At times I continue to wonder why I still frequent this location. Since they’ve introduced the All Day Breakfast menu I’ve been more inclined to order breakfast. The only problem is that they never have hashbrowns ready. I have to wait in one of the designated parking spots to have my order brought out. In the past when I had to wait for my order, there was usually a offer of a free menu item card for a return visit. Well that has stopped. It’s very frustrating to constantly receive cold, old food too. On two separate occasions, I was given the wrong order. The first time it was caught and the second time I had to go back through the drive thru. I’ve also waited up to ten minutes to receive an order. As for the staff, most of them are polite specially the cashiers. When you get to the second window it’s a toss up as to what type of service you’ll get. Usually I’m handed a drink that isn’t filled all the way to the top or my bag of food is hanging out the window when I drive up. Heaven forbid you should ask for ketchup. I’m usually picking up lunch for the office so that consists of food for three people. I have to practically beg for a sufficient amount of ketchup. This location really needs to get there act together. I much prefer the Ann Arbor Rd restaurant in Plymouth.

Home style buttermilk chicken looks great on pic in restaurant. Unfortunately what I got didn’t resemble pic at all. Expectation wasn’t high but sandwich was gross and for what they charge should be real chicken. What I had was a lot of breading and what looked like a little bit of nugget stuff in the middle. If you want fast food chicken sandwich stick to Wendy’s. Remind me to never order that again.

Horrible service, waited 20 minutes for a diet coke, got a diet doctor pepper, had to go thru again and they gave me a coke, I ordered a diet coke. Done, no more, food wrong no one cares. But they want to be paid more. Never will I go there again.

After waiting 15 mins. to go through the drive through… and having someone cut in front of me as I was paying to get to the pick-up window. I noted that this person was trying to get the attention of someone at the pick-up window. It appeared that they shorted her a Bag and a Drink. Then, while we were on the road, and too far to return, I found that I was missing an item. I contacted the store and talked. well attempted to talk to a mgr. called Tinson(I think he said it was a name). Too bad. they lost my future business. If you ever decide to go there… Count your change and your order!

Fast service BUT poor food quality Mcchicken sandwich was cold nuggets too dark Food was cold and the east Indian manager was even not apologetic hen I informed him that it was like own hot at te place place area ! That didn’t even have me my 1 $ off family night !

Quick drive thru, got my order right, and friendly service. It’s cool that they have 2 drive thru ordering lanes. I was a little confused that they merged into one payment and pick up lane, but it makes sense that the ordering window is where people take the longest, so they created 2 lanes for that.
