These guys have been SO helpful! My husband and I moved to the area after we got married and they have helped us with all of our registry purchases. My ninja blender broke after 5 months so I called to see if hey could give me the receipt so I could go through the warranty. She let me know that all I had to do was provide proof of payment(even if it was just my credit card statement) and they’d do the exchange INSTORE! They don’t have an expiration on their return policy! Insane! I know they’re pricier than Ross or others but I seriously can’t beat that return policy. 5 stars! Raj, the manager, is super awesome too :)

Excellent shelving! Customer service is average. I went here to buy a portable car vac I saw in amazon and with the 20% off coupon, I saved $ 8.00 it became cheaper than amazon and of course, if doesn’t work it’s easier to replace and return. I always find something handy in here.

I don’t mind this location, I haven’t had an issue with customer service here. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Parking is easy and shares same plaza with other businesses I frequent(Bevmo, Target, Staples if I need something faster than Amazon can deliver), making it convenient for me. The only non-issue I have is this location doesn’t have some items I need, which forces me to pay a visit to the Stevenson Ranch location… but I don’t mind because I usually pop into Michael’s, World Market Cost Plus, Toys R Us, or TJ Max… yup, making a trip to BBB is never a simple, quick trip. Be sure you have your 20% coupon handy, especially for those more expensive purchases. P. S. They don’t expire!

The actual store I love. The customer service sucks. I went to the front to find someone to get me a wireless speaker, which they keep in the back and the lady told me, «we don’t have those». I told her I was just in the back and yes, they do sell them, i wanted to see if they were in stock. She told me to «go find the electronics guy». I thought that was super rude and asked her to please call him for me. She asked another coworker to help me and the lady said«technically, that’s not my dept but I guess I can check.» After working in retail for 3 years and would have never found that acceptable. The lady ended up helping me order a speaker so I was happy, I just found the process irritating.

It’s 10:15am on a Sunday and they are supposed to open at 10:00. I have been sitting in the parking lot and calling, no answer. I have now seen 7 people in the last 15 min walk up and walking away after trying to knock on the doors and call. What kind of management do they have running this store?!

Canyon Country location is the worst when it comes to the«store manager». He feels he owns the store, and give people a hard time returning their purchase, best stores are Stevenson Ranch and Studio City… people are much helpful and friendlier. I love to shop and just buy their household stuff as much as I can spend.

I was in the downtown Seattle store last weekend and saw a Kitchen Composter that I wanted. I thought it best to wait until I got home to buy it here. I went to the store at 25540 The Old Road Valencia, CA91381– they didn’t have the same composter, but they could order it. I called BBB19211 Golden Valley Road Santa Clarita, CA91387 and spoke with a RICHARD who assured me that I was mistaken and BBB never stocks composers in the stores. He was sure because he has worked in 5 stores. When I explained that I had seen them he continued to insinuate that I was wrong. I own a business and use this store often. I haven’t felt so «wrong» in a long time thanks to RICHARD at Bed Bath and Beyond.
