I found Flooring Pro 1 information by doing a query online, and they was the first select. Website was well built and very descriptive, along with professional pictures of their products. HOWEVER, when I tried to call them 4 times, someone picked up the phone and disconnect before saying anything. You can hear talking in the background. Flooring Pro 1, word of advice, get a voicemail, or just say «hello, thanks for calling, can you please hold». That alone gave me a bad taste, and I decided to take my business else. So not cool, esp. when I had a large project, that I am sure you guys would appreciate the business. But then again, maybe not since you are flooded with business/​customers, that you can behave like that. That’s all…
