Took our waitress 5 minutes to get to our table, ordered our appetizer (chips and queso) and our wings. 25 minutes went by and still no appetizer. How long does it take for CHIPS and QUESO?! Had to get out of there… bad kitchen service.

Bad customer service!!! They are so rude over at this location!!! The manager is never available and the staff seems to be there for the guys and a good time. No smiles! Like are you at work or in jail??? I get it customer service isn’t for everyone. Yeah. But that’s why everyone doesn’t work in customer service. I’ll pass on this location.

Came here for dinner since we were close and the Tigers were playing. We sat at the bar like usual and ordered drinks and food. Husband got wings. I got a sandwich. We waited over a half hour, mind you I have seen it much busier and have gotten my food faster. I was getting ready to ask the bartender about our food when she brought it out. The wings were barely warm and the chicken in my sandwich was cold. We sent it back to be re-​made «on the fly». We got our food after another 15 minutes and guess what, this time my po boy had chicken tenders instead of pop corn chicken and it was even colder the second time out. My husbands wings were a little bit warmed but not much. He said screw it he wasn’t sending his food back. I told the manager this is not the first time this has happened here. He looked at me and said oh I’m sorry. I told him at this point I didn’t want to re-​order. His comment was well we can take it off the bill. Um Yeah I would hope so! Super disappointed. This is probably the last time we will come here. The food is never consistent either good or bad. The wings are never done the same way sometimes they drown in sauce other times they are not even covered all the way. The really need to get it together and I think a few management classes might be helpful for their «managers.» The bartender was more apologetic than the manager. Get it together canton.

Just walked out, WHY? Sat for 20 minutes never got served, people who came in after us got waited on as soon as they sat. WONT BE RETURNING EVER! ILL GO TO THE ONE IN Dearborn.

I’ve ordered wings here a few times. Decent, typical BW3’s. One time they gave me wings with bones when I ordered boneless. They remade the order quickly and apologized. No issues with that.
However, recently I ordered some wings and a order of spinach artichoke dip for my wife. She became violently ill after eating the dip. I do not trust the food safety practices of this restaurant after that experience.
Food poisoning is avoidable. If this BW3’s can’t avoid it then I will avoid them.

I’ve come to this location a few times because the couple of times my food was made correctly it was good, but this last visit was the final straw. I placed my order online and arrived at the location at the time specified in the email. I paid at the counter and THEN was told that my food wasn’t even in the oven yet. There were five people waiting ahead of me, none of them seem too pleased to be waiting, and they all had to ask for their orders. The place was completely dead, but I overheard the waitress tell the gentleman ahead of me that they were behind because of a rush (I’ve had to wait for my order every time I’ve come here whether or not they were busy), so that was B.S. I made sure I stood right at the counter so they wouldn’t forget about me. When I finally got my food the wings were cold and dry (I asked for extra sauce) and my wife’s salad was full of wilted lettuce and two scraps of chicken tenders. None of our sides were in the bag. The waitress went back and got some, but they weren’t the ones we asked for, so I had to go back. This place has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The waitstaff moves at a snail’s pace and are clearly disinterested in their jobs. I’m never coming back to this location again.

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a refill and experience extremely rude carry out staff you will go here. It’s worth the drive to go to the Livonia one.

Their draft beer line up has improved slightly over the past 6 months, but it had no where to go but up. Still greatly lacking Michigan crafts for the amount of offerings they have. Food is poor and overpriced, but that is to be expected at BWW. The saving grace is that they have gotten much better at actually having the right games on TV when they start and not making people ask to put them on. That is a huge improvement. The World of Beer coming down the road is going to rock their world if they don’t improve the draft selection. Lame beers, overpriced food, and average service won’t compete with them. Best of luck.

Nothing more fun than waiting 30 minutes to be seated when ever since we got here there have been between 3 – 5 open tables… no managers around to see the incompetence though. Average overpriced food and fair service. A hard pass on the future. There are plenty of great places on ford rd who would be happy to serve you and not force you wait when there’s empty tables galore and a full lobby.

Food took very long & by time we got our food it was cold… The manager was great & made it right by getting us new wings to take home. But the server didn’t refill drinks & just overall bad service

The food is as expected every time. Good atmosphere for a sports fan or drinks with your buddies.
I like the chipotle dry rub traditional wings the best. They have just the right amount of spice. The potato wedges and buffalo chips are also good. Sometimes, they offer a Pizza Roll appetizer which is a must order. The beer selection is about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. There are about 20 beers on tap, but nothing to crazy.
I keep coming back.

Took forever to get food and there was barely any sauce on my wings. Waiter was nice and all, but the experience kinda sucked. I’ve been to better B-​Dubs! Also, my regular sized Mike’s Hard Lemonade was 4 bucks… laughable but it’s not their fault.

I love this place, traditional wings are the way to go. If you want the hottest, go for mango habanero, wow! If you can eat these, blazin is no problem. Service is usually pretty good here at the canton location.

Once again doing carry out and this time I was told 20 – 25 minutes and we are at the 30 minute mark and still no food. I used to eat here every Wednesday and about 6 months ago I stopped that because service was terrible. Well I guess it’s time to find a different place for carry out. 35 minutes and counting …

I have been to many buffalo wild wings across the nation and this location by far is the least organized and poorly run location. You have wait to be seated at tye bar and we came on a Saturday night and noticed roughly 8 tables that were unoccupied and uncleaned. It took over 35 minutes for the staff to clean a table for us and nobody was on the wairing list in front of us. Our sever came about 25 minutes later and then we saw her 1 hour later… I will never return to this location again.
The «game changer» beer is phenomenal and unfortunately we were so disappointed in the staff and management that we went across the street to enjoy a drink and some food at Tilted Kilt.
After reading prior reviews I have noticed a trend in the long wait times and poorly run management of this particular location.
I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Went on a Friday night and it was busy. After being seated it took 21 minutes for a server to come to our table for the first time, We were all ready to order so we did drinks and dinner at the same time. The drink came around 5 minutes later. Our wings arrived 42 minutes later! We were timing after the first wait.
I can‘t blame the server because it appeared she had way too many tables to keep tabs on customers. About 30 minutes after we ordered the people I was with just wanted to go next door to Panera.

Your customers are inconciderate jerks. Your customers have taken all the assigned and clearly marked parking spaces for your neighboring business which is costing them sales. My family and. i attempted to get icecream but we were thwarted by your customer’s selfishness.

My husband and I stopped in as we had never been to Canton’s Buffalo Wild Wings.
Overall, we had a great time. Food was really good. My husband had a fried chicken sandwich. He liked that he got to pick whatever he wanted on it (which consisted of just lettuce and ranch).
I got a fried chicken wrap. I enjoyed it and liked how it came with the medium sauce (I could have gotten another sauce, if I wanted). The medium was perfect for me. Not too hot. Not bland. I had the option of french fries or chips and salsa. I selected the salsa. It was very good. Not too spicy.
We were entertained by all the TVs and I downloaded the trivia app to my phone so I could play along. I will be sure to use it every time I am at a bdubs.
Service was great. Prices are reasonable. I will be sure to visit again!

I’ve been to this location a few times over the two years I’ve lived in the area and every time it’s a disappointment. So finally I can write a good review since I just went this evening.
It took 25 minutes to get seated after we were told 15. We looked at the menu while we waited and ordered immediately. My initial impression? The menu and table were covered in a sticky layer — thank God for the provided wet naps.
It still took 35 minutes to get our food. They aren’t that busy making food in the kitchen to where it should take that long — most of the food is fried which equals little prep time.
There was empty tables around and we still got the «we’re very busy» line.
By the time the food did come I thought it would be piping hot and delicious. Nope. The fries were stale, the burger overdone, & the wings were lacking sauce.
At least she kept my drink full.

If there’s a Tigs game on and I feel like watching the game and hang out with buds, I don’t invite them to my house, I don’t like any dudes at my house, only chicks, but when I do wanna see a game with the guys, This B Dubs is the perfect place.
It’s a little pricy sometimes, but eh… it’s worth it. The TVs, sweet Jesus you gotta love their TV’s, they are big and plentiful. If I see an annoying commercial on, I could just turn my head and see some ESPN news until them Tigs come back on.
