No thanks!

Sandwiches are amazing here but cannot emphasize enough on the customer service provided by everyone here but specifically Avtar. Avtrar made my experience a special one. Will be retiring to this location for the customer service specifically. Thanks Avtar

The food is great everything I order. And the customer service is just great. They are always very nice to customers and very friendly. This is my favorite location out of all of them probably cause of how friendly and nice the team is.

Good, Fast and Clean! During busy weekday hours they set up more stations to take care of the lunch rush hour. They are really really fast!

One of my favorite places to eat. Great food at a very good price. Friendly and quick service. They’ll make your sandwich according to your custom request. I always get the #8 and I love their soups.

Ok, I know good help is hard to find, so this is mainly for the owner of this particular ToGos. I came in on Sunday, January 17th around 3ish. ToGos isn’t a sandwich shop I usually frequent. I feel like the weighing of the meat and counting every freaking olive is dumb, but this isn’t about the food, my sandwich was fine, over priced, but fine. When my husband and I came in, we weren’t greeted, and we could hear the staff talking about personal business while we were waiting there looking over the menu. You know, like a bunch of high school girls :/ We ordered, got our sandwich, sat down and a family came in and seemed to be waiting for one of the staff members to finish her shift. 3 kids running around ToGos like it was Chuck E Cheese. Loud, obnoxious, no regard for the patrons(us). While running around, they spilled water on the floor, my husband almost slipped as he got up to get a refill! She was done with her shift and left with her family, awesome, except that she came back in because she forgot her tips. She ran to each bowl to get her money. Listen, I work on tips too, I would never collect it in front of customers. Another thing that I found tacky. I don’t like when employees eat in the dinning room. One guy went on his break, made himself a sandwich, and made himself at home and was talking to the working employees over the counter. Shouting really. There are several tables and chairs outside of that Togos, have them eat somewhere else. It’s tacky. Again, my food was fine, I’d just sharpen up your staff.

I called the store on New Years Day, unsure of the store hours and was told they close at 9PM. I drove over at 8:15, only to find the store closed, and lights off. I called the store again and was told they closed because they were slow. I’m sorry but when I worked in customer service, I didn’t get to close the store early because I felt like it. I sincerely hope the owner of the franchise reads these reviews because I’m usually a fan of this Togo’s, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible service, they don’t participate in Tuesday stamp day, it was hassle to get Italian vinagarette, the guy who took my order didn’t even look at me, very awkward environment and my girlfriend got sick after eating the same sandwich as me the only difference was she had guacamole on hers. I spent 10 bucks on a crappy sandwich that took too long to make and was very weird eating it inside.

I still prefer Togos to most other sandwich joints. All the Quinzos around the valley have closed down and the other Togos I used to go to in Northridge near my workplace shut down a couple years ago and was replaced by Which Wich, which I don’t really care fore. Togos, like Quiznos, is more gourmet than Subway. I do love Subway but the quality is not really there, and it is definitely there at Togo’s. You pay more for it, for sure, but it’s usually worth it. The employees at Togos are usually not as customer service oriented as the ones at Subway but still, you can have a good dining experience there. Their soup has always been expensive, and certain menu items are indeed quite pricey. If you go in with another person, expect to pay $ 10 or more each. The salads at Togos are really good and always have been. But, the salad wraps are the same price as the salads, with less ingredients. Most of the 6 inch sandwiches now are $ 6.50 apiece, with nothing else included. Some are as high as $ 9. Somehow, Togos gets away with charging more. Quiznos could never command the higher prices and that’s why they are not around so much anymore. I’ve dined at Togos forever and look forward to more dining, although I do not go there very much anymore because the costs really do add up. Anyhow, as for this particular Togos location — the workers are not real friendly usually. Not too important as long as they make the order correctly I guess. I know Subway employees have to put up with a lot of bullshit from customers and I am sure Togos does too. Anyhow, my suggestion to the management would be to offer more coupons. If I have a coupon for free chips and a drink, or $ 2 off a large sandwich, I am much more inclined to go eat there. Togos doesn’t do many coupons, except for catering orders. They should do more.

I used to love Togo’s 20 years ago. I don’t know if times have changed or I have. Came in for a sandwich and wasn’t acknowledged. Staff basically made eye contact and continued doing their thing. I didn’t even know where the line began and someone should’ve noticed I looked confused. The sandwich was more«Subway» than I remember it. Pretty bland and conservative with the ingredients. With the proliferation of so many semi-decent sandwich spots over the last few years(think Jersey Mike’s, Which Wich, etc.) I guess I’ve just been around the block too many times. Togo’s just can’t compete these days.

Togo’s always seems to be the last thing on my mind when I am thinking of a sandwich spot to hit up. Finally, I remembered how good the Albacore Tuna is on a nice sourdough roll. I really enjoyed my sandwich and was priced really well. The one bad thing I want to talk about is the horrible service I had. We waited 10 minutes while a worker was standing in the background staring at us. It was super awkward. While taking my order, it took literally forever to get through the sandwich process. It was embarrassing to have a line behind of 4 people, and two workers aren’t doing anything. Super weird environment and the store itself felt dead and sad. I would not go back to this specific TOGO and that is why it gets a 3 out of 5 stars. The food was 4 out of 5 stars in my eyes though. Always hate marking a establishment down for service, but my rating had to be explained. Hope you enjoyed my review & I suggest trying a sandwich at TOGO’s…just not this one.

Togos is the best fast sandwich place around. I love that they have deals for each day of the week. The turkey avocado sandwich is my favorite and I always get it on the honey wheat bread. The bread is soft and has great flavor. The ingredients in the sandwiches are always fresh and the portions are the perfect size for lunch. Togos is always filled with fast and friendly employees. Great stop for a quick and healthy bite to eat!

Let me start of by saying I went to another location and got a sandwich and hated it so I haven’t ate at togos for 4 years now ! It was during my lunch break I tried to find parking for 10 minutes. There was nothing. I finally found parking and I walk in and see this huge line and two thoughts crossed my mind. The first I should walk out it’s too long. The second it must be good if there is such a long line and it looked like regulars on their lunch break. I decided to wait and the line went by pretty fast and they had good customer service which is why from 3 stars I bumped them to four. I ordered the viva veggie wrap(first time trying it). I added jalapeños and a spicy sauce but it wasn’t even spicy. Nonethless, the wrap was actually pretty good, and I paired it with the sour cream and onion chips which I haven’t ate in years ! It was a good combo ! Definitely recommend trying this wrap if your not really a meat eater, and iffy with your chicken.

I have tried this place on and off for several years. It’s closed to my shopping center so every once in a couple of months I try them. The quality of the ingredients and the sandwiches is good but the service has always been terrible. Today I had an ignorant young kid helping me. Besides that he had a bad case of flu and nasal discharge, he didn’t even know how to prepare the sandwich which I ordered from their own menu, with no changes at all! Finally I corrected his mistakes on making the sandwich and got out of there and thanks to him I think I’m getting the flu. I don’t understand how can people in food industry be sometime so ignorant that they put sick people to work! If you go there expect to get sick!

I am addicted to the«Asian Chicken Salad» at Togo’s. Addicted enough that I will brave this parking lot at lunchtime. If you, like me, want your ACS fix and are willing to risk life and limb in a parking lot that defies the 3rd dimension, then this is the location for you. There’s a fitness club here, and also several other stores whose customers will make attempts on your life over your parking spot. There must be an evil overlord looking down from the top of Supercuts cackling at the perfect mayhem that exists in this parking lot. Once safely inside Togo’s you can relax. The place is clean, the service is speedy, and man oh man that salad is almost, ALMOST, worth the trip to and from the car…

I’ve been a few times through the years and it doesn’t amaze but more importantly, it doesn’t disappiont. If you want a quality sandwich quickly, there aren’t a lot more options in the area. Togo’s beats Subway and Quizno’s is in bankruptcy ever since Subway added ovens. You stand in line and then step up to the sandwich artists to have them make you a sandwich and ask you tons of questions about ingredients in front of you. It’s not as fast moving(seemingly) as Subway but it’s better food. I always get turkey with either cheese or avocado. My wife gets avocado and cheese. We add chips. We end up being happy. Their wheat bun is delicious. Their daily specials are a good deal. Basically, if you want one of the sandwiches special for that day, you get chips and a drink for the same price as a regular. I often get Togos to go and to go there is a totally good idea.
