Friendly staff, very attentive and great sandwich artists. Food is always great quality, the place is always clean and all the staff thank you when you tip which I thought was nice. Hubby and I like to stop by for a quick bit and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work. Ps. Try the 56

It was my first time here and wasn’t disappointed! Had a free meal for my birthday(don’t remember signing up for it) and got a #17 Philly cheesesteak on wheat. All that’s left to say is that I’m definitely coming back!

I came in not knowing what to expect, but I was thoroughly impressed! The food was good, the staff was super helpful in giving me good ideas of sandwiches to try. They even gave me a free cookie since it was my first time in. I will absolutely be back!

I waited 15 minutes and the line only moved ½ way. The only had one person making sandwiches… during lunch hour… during a rush. How do their sandwiches taste? How the hell should I know… I don’t have all day for a sandwich! lol #fail

Food was terrible bad customer service, mom and myself feel illl to our stomachs !!! Had to vomit. Will never eat there again !!! My son became sick to his stomach. Up all night long vomiting. .Jersey Mikes, refused to return the 13. 25 for the large Philly cheese steak sandwich. If he continues to be sick and has to go to the e.r. I will continue to ask for a refund. .why won’t management speak with myself or my son… contact us through email.

On three separate occasions I have come to this location with my mother. All three time I was served spoiled food. Just today a sandwich was made with bad lettuce. It was black. The«manager» a very young girl(Kathy) refused to acknowledge that the product was bad. The same«manager» also was mistreating the cashier just minutes before in front of a store full of customers. I WILLNOT ever come to this location again. Everyone should beware of possible food contamination. It appears that food is not prepared or stored properly.

First time @ Jersey Mikes, not even worth the $$$. Not surprised really, there were no other customers when we walked in. Very expensive, not much variety… Cheese xtra? Plenty of other sub shops to try, mark Jersey Mikes DONE!!!

I’ve always avoided Jersey Mike’s because I feel like it’s a tad on the expensive side. I’ve never eaten there before but one day I got a coupon in the mail for my birthday and it offered a free sub, drink, chips and a cookie. So I thought I might as well use it. That was the beginning of my addiction. Their meatball sub is so good. I usually order the Italian and I could eat that every day of the week. I find myself constantly craving their Italian. The workers are all very friendly and seem to have good rapport with their customers.

I always like my jersey mikes subs. They are my favorite subs. But recently we used them for a big catering order. Everything turned out awesome. The staff was great when ordering and even delivered to our house!!! Everything was labeled and turned out great! Pretty fair on the pricing too! Would prefer this then subway for sure!!!

Went with my husband for cheesesteaks on a Tue nite. There was 1 customer before us and the girl grilling could only make 2 steak sandwiches at a time. We had a 10 min wait. We asked for ketchup only to be told there was none .Also who asks for a tip before you get the food???

Great experience overall during my visits. Staff is courteous and friendly. They are even patient waiting for me to choose which sandwich to pick. I want to sing the praises of Jesse. I had a work function in the evening this past Thursday night. I planned to have cut up Jersey Mike’s sandwiches to serve as snacks. I showed up at 4pm and spoke with Jesse and he informed that it would be for the catering rate for the amount of people we were serving. The catch was that they need a 24 hr notice for these large orders. I told him I needed it that night and need to pick up in an hour. I was going to concede and walk away and try to find something else, but Jesse said that he would do this for us. He said that he would personally see to it that it would ready for pick up in an hour. He didn’t disappoint when I came back I picked them up and we made a great impression with our clients. Thank you Jesse and the Jersey Mike’s staff on golden Valley.

Place was dirty & the way the employees handled the food seemed less than appealing. There was meat & bread pieces all over the cutting board & didn’t seem like employee was interested in cleaning it. When it was time to pay the girl behind cashier seemed nice, but when I didn’t leave a tip her attitude quickly changed. She gave me my receipt & just dismissed me. no thank you or come back soon! Won’t be back, plus they got my order wrong.

This is usually my go to place for lunch with my kids but today, they didn’t have clean trays to use, even though there was a pile on top of the trash can that they didn’t care to clean or wash. My kids and I were the only ones in there at 2pm so being busy was no excuse. Also, with the place empty, every booth was dirty, they forgot to give me the top to the kids drink, and after tipping after using my credit card, which I do every time, the employee didn’t bother ringing the bell to say thank you. I think from now on its gonna be no tip since the quality of service is lacking.

The sandwiches are fresh and full of taste. Tuna is high quality; unlike Subway. Employees are very sweet and kind.

I love this place! Always a go to for me. Admire the organization for all they do, especially giving 100% to operation gratitude. The people working are always positive and go the extra mile. My favorite is a #7 Mikes Way. Jersey mikes gets better each time I go. I can always count on quality service and food.

I don’t know what’s happening to this place. It opened strong, but has slid downhill after its first 6 months. I’ve gotten sandwiches here, to go, fairly often; the Jersey Mike’s chain is MUCH higher quality than most other franchise joints, this location is very close to my home, and it’s easy as a last minute choice when I’m too tired/lazy to cook. But recently, this location has tanked. Meat and cheese has become so thin it’s translucent(I wish that was an exaggeration). Their onions are perpetually on the verge of going bad. Deviating from the«Mike’s Way» ingredients gets you a hard look or a sigh. Ask for extra tomatoes, you might get 1 more slice. And why get stingy with the mayo? You have to ask for triple mayo to get any other sandwich shop’s regular application of the condiment. It’s a real shame, because this location was easiest to reach; but I’ve had to stop going to this one. Those bad onions just make it all taste bad. Other locations in the SCV still seem fine(Soledad Canyon, Bouquet Canyon, Copperhill locations remain unchanged and good); so the problem doesn’t look to be franchise wide. I come from a long line of meat cutters and deli men and women; have worked in our family shops and other places, and I’ve never seen sandwiches this poorly made outside of a Subway. If the price for a sandwich at this Jersey Mike’s reflected Subway prices, I could understand some of this(but not those bad onions). But their pricing is almost twice as high as nasty ol’ Subway, so this shouldn’t be an issue.

I’m a Jersey Mike’s regular and this is the store I go to the most. It’s nice and bright and has a fountain in the front that can be relaxing to sit by if the temperature is right. The service is always friendly. It’s the only place that I have found that offers cherry pepper relish. A staple on east coast subs. Without it, it’s just a sandwich. I do wish the rolls weren’t so dry. The tables seem like they could be cleaned a little more frequently especially when it’s quiet. I’ll keep coming back.

This location is my favorite… sandwiches are fresh and the employees a fun… two of which are especially nice and we always discuss Disney! I usually get the Italian or the Supreme Club on white. Today I wanted to «stick to my resolution» and get wheat bread… uggghhh why!!! Maybe because it was close to closing or it was from an older batch… but it was so stale… so disappointed. When the bread is great, sandwhiches are awesome. The meat and veggies were very fresh and delicious as usual. I will be back… hoping the stale bread situation was an anomaly… I will stick to the white bread from now on.

This is one of the biggest locations I have been to. It has plenty of seating inside and outside seating. The customer service is great here but I don’t like the idea of being asked to leave a tip whenever I use my credit card. You are kind of put on the spot because the cashier will know if you leave a tip or not. When you leave a tip, the cashier rings a bell. I think tips are earned and should not be asked for it.

This will be a short and quick review. This sub place is very average. I tried their Philly cheese steak and Parmesan chicken with mozzarella cheese. Philly cheese steak has more flavor to it but a little salty for my taste. It fills me up, but seems a little small for others. The chicken with mozzarella cheese was pretty good. If I lived around here I might come for quick lunch.
