Brian did an awesome job. I’ve been getting massages for the last 20 years and this is by far the best massage I have ever had.
He listened to my concerns and was able to address all my areas. I didn’t feel sore afterwards and yet my tension and migraines went away after seeing him. I ended up purchasing the 6massages for 5 plan and can’t wait to see him again.
90 minutes of bliss :)

Janet! Janet! Janet! She’s an awesome massage therapist. I’ve had a few massages somewhere else, but was never inclined to write a review for I was always more sore the day after. I realized that it’s my fault after all bcoz I never knew how to completely relax & surrender myself to my massage therapist. It’s not that I didn’t want to, but nobody had ever made me as comfortable as Janet to just let it all go. I thought I have mastered the breathing part long time ago, but NO, I was still very guarded & in high alert until Janet, in her OWN way, pointed it out to me.
I must say tho, she’s not your regular therapist. I’m not a big fan of sweet talkers or whisperers while getting my massage as if I’m a baby waiting to get swaddled & put in a warm bed. Would I like to fall asleep while getting a massage? Yes! But I wasn’t there to see Janet for that (although she almost put me out like a baby several times). I was simply getting a massage because my whole body is a mess for not getting as much physical activity 2 weeks post-​op hip surgery. I was a bit sore due to some physical & home therapy. Again, she’s not a fake talker, but has excellent bedside manners. She tells you how it is & how she’s going to help you, but you have to learn how to trust yourself & just let it go. Janet clearly asked how deep (phrasing!) I wanted it to be, and I replied as deep as I could handle. She knew exactly how to work on my body, especially my right hip. Before hand, my calves were sore-​pretty much everything in my whole body. After 60 minutes of Janet’s blissful massage, I feel renewed, blood flowing freely through my veins, & a complete relief of pain all over my body. It hasn’t been 24 hours since I had her massage, and I really do feel better with no soreness at all-​me likey!
I have to come back and try other services Janet provides. I bet it would be as great, if not better, than my 1^st experience with her.

The receptionist, I believe her name is Melissa, is genuinely sweet & accommodating. She got me in the same day I called.

I just had an awesome experience at Balance Point Spa. I was given a wonderful 60 minute massage from Rebecca and loved every minute of it. I am a dental hygienist and can use a good massage now and then. Rebecca worked on my trouble areas and made a big difference! I’ll definitely be going back and sending friends and family!

Best spa experience ever! I usually go for message with Brian, but have also had facials with Cari. Both are magnificent at their craft. Brian is the best massage therapist in the universe, seriously! I would HIGHLY recommend Balance Point Spa to everyone.

I think this is one of the best day spas in Santa Clarita. Professional therapists who care about your health and know their stuff. It’s clean and the ambience is relaxing and comfortable from the moment you step into Balance Point. It’s a hidden gem in Santa Clarita. I have received the best massages in town here.

Brian is very professional and gave me a great massage. I would highly recommend him and his team to my friends.

Went in for a hour facial and it was wonderful. I think I even caught myself snoring a few times. Being an Esthetician myself, we are so quick to judge. It was nice to find someone who does amazing facials. Thanks to my husband for finding this place. Looking forward to going back next week for my massage.

Got the euphoric facial massage by Cari and it is the best experience ever!!! Loved every moment of my 90 minute massage! Also the far infrared sauna was a wonderful time to relax and feel relaxed as well. From the outside, doesn’t look fancy but inside, it’s awhile new world of peace and tranquility!

I had an amazing massage experience. Lomi Lomi is always orgasmic (not in the sexual way, in the oh my gah this feels too good way) You have to go!!! I’ve been looking for years since I moved to this part of town and I am now satiated!!! yay me!

Anyone looking for an A+ spa facility on the East side of town should not hesitate to try Balance Point Spa. Everyone is wonderful and you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the doors. Balance Point Spa is a diamond in the rough when you look at the strip mall, but you’ll be grateful you looked past the exterior to find the beautiful diamond that’s inside. Treat yourself, you’ll be glad you did.

Awesome place. Brian gives the best massage ever. Helped me with my frozen shoulder. Cari gives wonderful facials. Owners Brian and Karen are very
personable and professional. Although it’s not a large chain spa with all the fancy
extras, it more than makes up for that because of the quality of the staff.

I adore Balance Point Spa. My family moved to Santa Clarita in June 2009 and I found them within a month. Haven’t gone anywhere else for a massage since. Furthermore, I’ve expanded my list of services there to include facials and Reiki. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so nice and make you feel so pampered. The ambiance is extremely relaxing. And the prices can’t be beat. Don’t be fooled that they are a store front on the second floor above a fast food place and a liquor store. They are one of the best hidden secrets in the Canyon Country portion of Santa Clarita… and we need to reverse that because this place DESERVES round-​the-​clock business. Love them!

I can’t wait to go back to this little amazing place in the most unlikely spot. The minute I walked in I relaxed and knew I was going to be in a good place. Karen and Paul are terrific. The place is clean and peaceful, and much larger than it would appear. They run everything so very professionally. And Paul has an amazing touch and sense. I will refer people to this little secret place of healing and serenity. And I’ll be back for more.

Several Years ago I meet Brain Whiteley of Balance Point Spa and i am glad i did., When you get inside the rooms you feel relaxed, Brain is an excellent masseuse, i only wish i could go once a week, oh well i can wish cant i. All i can say is I use and highly recommend Brain @ Balance Point Spa

I’ve been to a lot of spas over the years all over the world but Brian gave the best massage I’ve ever had. Most give you lip service to your problems but give you and rub everywhere regardless. Brian listened, intuited and worked hard to solve my specific issue. An excellent massage and the bonus is you can pop to grinders downstairs afterwards for a wonderful sandwich. A lovely place and an excellent massage.

Thank you! I found a diamond in the rough! I wasn’t sure about this place when I drove up to the location its in a small strip mall upstairs. But once you walk in the atmosphere was quite soothing friendly staff. My family raved about the experience they received the best ever. I set up a Side by Side Massage & Sauna as a gift for my family it was the best gift. Thank you Brian for making this gift a success. I can’t wait to try you guys out myself.

Balance Point Spa is a hidden gem.
Brian and Larry are my favorite therapists — they both have a firm touch, yet I never feel too sore the next day. They listen, always make me feel comfortable and they give amazing healing massages! I’ve brought many friends here and they often return on their own.
I also did get a facial by Cynthia here in the past and found that excellent too!
The waiting lounge is quiet, soothing and calming. The front staff is courteous.
I recommend asking them about their current best value deals. In the past I’ve taken advantage of their «buy 5, get the 6^th one free» if you pre-​pay. That’s tremendous value especially for the excellent quality of the massage treatments.
Caveat: I am giving 5 stars for the actual massage therapists.
The spa does not offer the Burke Williams type multiple showers, soaking tubs experience.
There is a shower, and I believe a sauna, but it’s not the type of place where you lunch and spend all day there catching up with friends. But it is a stellar place to get that much needed healing massage.

First time here. I met Cynthia at Dynamic Networking Alliance our networking group. She was so quiet. I figured it would be good to check out Balance point spa to see what their services are like. It was a little hard to find up stairs so look up you will see it. Bryan one of the owner showed me around. It is one of the cleanest Spas I have seen. Very inviting. The massage from Cynthia was firm and relaxing at the same time great touch. The have all kinds of cool items. I will be back.
