Etowah Flooring Carpet One

About 2 months ago our ice line leaked and we had no idea that the small leak was running under our 4 month old hard wood floors. Well, they buckled so bad we had to replace the entire down stairs. In a panic I called several companys to come out to see what they could do or to give me an estimate. Everybody told me they could not do an estimate or come by for at least a week, until I call Etowah Flooring Carpet One. When I called Etowah Flooring one of their associates named Mike answered the phone and listened to my long drawn out story. After I finshed talking he could tell I was frustrated and at my whitts end. He calmed me down and said I will be there in 30 minutes. He arrived on time looked at my floors and told me they need replaced. He spent about 45mins taking measuements and in one day I had an estimate. Long story short, our new floors look amazing. The work was top notch and eveything from start to finish was excellent. I would strongly sugguest you use them for you home flooring needs.

These guys are seriously awesome! Even though I was only working with them for a very small job, they have been completely attentive, on time or early for every appointment and extremely professional! I would recommend them to anyone!
