My husband and I dined here with my in-laws and we had a great time. Our waiter was Brian and he went above and beyond to serve us well and to assure me that my noisey toddler wasn’t a nuisance. Luckily, we were the only ones in that particular dining room at the time. I ordered the garlic chicken with asparagus and the chicken was very good, but I was really impressed with how fresh the asparagus was. My husband had the coconut shrimp with caprese salad and enjoyed it. Overall, we’d eat here again. The bathrooms were clean, too!

Terrible service tonight. Food was good but order was wrong had to keep asking for items normally that come without asking. If they were busy I could understand but plenty of open table and staff.

What has happened to this place? It used to be great. Upon visiting I am told I can’t have biscuits, it’s against the waitresses pay grade? She refuses to give me what we ordered and keeps saying they are a test restaurant. Very unfriendly.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten at Red Lobster and really was thinking of it as a cookie cutter restaurant that really didn’t try to impress people with their food since they were such an established chain, but I must say that I was wrong. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and Coconut Shrimp combo and it was delicious, it actually made me realize that Red Lobster has consistently throughout the years been some of the best scampi of anywhere I’ve tried, the service was great and I really enjoyed the meal.

We’ve been to Red Lobster many times over the past few months. While I find them rather expensive, my husband wanted to go to celebrate my birthday. We arrived on Monday a bit after 6pm. The waitress informed us(after I was happy to see Wild Sockeye Alaskan Salmon on the menu & ordered that) they were out of most of their fish choices including the Alaskan Salmon and also the Rainbow Trout. Since I can’t eat shrimp, that limited my choices so I had to go with the Tilapia. It was very dry and I was not happy… the waitress never came back even once to refill my water glass. The least they could have done to make it right was to offer us free dessert or a bit off the price of the entrée. I doubt we will be going back any time soon… there are many other restaurants that appreciate our constant business.

Decent food but kind of a bizarre experience with the service. We had 6 of us for my daughter’s birthday, arriving at 6pm without reservation and were seated within 10 minutes. We ordered, and then the problems began. A fan of the buscuits, we had to ask three times for them. They finally arrived, 5 buiscits for 6 people. We wnded up having to ask for them again, and again received 5 for 6 people. After having to ask again, we were told that they were now«out of biscuits». The food came, not especially hot but okay. We finished, the waiter cleared our plates, my daughter ate her dessert, and we sat and talked for a few. All of a sudden, a middle aged lady, not dressed in waiters clothes, came up and started bussing the table, including the drinks. At that point we got the message and left. It was 7:20. Total time at the table was 1:10. We won’t be back.

It is really hard to get someone to help you with a to go order. I had to track down a Red Lobster employee who promptly told me that the bartender takes care of the to go orders. What about helping me since the bartender was no where to be found? I ordered their new lobster and pasta dish. The lobster definitely had been frozen. UPDATE: Their service hasn’t changed a bit. Most of the employees walk around«looking» busy but aren’t doing a thing. They avoid helping the customers.

I have been nothing but pleased with Red Lobster of Canton. I usually have Irby as a server, who is fantastic! Great, friendly service and tasty food. Some of the entrees are a little pricey for what they are, but they also have really good deals like Endless Shrimp

Great service and kudos to them for a full allergy menu for my young son. Call ahead seating is a big plus. Reasonable pricing and good quality for a mega chain restaurant.

You can’t really go wrong with Red Lobster. The food is consistantly mediocre. They have a new lunch menu with a focus on shrimp that is interesting. There are a few unusual items that are pretty good. I had the shrimp flatbread. The flatbread was crispy with good seasonings but the seasonings were not spread equally along the flatbread. You’d get a bite full of garlic and then two bites with no garlic at all. There was a good amount of shrimp on the flatbread. The flatbread was accompanied with a shrimp salad. The shrimp sald was the usual salad from a bag with some grilled shrimp on it. It was good, but not exciting. Red Lobster is always adequate and the service is fast, but there are much better seafood restaurants out there. Although, those other seafood restaurants won’t bring you those incredible cheddar bay biscuits. They are pretty much the only amazing thing about Red Lobster.

Went with a large party for a family birthday dinner. I appreciate the fact that there are several lighter or more healthy options on the menu. Our service was great considering the large number of people in our party. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was pretty good!

Went out on 1.21.12 around 8pm. The hostess, Jade, told us that it’d be about 35 minutes but we still decided to wait… the need for seafood that night was too overwhelming for my fiancé and I. After only about 20 minutes, we were sat in David’s section and were promptly greeted and had our drink order put in. David checked on us here and there, not too much, and not too little… just right. We both ordered from the 4-course $ 15 deal, and everything came out relatively quickly and tasted great. Usually Red Lobster is an over-priced indulgence but the $ 15 meal is a hell of a deal. David kept our waters filled, without even asking, which is a big plus, and he wasn’t at all a Nazi with the free rolls that normally seem like you have to beg for more to only get 2 or 3. He gave us a bunch when we sat down, more before our dinner(which we couldn’t even eat because the entrée came out right after) and then gave us a to-go bag full of them. Awesome, will definitely search him out the next time we go!

Not the place to go if you want Maine-style lobster or light/healthy fare. We split a shrimp and lobster entrée, and the shrimp were small and totally drenched in a cream-butter-salty mixture. The lobster tail was also small and oily. Not worth the $ 15. Service was excellent, though, but I had been to Maine last summer and really wanted lobster! The«real» lobster was $ 27. Disappointed and won’t be back for another 20 years.
