The attitudes of the employees at this location are unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. They often do not know how to access basic information in their computer system to determine who has the authority to collect packages. There is one guy who works there who is rude and down right disrespectful. This location needs to clean up their act as I have visited other UPS stores and received stellar customer service.
