Don’t bother! I won’t be back. The place was empty and we placed our order. With only 2 burgers to make and 3 people working it should have been a snap. They made a completely different burger than I ordered. So I went up to the counter, after being ignored for 2 minutes, I said«excuse me» I explained this was the wrong burger and was told they would make me a new one. so I went back to my table, where I watched the guy just stand there holding my plate like he had no idea what to do with it. After a bit of this, I went back up and asked if there was anything else they needed from me because«you are just holding up the plate» He said he was making a new one. At that point another guy came from the back and demanded to know what the problem was. I explained, then went back to my seat. 8 minutes later — I still had no food and the other person was done eating. So I went to the register and asked for my money back. Those 2 guys had the nerve to start yelling at me and telling me they had never had such a rude customer. The cashier kept shushing them and saying she was handling it, but they both continued to tell me I was rude. When I asked what I did that was rude, I was just told that I was rude. Funny how those guys decided attacking me for THEIR mistake was an appropriate way to handle customers. I gave it 2 stars because it’s a cute little place and the cashier was very nice. according to my friend, the burger was ok, but the sweet potato fries were too al dente for his liking. I couldn’t tell you how the food was, but the attitude needs improvement Burger Fi and Five Guys are both better places for a good burger

Went here for the first time tonight and had a turkey burger(el guapo). Burger and veggies on it were fresh, tasted great. I liked the vibe of everything being fresh and local. They have a cool variety menu. I will go back.

It’s a good thing this place has amazing salads, because the service is terrible. You can see them prepare the food, and that’s unfortunate because there is absolutely no organization to what they’re doing. The owner seems to have added staff instead of training the staff they already have. The power bowls are awesome here, though, so if you’re willing to wait it’s good food. Stay away from the burgers, they’re bland, and the fries are mediocre. The fresh food is very tasty.

Very good veggie burger w/mushrooms and onions and kale salad was quite big and very good. The wait was not long and the place was clean. They also have samples of beet juice which was delicious and a salad with almonds, butternut squash and spinach — delicious !! I’ll be back for a healthy meal here.

I’ve been to b. good 5 – 6 times now and unfortunately I’ve only had my order made correctly once. Most times when I go in it’s off-peak times and many employees are chatting or standing(it’s not busy). I don’t order anything difficult or off-menu, but yet it seems like they just can’t seem to get it right. It seems as though the majority of their staff are young and possibly inexperienced? I really had high hopes for this place but it just seems to fall short every time. Over all the food is ok at best, but the service is incredibly sub-par.

Food is decent if you’re looking for a healthy but tasty alternative. Staff sucks and their lack of knowledge on what«customer service» means is astounding. I don’t want my ass kissed but I would like to not be made to feel I am inconveniencing you by showing up to spend money at your business. Change the staff or train them and I’ll be back.

I finally stopped into B Good to grab a quick bite. Staff was friendly and quick. My chicken sandwich, fries, and fountain drink came out to 11 $ which is almost cheaper than most fast food restaurants. Chicken sandwich was pretty small but was decent, could have eaten two. The fries were easily the top 5 worse fries I’ve had. Partially burnt but soggy– gross! Place is clean and relatively cheap and I feel slightly less worse about myself that I didn’t hit Wendy’s!

I wanted to love this place. I ordered the veggie burger, sweet potato fries and got a strawberry lemonade. The veggie burger was non existent– hardly any and had no flavor. The fries were cold and old like they had been sitting there a long time. They shouldn’t have served those. I wanted to ask if they could have made fresh ones but didn’t have time. The service was so slow getting this order I was frightened to ask. The strawberry lemonade is so sugary. This place needs to step up.

The food is really good — everything else isn’t so great. As most other people noticed, the staff is the major drawback here. None of them are exceptionally friendly and most seem put-out by the fact that you arrived. I always enjoy the food I get when I come here — haven’t had a bad thing — but the staff really sours the experience.

You know what they say about your first impression… well, mine is from a lunch visit on Saturday. Chicken Caesar salad for me. Burger with onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese for wife with a side of sweet potato fries to share. Well, they missed the onions on the burger and our order of sweet potato fries. The burger was way too rare. Of course it was recooked after we complained but they still missed the fries. By the time we received them my salad(shared with wife) was finished and my wife was done with the ¼ of the burger she was going to eat because she didn’t like the taste. Also, the sweet potato fries were limp and greasy. We trashed them and the remaining ¾ burger that my wife didn’t eat. So… $ 30 for what we ordered was way too expensive to start with and especially so when you consider what we trashed. Too bad because I was hoping this place would have been better. You know, something different and good. Well it was different but not in a good way. See ya later b. good…not!

I was trying to be nice/optimistic with this place but was disappointed. Will not go back again nor recommend it to anyone. It really just goes to show that u get what u get especially when u have a «younger» crowd running the place. They should at least notice that the tables were dirty etc…

Just left the Canton, CT b. good. There was nothing good about it! Tasteless food. Raw fries. Stale bun. Horrible service. Lots of grease. Don’t do it. They are priced like a gourmet burger house but make fast food taste great.

I so wanted to like this place. But the fact that my teenage son thought the burger, fries, and milkshake were awful says it all. First time I have ever seen him throw food away. Burgers were missing listed toppings, fries(both sweet potato and regular) were raw(sweet potato fries arrived 10 minutes after the rest of the food), and the shake was runny. The older gentleman behind the counter, who looked like he was running the show, was in a cranky mood. He was not pleasant with customers or staff. I may try again in a few months to see if it is just growing pains, but my son said to count him out.

I love the concept of this place. Good fresh local food that you could grab quick. However, this fell on its kale laden face. Ordering went smoothly except we never received cups for our drinks. The place was a mess. Crumbs, cups, ketchup everywhere. I went to use the ladies room and when I took a step back to close the door I simultaneously stepped in a huge puddle and read the«Doesn’t work-use men’s room”-on the inside of the door. Men’s room was literally covered in urine. The wait was forever and the people were so pissed off. It was entertaining to see the staff bicker amongst themselves and complain about the customers. I got a turkey burger with corn salsa and guacamole. I watched the girl scrape a ½ tsp of guacamole off the side of the container and spread it on the bread. The burger was awful. Bun was hard as a rock but not quite as hard as the turkey burger. It was overly salted and generally inedible. My so got his burger with no mushrooms with extra mushrooms. The side of veggies was pretty good and the beet ginger lemonade was great. Too bad there wasn’t enough of it to wash down the food. I will literally never enter this establishment again. I realize it’s new but I don’t see that cluster ever getting much better.

It’s a new location with new staff. Give it a couple of months to find their groove. Food is great. Portion size is not meant to overwhelm you, as it is primarily meant to serve as a healthy alternative in the fast food realm. Prices are completely fair considering all ingredients come from local farms. This is not to be compared with McDonald’s or Chipotle. Rate it for what IT is. They get better each time we visit. Glad to have them as a viable option in town.

Have had their food 3 times this week and it has been spectacular each time. They are slammed busy pretty much every day, but have not gotten any orders wrong yet, and my company orders a lot. I’ve had their southwestern chicken salad, which comes with avocado, and I add an egg. It’s great because it’s a fried egg instead of the normal hard-boiled, which really makes the salad come together. It’s topped with some chipotle sauce, and it’s so stinking good! Today, for lunch, I had the power bowl with extra chicken and the super grain mix. Again it comes with a fried egg. I’m very full, and while it may have cost $ 14 or so(I did double chicken), you’ll pay that much pretty much anywhere else, and you know where all the food is from. I like the décor, and the service was fast and friendly. The food though, is really spectacular. Definitely better than chipotle or any other options around, which is great for someone that watches their food and exercises. By the way, they offer local sodas instead of chain crap so there’s no HFCS, and you’re supporting other businesses. Also, they use Sir Kensington’s condiments, so it’s high quality and people probably aren’t used to REAL ketchup that isn’t loaded with sugar and crap. It’s hard to enjoy the real stuff after you’ve been fed crap your whole life. Anyway, great fast food place and an instant staple into my routine and diet.

I ordered their basic burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickle slices. This was a very good burger, certainly better then any fast food and better than Five Guys. The second sandwich was their grilled chicken with bacon. My daughter loved it! We finished this with two chocolate milk shakes. These were better than any I’ve had in this area. I’m confused by these one star ratings seen here. They must be employees from competitors. This is no one star restaurant! It’s certainly worth a try. Then you decide. All the food here is really fresh. Also did the ordering over their web app. Very convenient.

This is a tough one. I was so excited for this place to open. I love the concept. I adored the vibe and frankly what I ordered tasted delicious but the service sucked, the price was rediculously steep and the presentation was embarassing. I ordered a veggie burger. I asked for lettuce instead of a bun. I was expecting a burger sized patty inside a big piece of crispy iceburge. What I got was lots of pieces of what was supposed to be a burger on one teeny tiny piece of limpy romain. It was a tiny bit of food that was gine in a few bites, but served in a deep bowel which made it look even more dramaticaly small. Had to use a fork. That was NOT a veggie burger. I loved what seemed to be more earth friendly products, but I couldn’t find anywhere to recycle! Bummer. Also, it proudly calls itself local. Sorry, veggies from maine is not local to a connecticut restaurant. I might give it one more try. give it a chance.

I’m generously giving this three stars, because I whole-heartedly do not believe it is a one star place, which is how it was rated at the time I’m writing this. I guess it may have a niche market, but I doubt I’ll be back. Let me explain. I did like the fresh and healthy slant that b. good has. It was very cool seeing the wall of fresh fruits and vegetables at the start of the assembly line, that was very encouraging and set things off optimistically. I ordered a Spicy Avocado & Lime grain bowl w kale, sautéed veggies, avocado, black beans, corn, grape tomato, queso fresco, lime, cilantro, chipotle purée, red pepper vinaigrette & the tofu add-on. The base price was $ 9.59 and the tofu brought the price up to a steep $ 13. Was it good? Yes it was. In fact it was delicious but not for $ 13. No way. Our Chicken Sandwich was just $ 6.99, but the chicken must have been parakeet sized, because the scrawny portion of chicken on that sandwich was embarassing. Two thirds of the roll was chicken-less. One more thing, we ordered our food to go. In every other fast food restaurant(and let’s be real –this is a fast food restaurant), your«to-go» bag contains napkins and plastic utensils. Not here. Two many things didn’t add up for us. It is nice seeing a healthy vegetarian friendly place open up in the Farmington Valley. I’m sure they will have a following. But that following won’t include us.
