KFC

I went to this kfc and got some of the new Nashville hot chicken, I have been in excruciating pain for the past 2 days due to this foul product. Maybe it was just the employees complete lack of competence or ability to produce edible food. I won’t be eating here again.

It has been a long time since I personally visited a KFC. The last time before this was back in the early 90’s back when I was living in Massachusetts.
I even sang them the «Kentucky Fried Chicken, We do chicken right» song to the surprise of the drive-​thru guy.
This should have been more like we do chicken wrong.
I was not hungry but the wife wanted a bite. So after pulling out of IKEA Canton we stopped and ordered. She went with the 2piece classic crispy with mac and cheese and potato wedges.
While driving back home she goes, oops this is bad chicken. So finally we get home to Belleville and she opens up the box and cries, they messed up my order!!! They gave me coleslaw instead of mac cheese.
At this juncture the box immediately went in the trash. A loss of $ 6.99.
Ohh and the drive-​thru was slowwwww. The cute looking blonde in the gray jeep before us didn’t order that much to make the drive thru that slow!
These guys at this KFC really need to do something drastic about the place to get more business in.

OK, for fast food fried chicken, I hate to admit that I like it anyway! Especially with the new boneless chicken. It’s not like eating a chicken finger or a breast strip. You can get either white or dark meat, and its tender, moist, and fried deliciousness! I’m not sure how they do it, but it’s like they «beamed» the bones right out somehow, and left all of the rest of the goodness. The sides are mediocre, but I can put up with that for some good fried chicken!

Very nice service. They give me what i ask for or they sub something else for free. And its Halal.

Of all the KFC’s I have visited, this place is the worst. Service is horrible and slow. Folks behind the counter are too busy talking to each other and slow to take order. I don’t know if this is a corporate owned, but they really need to work on and improve their customer service.
