I am very disappointed with service, you just lost a customer. I called and made an appointment for 1pm I am there on time, but wait for 5 – 10 mins. While she’s working on my nail, she gets a call for someone wanting to come in @ 2, but ends up coming at 1:25, she rushes my nails, does a crappy job, and says my husband will finish, and goes to attend them. my nails are all messed up. I am only giving 2 stars, because I have coming here for so long, I put you on the map, and told everyone about it. But this is very very disappointing. Next time I will maybe pay more, get my nails done somewhere else.

Awful experience. Came in for a pedicure. Instead of trimming my nails she filed them. Carelessly filed them, it was very uncomfortable. She was looking around and talking to other people the entire time and paying zero attention to my pedicure. She scrubbed the TOP of my foot with some sort of sponge looking thing with a brillo feeling side. I winced several times, looked down and saw blood. She apologized, but I asked her to please stop, I wanted to go home. Instead she babbled something and put some blue gel on my open wound that stung. I’m not sure she cleaned the foot bath I bled in! To «make up for my pain» she charged me $ 20 instead of $ 25. Awesome. I paid $ 20 for 20 minutes of pain and feeling uncomfortable. Isn’t a pedicure supposed to be relaxing?

Same ol’ same ol’ — Actually the only reason I came here was for a nail emergency. Lol! I needed ONLY one nail repair which cost $ 3(normal price) The didn’t promote any special at least that I noticed but they weren’t business during lunch. Full set — $ 25 Fill in — $ 15 The wouldn’t be my first choice since I have others near me and for lower price but if I needed another emergency repair, then this woulld be my first stop while I was at work.

Friendly place that squeezed me in right before they closed which was MUCH appreciated! Plenty of nail stations, 8 pedicure chairs, and plenty of polish colors to choose from(including my fav OPI color), Nail Art Studio does it right! I needed my acrylic nails retouched the other night. I called to see if I needed an appointment and the man on the phone told me «Either way», so I decided just to stop in. Unfortunately, the errands I had to run delayed my arrival so I got there with just 30 minutes to closing time. While some places may have looked at me in annoyance(as the job I needed done would take ALL30 of those minutes) this was not the case here as the gentleman(owner?) that greeted me, sat me down at a station and proceeded to work on my nails himself. And in just 30 minutes(after several nail repairs) I was sitting at the drying station with 10 perfect nails. And the best part? An entire fill was only $ 15. Considering the amount of repairs he had to do– that was a steal! They do take credit cards but prefer that the clients pay the tips in cash so bring both if you can. Hoping to get back while I am in town for a pedicure as I was looking down at my toes today and thought they could do with some of the TLC here as well! Friendly staff, clean surroundings and really reasonable prices should make this your«go to» nail place!

I have to admit that I used to go here religiously years ago. One day I stopped in at 7:15(they closed at 8) and was told that they wouldn’t do a fill… even though there were no customers. So I made an appointment for the next day and when I came in at my appointment time, I was told that I would have to wait 30 – 40 minutes. People walking in after me were being served. Fast forward to last weekend. Walked in, noticed that they are remodeling, noticed new owners, noticed fresh air(no strong acrylic smell) and got the best pink and white gels ever. Friendly attentive staff– can’t wait to go back for my fill. For the folks that may comment that I am a rude customer– I always tip well and appreciate people in the customer service business as I was a bartender for 10 years.
